UPDATE: 10 days later and still no refund. We called on 10.10.2020 and talked to the manager and he told me I’d have a refund by 10.13.2020. It’s the 15th with no refund. I called today and was told the manager would call me back soon. We shall see if they do what they say. If not I will be physically coming to the store to get my refund. Horrible customer service.8 days ago I put in an appointment to drop off my vehicle to install a tow package. I arrived to the facility today to drop off my vehicle for the appointment I made. They informed me they didn’t have the parts. No phone calls before hand - nothing to let me know that this would not happen. Very unprofessional.

The staff is always ready to help and are very attentive. This location offers propane tank filling service and has the lowest prices on propane in town. The storage units are a bit pricey but still offer a great solution for storage at a convenient location. The store offers anything you would need to move a household, everything from boxes to ratchet straps. The moving truck selection varies day to day based on truck returns and rentals. If they dont have the size truck you are looking for they are quick to find the nearest one in town and help with directions.
