Pam at the Deli/prepared foods department was so helpful. I appreciate the time she spent helping me decide what to order for a small cookout we were having. She answered all my questions and even called to confirm before the date. Very good customer service!

This store is clean, the staff is friendly and the prices are competitive. I shop here whenever Im staying in the area and always find it to be a pleasant experience.

Don’t like going to this one. It always looks like they are closed because the lights are dimmed or turned off to conserve energy. A good environment and cost concern but terrible shopping experience.The produce is decent but a wide selection of meats. I call this the ghost town stop and shop.

The Wing Bar has returned after having been shutdown due to Covid. The wings are prepackaged and still yummy. That and a small side of potato salad, elbow macaroni, or cole slaw plus a drink and you have a great lunch. Or, theyve got tons of deli sandwiches ready to go. Great prices!

So i went to grab basil. No plants, no pre cut, their veggie section is incredibly mediocre. However, they got an extra star on their hot dog section

Once again, needed help at self check out and your employee was too busy on their cell phone to care. A rude person too. You really need older clerks at that store.

Me and my significant other were shopping and we had brought all of our groceries to the front at self check out avoiding as many people as we could for her sake. Once we started scanning our items one of the older workers with white hair comes over and asks if we need help and we said NO. but she was extremely rude and pushed herself in between me and my gf. we wanted contactless check out to begin with my gf was clearly polite with her telling her to go away...we didn’t go to someone at a checkout for this reason. She then literally proceeded to man handle the bag of steak my gf had in her hands putting it very close to her face and eyes holding our meat without gloves on??? we had already gotten this from a worker that scaled out the steak with a new pair of gloves and was super patient with us at the meat area because my gf is still worried about covid but this this young mans customer service was impeccable. We were extremely grossed out and confused on why she would take the steak out of our hands the way she did after asking if we needed help, and be rude enough to actually push herself into our personal space completely disregarding social distancing. for whatever the mistake was. Someone needs to update this older lady on personal space and customer service.

I love Stop n Shop. Its my first choice and my favorite grocery store. The stores are very clean. This includes the bathrooms. All the cold and frozen food / items are cold! & the freezers are orderly fresh& spotless. Great customer service. Absolutely NOhassle returns. They have hand held scanners as you walk into the store- at both entrances, bring shopping bags or use theirs. Scan items as you shop when U. R. done. Press total & scan your device at any self serve register & pay .

Much cleaner than Mansfield one. Didnt see employees wearing their masks on their chins.

To Darn Expensive but I love it. Every now and then I Pop in... Love their Cold Cuts Section and the Half Sour Pickles in The Jar in the Deli Section Feel Like Home. NYC... Pastrami and Swiss On Rye and Half Sour Pick. Diamond District Lunch Break. Or 57th St. Deli it Katz Deli. Those Pickles in the Jar in Stop N Shop are So Super Major in my Life...

The folks at the customer service desk were very helpful taking care of a coupon I forgot to have applied.Then I had a question for Charlie, the pharmacist. I noticed he was on a phone call and tried to figure out my own answers in the medicine aisle. Apparently Charlie noticed me looking for him and after the call he was on was over he actually came looking for me!! He was most helpful, listened carefully to my question, and even answered beyond the scope I had imagined. A great store with a great crew!

In lieu of Thursday early hours for seniors, the store manager had her store open and staffed at 6:00 am. I had a senior moment thinking that since regular hours open at 6:00 am, the store was opened anyway. Not the case. The Mansfield store was not opened. Kudos to Foxborough Stop n Shop for being opened with a smile.

I love Stop and Shop, esp. the excellent staff in the pharmacy. They are all very professional and have answered any questions Ive had about any medications or health concerns.

I come to this Stop and Shop because of Charlie and Lynne in the pharmacy, they are just awesome.

We have been using the pharmacy at this local supermarket for 13 years. The pharmacists and techs give you a small pharmacy feel even though they are located in a large supermarket chain. They take the time to talk to their customers and get to know them. Supermarket employees are always friendly and available to help as well. My daughter hurt herself in the store and two employees were wonderful at going above and beyond checking on her and trying to make her feel better.

Awful produce, gross meats, sky high prices, staff has no idea where anything is nor are they pleasant.Just the pharmacy and citizens bank happens to be the only hope that grocery store has going for them. Which they are amazing and helpful.When the strike went on some food was sold beyond expiration or reduced price.Place should be converted to a Market basket/whole foods. This Stop and Shop is not a good grocery for town of foxboro.

Always find different items at a different stop &shop

Easily the most sullen Stop & Shop employees Ive ever encountered. I live nearby, but now drive over to the Mansfield S&S instead.

The convenience,the quality and the consistency are all I have to say. Traditional company with a purpose.To help their patrons save money.. Most of my family has shopped in their stores. The name has been around for ages but its value still stands firm..

I shop there a lot and love getting the gas rewards. Employees are always courteous and helpful. but they need more staff at registers.

Excellent produce section!!

Selection of food is decent, especially their gluten free section. Aisles are fairly wide but I find this store more expensive for the quality of items then a few other big name super markets. I also didnt like that all the self check out machines, even though they looked fairly new, had on screen buttons that were very difficult to press making my check out very lengthy.

Love the Natures Promise brand! Also the organic products! Just wish the prices were a little better!

Terrible, would never go here again. Prices are always wrong and smells like fish and rancid meat juices as soon as you walk in the door... just forget it, go to shaws or market basket instead

Ruined our Thanksgiving. Bought a Turkey breast there dated Friday the 29th took it out of my refrigerator Thanksgiving morning and it smelled terrible. Thanks for ruining our Thanksgiving.

I asked a customer service representative where an item is and he didnt help at all, left saying he would find a better answer and never came back. Where leaving the store I saw him at the counter gossiping with another employee instead of helping.

The biggest problem is their customer service, especially at the check out. I continue to have bad experience with them. They treat you as if they are working for free or giving you free stuff. There is one individual in particular who is always at the check out and is always rude. I have brought this to the managers attention but no change. This Stop & Shop is very close to me but I mostly avoid this place and drive to Big Y. Once in a while when I need something quick I go here. But I guess that will stop as well.

Nothing will make me buy food elsewhere than a consistently less than clean restroomEDIT wow is this place sinking fast. Garbage produce, terrible understocks Ave staff unwilling to check out back for items not on shelf. Add the ALWAYS stinky Ava unsanitary bath rooms and one has to wonder who is running this store?! Mansfield stop & shop is far better and 5 minutes away. Sorry, Ill try again next year

Well as your num grocery store was cold so food I was hungry it was good!!

One of the pricier supermarkets in the area, but it IS convenient.

Overall a nice store. But the lack of any regard to cleanliness and regular maintenance in the mens room makes me seriously question the overall quality if their products

I sometimes find that I find different things at the Walpole stop and shop. Things like unique toothpaste, no flouride, lots of Burts bee priducts, different dogfood choices.
