I went in to see if the had papel picado flags, they had them for a decent price. So I bought a couple of bundles and they were 12 ft. long. I am satisfied with my purchase. Every time I come here I feel that I am greeted and assisted.

If I can give this place negative Stars I so would. First of all their hours online say 8am- 6:30 pm and we showed up after 10 am. Their doors where opened and unlocked, no employees to be found so we started looking around and after 5mins we where rudely greeted by the first employee. She didnt ask if we needed anything or how she could help us. We told her we where looking to buy some things and all she kept saying was how did we get in there since they dont open until 10 am. Never felt greeted or assisted what so ever. We where recommended by a friend so we traveled an hour to get to this place. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this disgusting establishment where you feel like your imposing. I hope the owner is made Aware of this Unfortunate incident so he can provide the proper customer service training for his rude employees.

Great service, lots to choose from. Friendly staff will gladly go there again.
