Not enough lines most of the time and lines can be long. But the store is,always pretty clean and neat.
Pharmacy staff was very helpful and accommodating. Got what I needed and was in and out quickly and back on the road.
This is the WORST CVS location! First, I always seem to encounter some sort of issue in the pharmacy department. They are always completely unorganized and can’t get things filled on time. It’s very frustrating!Second, my biggest issue is with what occurred this evening. I have had yet another encounter with very rude employees that clearly don’t want to do their job. I was trying to come into the store with a few minutes to spare before closing, only to be told by an employee in a very rude manner that they were closed. You shouldn’t put certain hours of operation if you can’t uphold those hours for service. I will not be returning and will take my business to Walgreens where I am valued as a customer
Just a great experience every time. The staff is super friendly and helpful
What I couldnt understand is why it would take 1 hr wait time to get a flu shot, when last year it was only 15 min. The store upgrade didnt help in that aspect of service.
Great minute clinic care. Friendly staffs d lots of in stick items
They tried to charge me over $200 over a tiny bottle of Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide Gel. What a joke! I went to another CVS and they only charge me only $80 for the same bottle.
I went today to cvs at fuquay varina and the lady kally her service was bad
Shoutout to Andrea doing the covid testing! I got tested earlier this morning and my 5 year old was tested around 5pm so she’s been in and out of the rain all day. She made it fun and easy for my daughter to collect a sample. Andrea had my daughter laughing throughout the whole thing.
I have been using this CVS for the past 4 1/2 years for the same medications. The past 3 months they have been “out of order” for my son’s adderal and they don’t tell me ahead of time. I go to pick up the medication and that’s when they tell me it’s on order! It’s not as simple as transferring the medication to another Cvs because adderal is a controlled substance. Long story short they leave me on a wild goose chase trying to get a hold of my sons doctor to request another prescription be sent to a different Cvs (usually takes at least 48 hours, leaving my son without his adhd meds for days!)This CVS has become a joke, I’m done! I’m definitely going to start supporting local pharmacies!
They are awful. Only reason I use them is my work shifted to CVS as our provider for prescriptions. And one of the medicines a family member needs can only be filled through CVS special pharmacy. Since it is expensive I have it sent for pickup at the pharmacy. The pharmacy is always too crowded, the pharmacists seem overworked, takes forever to get through on the phone. I wish I could have just kept getting this filled at the Harris Teeter pharmacy down the road which is 1,000 times better (faster, friendlier staff, etc.)
Other than the fact that over half are complaining about the pharmacy, the store is good for what they carry and can tell you what they have, however some things that they should have they dont which is wierd. They have a pop section, but its all 1 brand of soda. ( aka Coca Cola and Pepsi brand)
Pharmacy hours are terrible
Every time I have prescriptions to be called in, there is an issue. I either have items missing or I had 4 rx’s sent by my Dr yesterday. I get my text from CVS saying my rx is ready only to get there and only 1 of 4 are filled. I asked about the other 3 and was told none of the others were received. After many requests to check made to the tech she finally called the pharmacist over who showed the rx for one only but it was on order and the other two were not filled. Make 2nd trip back today after again getting text that my rx’s are ready And again go back to pick them up and go home except a new rx which is an injectable med they didn’t include any needles. After calling from home and being on hold 20 minutes they pulled the order for the needles and a 3rd trip was made back to CVS. 3 trips in 2 days. Actually in 24 hours. If my insurance didn’t require me to use CVS I would go back to Walgreens in a heartbeat. Definitely going to look at another CVS location for future rx fills. Does CVS care about customer service at all????
Was able to pay online, but really had hoped to experience promised free rx delivery. Took 3 calls for me to find out that I would have to come in after being told it would be shipped to my address.
Im not understanding why they have a sign up in the drive through that FULL SERVICE AVAILABLE IN BOTH LANES when that is not the case... so I had to drive around and get in the back of the line. Unprofessional
Very nice and modern CVS. My bathroom was dirty. But my wife say hers was very clean. The real issue is traffic pattern. It was really hard to get in and out of. Theres a stop light, hidden divider and a railroad crossing to navigate through.
I am not sure where all these bad reviews came from. My wife has been here three times, and today was the first time I have been here. My wife says these people are amazing and great customer service. Today I witnessed the same thing, they were busy and you could tellnthwybwere slightly stressed. upon my arrival, but the pharmacist still looked at flavor options for my sons medicine. Even though she told me it was already flavored, and she was right. This pharmacy is awesome and now has our business!
As a regular customer, I should have gotten extra bucks for an item they were out of stock for. I spend thousands of dollars there. You would think they would care for regulars but all they care mostly for is corporate greed.
I arrived at closing and the pharmacist and staff still helped me.
Price gouging on prescriptions. I tried filling a prescription, they told me my insurance did not cover it. The pharmacist I talked to said he has a coupon he could apply that would reduce the price if I paid out of pocket. I trusted him and paid what he asked because I needed the meds badly. Few days later, I went online to good RX to check what others were charging with a coupon including CVS. I found out, the guy charged me twice the listed price that CVS had online with the coupon he claimed he used. I confronted CVS with their coupon and my receipt that showed the overcharge, The pharmacist said too bad its been more than seven days and they wont refund me the difference. Nobody ever told me there was a time limit. Its been exactly 9 days, 3 of those days, we were snowed in and could not go anywhere. I will never use CVS again. Watch out, they will rip you off.
I was instructed to go to the minute clinic at the CVS to have labs drawn by my doctor. When I got here, the nurse at the clinic was incredibly rude and condescending in letting me know that I had come to a clinic, not a lab. Thanks, I know its a clinic, I was just doing what I was told to do.I will no longer be patronizing this CVS location.
Pharmacy is extremely slow. ... slower then any other I have been to. They say they update costumer info but on the next visit the rx is delayed because they didnt update info after all . Pharmacists here are very unfriendly and could care less if customer is happy or not. If you have ANY other choice, go ANYWHERE besides HERE. Always something that causes unwelcome long waits. If theyre understaffed...management hire more and decent/nice ones this time please!
Very clean. I was greeted when I entered the store. The associate asked after I was wondering if I needed help and was very pleasant. There is a minute clinic which we are going to use. There are masks at checkin for sick coughing people and hand sanitizer available.
I love these folks. They always take time to listen, my scrips are ready when I go to pick them up. They always have time to respond to my questions. I feel like its a home town pharmacy and I like that!
I dont care for this store or company at all. They often automatically add people to their automatic refill aystem without their permission. Ive also known a couple of former employees who have worked there and they both have told me the same thing, that the managers always try to cheat them out of pay by falsifying the payroll records to make it appear that their employees worked less hours than they actually did so they could save on the pyroll expenses and increase the profits for their store and district. The district manager Jay Barefoot apparently supports these efforts because it increases his bonuses and hell threaten and harass any emloyees that report the payroll theft. If they treat their employees like this, who knows what theyll do with your personal data and medical records they have. Would never do business ith this unscrupulous company.
Just a few visits with this pharmacy1. Dr sent over an Rx for my son, went through the drive through to pick it up and it wasnt ready, they told me to come back in 20 minutes. When I came back the pharmacist said, oh yeah we didnt have his birthdate so we didnt fill it. They didnt bother to call.2. Dr called in an Rx at 11 am. I called the pharmacy at 2pm to verify it was ready. Not only was it not ready, they didnt even have it in stock. Glad I called first.3. Called on the phone to see if they had something in stock and they said yes, drove over and they didnt have it3 strikes and you are out, I do not recommend this pharmacy
Quick service and super helpful! I had no idea that I could get a discount on my meds, but they suggested one and I am going to use it as often as I can.
I always use CVS, I like the drive thru window for prescriptions, they have a pretty good selection of health Care products.
Stick with Walgreens in Fuquay and save yourself the headache of dealing with this awful CVS pharmacy. My OB sent over a generic script for diabetes strips and lancets for the meter I already had. Ive not had much experience with this since I am just monitoring my blood sugar through pregnancy. CVS told me it was filled over the phone, when I arrived to pick it up they said the brand of meter I had wasnt covered by insurance. This started a run around of calling my OB, insurance company, trying to figure out what was covered so they could tell this CVS exactly what to fill, getting me a new meter so it would be covered etc. Again, they called and said the new script was filled. I went to pick it up, and they had filled only strips and lancets for a meter I didnt have. When I asked for the meter they said they didnt have it and I should call around to other CVS pharmacies and see if they had one. So rude...I am pregnant and dont need this stress, so I left and went to Walgreens on Main st. to just buy some strips out of pocket for the meter I already had.Walgreens was so nice and told me to have my OB call them and they would take care of finding out what was covered. A day later I had a meter, strips and lancets filled by them. They even called CVS for me to cancel my other order. I went to pick my stuff up and it was almost fully covered by insurance. Guess what...the meter covered by insurance turned out to be the exact one I ALREADY had that CVS originally told me they couldnt fill the strips for. I will never go back to that CVS ever. Walgreens for the win!
I will never return to this cvs, Debbie was one of the rudest cashiers I have ever had the misfortune to experience. She was slamming my items and making rude remarks. Debbie wasnt even standing up there when I walked up to the register, she was standing in the aisle talking. Not a big deal but she didnt even apologize. She made rude, judgemental comments about the products I was buying. I tried to say it thank you and she just blankly stared at me and was holding onto my change. I tried to grab it and she held onto it. What an uncomfortable moment for someone trying to shop at cvs. Ive never experienced this treatment at a cvs before.
Just moved to the area first experience with this store left a bad taste. I wish CVS were the same across the board. Very disheartening.
Do yourself a favor!!! Stay away from the minute clinic . The Nurse Practitioner is extremly rude and unprofessional.
I asked the pharmacist for help she was rude and her response was just to buy both products. Total ass.
Their phone number isnt working as of 07/27/2019................
Pharmacist at the window, spot on w/ help
Not always the most pleasant at all.
Clean and friendly
The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They need to lose down. DO NOT CARE ABOIT CUSTOMERS.
