I purchased the Kirkland hearing aids less than 6 months ago. Lisa was awesome in taking care of my hearing problems. I had hearing aids from Dorian Hearing Center and Miracle Ears. By far, Lisa was one of the most pleasant audiologist Ive had. Recently I had problem with my right hearing aid and Lisa helped me in a very pleasant way to try a different product. I went to the Costco Hearing Aid Store to have my hearing aid tubes changed out for longer tubes and a pack of batteries. Audra D. was very rude to me. She behaved very unprofessional, like she didnt want to help me. As if I was bothering her.After she changed out my tubes, instead of having me pay for my batteries, she had me wait while she helped another customer who walked up.When I told her that she could have had me pay for my batteries that I told her I wanted to purchase before the other customer arrived, she said sorry it didnt work out the way I wanted it to. She was very unprofessional!Audra D. should take some customers service classes so she will know how to treat every one with respect.
