I have been going to this place for years. It is near where I live and the place ways felt very welcoming. The food is great and the selection of groceries is small but decent. Great mexican variety. The people working there are great. Pretty sure most are bilingual.One thing that does bother me some is that the size of the burritos have gotten smaller while remaining the same price. I only order burritos from this place so of course that is what I notice. They used to be those big fat burritos that you are one And it filled you up so much. Now they are like the thin burritos from the frozen section. The taste is still amazing but that size factor is really making me reconsider ever buying burritos there again. Just a small thought. Loved this place! The carnitas are so good! Service is quick and efficient and prices are great! One of my favorite places to get great Mexican food.

The carnitas burritos here are off the hook. Not dry like some other places. And they mix in some skin into it as well. So yummy. You wont regret it. Take it from this fat kid. Its worth it to give it a try.

Its a To go type of restaurant but the food is good & so is the price.

This place has some of the best carnitas in the Fresno area. Always fresh and tasty. Their carnitas have that authentic taste of carnitas from the Michoacan region of Mexico. Really friendly staff and clean environment. Best of all the prices are awesome. Definitely worth the drive to eat here. Many more tasty authentic mexican dishes on the menu.

My grandma used to send me here and they still have good priced food. The chile verde is so bomb and its the only chile verde Ill eat in Fresno

My 1st time ever and I must say I have found a new place to eat tacos, burritos, tortas and birria (Birria only sold on Saturday & Sunday I suggest you arrive early for the birria) very flavorful and well priced I highly recommend this spot.

Can we say $1 tacos?!?! They were so good I got 4 of them. They put alot of carne on their tacos & burritos. And they are very welcoming. While we ate the guy taking out the last of the horchata for the day, gave it to us. So coming back here for their delicious food. I really want to try the menudo on my next visit.

I have been a customer of La Piedad Mercado for at least 8 years. The store is clean, they have great food and customer service is excellente!!

Bought a soda that cost a dollar I drop it by accident cause I had my baby. Anyways so I got another one and was charge for it. I know is just a dollar soda but the cashier wasnt the nice to give it to me for free. Had to use my card cause I didnt had cash my last dollar was used to buy my first soda and charging me $1.75.
