This is the worst CVS I have been to by far. Highly recommend going to a different location

This is the slowest pharmacy ever. No matter what time of day or the scenario, they do not ever have prescriptions ready. It’s always a long wait.

If you need a covid shot, go elsewhere. Like an hour wait, this place has to have the slowest pharmacy known to man.

Would give a zero. Pharmacy is horrible, caught in lies and able to prove that they lied and absolutely no apologies. The attitude of the entire pharmacy staff is its our word and we literally do not care about customer service or medical needs. Will not come back here not that the staff cares. I guess it will be a blessing one less family to take care of.

Always friendly customer service with the retail and pharmacy at this store. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. The store is starting to look a little run down though.

This use to be a good pharmacy but it has gone downhill. The pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpful. Hospice has sent several meds that they asked to have done asap and were told they would be done within an hour. Several hrs later I am calling them and they are not done. Tell them in an hour we will be there and still not ready. Pharmacist was unapologetic and could care less that he left a dying women in pain for hours on a med that was in stock and promised within an hour. If you care about your loved ones dont go here.

The staff is very helpful and kind. They have helped my find better costs on medications that were not covered by my insurance. I have never had a bad experience here

I cant speak to the pharmacy side of this location, but the retail/over the counter side of their business is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great cosmetics selection and their OTC medications are always well-stocked.

They are just as rude as any other CVS you will ever have to go to. Hung on me on the phone. Changed the way my RX was written and caused it be rejected by my insurance. How dare a pharmacy rewrite a RX written by a DR!

Ive never used the pharmacy side of this location, but the retail/over the counter side of their business is fine. Its clean, well organized and in my few trips to this CVS Ive never thought any ill of the staff.

Said it would take 15 minutes to wait for a prescription, 40 minutes later they had still not finished them, I took the ones they had done and filled the other one elsewhere.. I do not have a problem with CVS generally, but this one has no respect for customers time. Would recommend going to the CVS at cherry bottom and morse or new albany on 62 for much better service.

They do an okay job here. The pharmacy staff is very good, but the store staff seems to really hate working there.
