Had an incredible experience with these guys. My apple watch first generation had a crack screen, old battery, and the haptic feedback was broken. These guys were able to fix the crack screen and the battery very quickly. When the haptic feedback still had trouble working, they ordered an Apple Watch series 2 for me! Highly recommend and I will be coming back here for sure.

Con artists. Only reason why they got one star is because I couldn’t give them zero stars. Awful place, terrible, incompetent employees. Broke my device and said there is no refunds even though they were the problem. Terrible. Go to iHospital near UF.

Soooo my iPhone spent 5 minutes in a hot washing machine before I realized and fished it out but not before the back glass panel completely shattered. I tried 6 repair shops that all couldnt/wouldnt do the repair or straight up tried to sell me a new phone 🙄. Gadget Guys did an excellent and quick repair. My phone looks new and works great. Thanks guys, I will be back for hypothetical future services!

A stuff in BestBuy recommend them to me because it will take up to 6 weeks before I can get my laptop back when they send it to the main office. Just had my iPad fixed there and unlike other experiences with repair shops, they actually fixed it and it’s running better than before. They stand behind their work and did right by me. Rare combo in this industry.

My iPhone randomly blacked and i couldn’t get any of my apps working so i went to verizon but they were no help. i found gadget guys online i called and he said it sounds like a simple software problem i went in 30 min later and he was able to fix my phone within a couple seconds! i would recommend this place to anyone he was really sweet and didnt even charge me :) definitely will go back if theres ever something wrong with my phone.

My husband went in to get his phone fixed front and back. The back side, is great looks good and is holding really well. The front screen though, the first time he went in and got it fixed, not even a full day in it breaks, he didn’t have a screen protector on it at first, but he had pretty good phone case on it. So went back got it fixed a second time. Same thing happened, the screen crack instantly on the first drop and it wasn’t even a long fall. Literally just fell on the couch. Now the screen is popping off on one side. I don’t think we’re going to get it fixed again from here. I personally got the impression that they didn’t put a good screen on it, on purpose and just wanted us to keep coming back to get it fixed. That’s just my opinion.

Great customer service, dropped off my google pixel 3xl for screen and battery replacement. They got the screen and battery ordered in with their next shipment quicker than expected and had my device repaired the same day the parts came in, will definitely be using them again for any other repairs I need.

I had a minor problem with a stuck sim card port. Getting it unstuck would require partially dismantling the phone. I did not want to risk opening the phone myself, so they did the job for $30 inside 30 minutes.
