Great Produce and pricesMany thanks to the Produce department and the Cashier Danny M and his coworker. I really appreciate these kind people.The deli department was ghetto though. Its a shame that people have to shout inappropriate things at customers. Luckily I am vegetarian and only picked up groceries for a friend.Blessings!!!

Weve started going to this Stater Bros on Valley View near Ball Road, for their prices. What we get here, we used to pay a lot more at our old grocery store. Derick is a courtesy clerk that always bags our groceries. Hes so sweet and extremely helpful. He goes the extra mile by helping us put our groceries into our truck & taking my Husbands electric wheelchair/shopping cart back into the store.

They were out of a few things. The only canned pumpkin was in the baking isle, there was none in canned goods. I am loving the vegan and high protein foods available.

Cashier watched me pull out my wallet and the little White envelope with my EBT card to purchase cooked chicken. After I got Denied in front of Everyone he says I can’t buy my Food with EBT. Sad :(

This is my first go to when I grocery shop. All of the employees are the greatest. The store is always clean and well stocked. Several handicap parking available in front of the store as well as more in parking lot.

I cant think of anything that makes them stand out from the rest. The employees seemed really nice though. But I had to wait in line for longer than I would have liked. But over all, pretty good.

Stater bros was fine they just happened to have what I needed.Im just missing the bread I always buy its made from Canadian Oats and it tastes fantastic. I havent been able to find it in any Stater bros mkts for 2 months.

This particular Stater Bros is one.of my Favorites. I dont know what management tells there employees here but everyone is so nice and helpful. I will go out of my way and pass other stater brothers to go to this location. What ever your plan is, keep it up! I have had nothing but good experiences.

I’ve been shopping at this store since 2016 when Dave & Mark were in charge of the store, and ever since Dave retired and Mark was relocated, this store has gone downhill. All the new managers are very rude and nothing compared to them. I was looking for an item and I asked one of the managers that was stocking one of the aisles where it was and he didn’t even look at me, had his back towards me and told me it was in the last aisle & that was it.. not even on which side or if it was in the middle or anything. I thanked him and continued on and then saw him again but making a whole lot of conversation with another customer.. definitely made me feel a bit discriminated. & When i was checking out I asked the cashier who that was and came to find out that’s actually the stores Store Manager. What a great Store manager he is.. great example for all the other employees right? I then asked where my favorite cashier, Veronica, was at & found out she was suspended. Which is extremely odd because she’s great, maybe she could teach this Store Manager something about customer service.

The cashier service at this place is really bad; we went to pickup some gifts card yesterday, and we were asking for assistance from one of the cashier (forgot to write down her name, but this cashier lady is the first line from the alcohols side), and she refuse to assist; I even ask her to see if she has someone to help and she refused to call someone. The customer service at this store need to be re-exam and re-train for improvement.

Nice store, I go once in a while and have always been satisfied with my purchases. Havent shopped there enough for an in depth review.

Store is very clean and well stocked, has a full service meat and deli counter, well stocked produce dept, and liquor dept with wide selection of beer.Has about 5 disabled parking places. Friendly checkers and bag-persons always ask if I need help to get my groceries to my vehicle.

Never shopping here again! They have a huge sign on the door of their freezer section advertising frozen turkeys for $0.47 a pound with a $25 purchase. Right behind that freezer door and huge sign is a bunch of frozen turkeys. Naturally I expect the frozen turkeys that are with the advertisement are the turkeys that are sale. Silly me! The sale turkeys are clear on the other side of the store next to the cheese. Not in the freezer section with the meats behind the sign advertising sale turkeys. So intentionally deceiving that it should be criminal. Let’s wait until you’re in the checkout line with 4 people stacked up behind you to tell you and look at you like you’re the one holding things up. Yes, I paid full price for your deceptive turkey and I will not shop at your store again if this is how you do business. Buyer beware! This store is a scam!

Awesome store worth the little, very tiny, raise in price from Walmart the workers are awesome, friendly and helpful and the store is always clean inside as well as outside. There are no long lines.

This is my local supermarket, weve been going there for 13 years since we bought our home in Fountain Valley. Great staff, always helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile. One negative, its a small store so selection is limited but adequate. Would love to see this store get up sized!!

Friendly service, clean store, fresh meat cut and packed to order and great value. What more can anyone ask from their neighborhood grocery store? This store reminds me of our mom-pop corner market where you could buy your daily food necessities without feeling a sense of being rushed because of large crowds and overwhelming warehouse shelving towering above you. I enjoy coming here. The workers are helpful and friendly and they have all the groceries and supplies I want. Im really attracted to the meat department. Their seasoned chicken wings are awesome! Also the potato salad... and sausages. :)

Nice supermarket. Good sale prices.Unfortunately most employees lack manners. They dont greet you or thank you for your purchases. When performing their work theyre usually talking to another employee. Customer service could be improved upon.

I always shop at this store and they provide a lot of good produce at decent prices. The staff is nice and friendly. For Thanksgiving, I needed some cooking twine. I went to the butcher and asked if they had any, and the butcher just cut some of theirs and gave it to me for no charge! That is awesome!

Ive been going to this market for years. very friendly people. The produce guy helps me pick a watermelon if I need it. There are a couple of faces there that havent changed but in 25+ years. And they pay attention to how long the wait is in line. Just a well-managed, positive culture.

Staters has always been the most affordable with there meat selection is the best and well priced. The bakery items are fresh and have a great selection. Great price on a big chicken lunch today. The organic rockstar is also on sale, and there isnt a requirement to buy multiples of two or three. My shopping experience was quick and easy, and i didnt need a membership card to receive the discounts. The store was very clean as well.

Well its a typical staterbros, everyone very friendly and the guys in the meat department were very helpful and courteous sometimes customer service makes all the difference I would definitely frequent this store! And my 4 stars is like a 5 ! The only way you get a 5 star out of me is groceries free and some cash . All kidding aside good experience
