The Ice machine broke and they have absolutely no plans of fixing it. I guess they’re cool with just not selling ice for months and months because somebody is too lazy to call in a repair man. I don’t know how they expect you to keep the food and drinks cold that you buy there. Save your money and go to a place that is managed by a professional instead of whatever this place is managed by.

Clean. Well lit. Multiple entrances. But you wanna know why I pass 3 other gas stations on the way to this one? Refrigerated 12 pack cokes. Why more places dont do this I will never understand.

I just wanted to say I have been going to this gas station for quite along time and it’s so nice to walk in somewhere that there is people that remember you.I want to give Stephanie an All Star ⭐️ shout out because she so amazing in so many ways, she always has a cheerful beautiful smile, it’s almost like she can read my mind at what I am in the store for! Today I was greeted by another nice cashier, but Stephanie already had grabbed the cigarettes I wanted while she was attending another customer before I could even speak. Lol I didn’t even have to ask for what I needed now that is excellent customer service this wonderful lady deserves a raise ! a big one!!!

I have been coming to this K&G almost every workday for the last 9 months, sometimes twice a day.The staff is pretty friendly, these other reviews are wack lol.I have seen them deal with customers being rude about wearing masks then suddenly claim halfway through the interaction they have medical exemptions, and rarely does anyone behind the counter raise their voice or get rude.Theres always either fresh hot food in the case or its being prepped as I walk up, unless I walk in immediately after a daily rush or theyre 86ing leftovers.My only real complaint is they dont make enough pizza for dollar pizza wednesday and rarely make the buffalo chicken pizza.Ive been to the other local stopneats in security-widefield since Ive been working out here but I keep returning to this K&G. 🤷

Great customer service

Just refused service for not wearing a mask. I offered my medical exemption and was still refused service. I was offered an opened mask the associated had handled with his bare hands!! How is that safe? Never again Kum & Go. Lost a customer for life. It was OK to take my money yesterday but not today?

Most of the employees are disrespectful and act like youre an inconvenience to them, especially the manager. They NEVER have a selection of fresh food, especially breakfast. Not even dollar slice day. By far the worst kum n go in El Paso county. Youre better off going anywhere else.

I went to order a burger. The lady behind the counter tells me I have to wait 5-10 min to get a burger. I see 10 of them behind the counter and see continues to tell me she has to tag all of them and remove all old product be for she can hand me a burger. 0 stars on customer service. I will find a new gas station

Great selection of fountain drinks.

Not only was I refused service for not wearing a mask AFTER explaining that I am medically exempt from wearing one, but I was also met with hostility and extremely aggressive behavior. While trying to give an associate the Colorado Executive order that states I am exempt, a second associate starting yelling at me and then called the police. While on the phone with the police she said she was going to physically remove me from the store and threatened to harm me for being there. I purposely went out of my way to go to Kum & Go because that is where we prefer to do business. But I will never again patron the Kum & Go in Fountain, CO. They have no kindness or compassion and could possibly end up harming someone with the anger I witnessed.

Took a quick break and stopped into the store to grab a snack, the lady behind the counter (older with short gray hair) was extremely rude to me, even calling me “nasty” because I gave her a coin that was a little sticky. Well it was like that when I got it too.

Jason a cashier was Extremely rude and unprofessional as I was purchasing items. I have seen our military and police heroes treated with disrespect more then once during my shpping experience at Kum&Go. Not ashamed to speak up and I attend to write article to our locate newspaper.

My boyfriend was refused service for not wearing a mask. He is medically exempt and we did state that. I was wearing one so I told them I was paying and they still refused service and then called the cops on him for not wearing a mask. They are a bunch of bullies but any other Kim and go we go to in springs doesn’t give us any problems at all

The employees at this location are nothing but bullies they openly discriminate against people. Im filing a complaint because of a direct Ada violation and a violation of HIPAA laws. Worst inventory in the city. Nothing ever prepared or stocked.

This store has great employees especially the night crew but it is highly concerning that they often appear to be working alone. In this day and age, why would a giant company put their staff at risk? This is an unacceptable practice. Please Kum&Go keep your employees safe. You serve people start with them.

Went through this store in the early morning today on my way to work. It was about 3 AM; I was tired and needed some coffee. When I came in there was a young man and woman, who were cleaning. They were pleasant and very helpful when I asked simple questions, such as the prices of the cups when it was very clearly marked. The prices there are competitive to the area and when I first moved down here I actually got coupons from them. Overall I had a great experience; I dont know why people put so many bad reviews. Am definitely coming here again in the future.

Staff is exceptional, store is quite nice. However... do not purchase gas here as they are the most expensive store in the area (Fountain and Colorado Springs). Sorry folks, I’ll drive down the road a few miles for .15-.20 cheaper gas per gallon.

Excellent! The general manager, Chris, was awesome at taking care of me when their E-85 wasnt working. He let me fill up with regular gas at the E-85 price. Totally awesome! Great example of what customer service should be.

I go here every now and then to fill up my Diesel truck and to get my lottery tickets. Never had a problem in the past when Ive came here.

When they wear masks, they dont cover their noses. They dont care about their customers!

The door handles are nasty greasy, the fountain drink buttons are just as gross I had to use a napkin to clean off whatever I wanted to touch it was so sticky, they should have free hand sanitizer by the lids to the fountain drinks. The things the lids are kept in are also sticky and nasty. Doesn’t anyone bleach this and scrub it daily ? It’s summer wash it more.

Service is not as good as it used be, the last few times Ive been in, I feel like Im inconveniencing the people at the register when I go to purchase my items..funny i thought that was the purpose of this place? Their fountain drinks are consistently out, or broken and that area could really use some attention! The cleanliness is just not there....its sticky and gross. Not to mention when I went to grab a cup it had moisture in, which grossed me out, as I can only assume that cup had fallen on the floor and then been rinsed and put back with other cups to be used...

I go here a lot since I live close by, awesome bunch of people. Friendly and always working hard. You usually dont expect much from a gas station, but these guys/gals are great.

I come in practially daily, every morning before I go to work for energy drinks. Staff is always polite and efficient without being dismissive, they always strike up small talk with me and make a point of remembering my work and schedule (I headed in 2 hours early and the lady at the counter had noticed it 😅😅) Entire location is always clean and the bathrooms smell great.

David in the food area is friendly and professional. In a world of rude and inconsiderate people, its nice to run into somebody with manners. Thanks David.

This is a nice store and enjoy coming there but the reason why im giving one star is because i got disrespected. Ive been going there for years and today (8/10/18 around 1130aish) i went to get a soda. I showed my retired military ID card and an older lady little heavy side white short hair (almost like a military cut) told me that i have to be in uniform to get a discount. There is no posting of that anywhere in the store. I never knew this. All the other clerks accepted my ID card. They even told me that when i come in just show my ID. The lady gave me the discount but i was disrespected because she kind of gave me an attitude about it. She didnt even let me input my phone number to get points or didnt give me a reciept. I know this might be minor to some people but to me it was wa big deal!!! What happen to good customer serivce. I never had an issue there untill today.
