All My Sons moved us into our new home yesterday. Clayton Webb and his crew, Adam, Alex and Noah, did a fantastic job. Totally professional, efficient and very careful with everything. We were well-prepared for this move, so All My Sons went right to work, as soon as they arrived at our previous home. Absolutely no wasted time, from start to finish.We highly recommend All My Sons. They are a first-class moving company.

The team including Joshua Guibord (Boise Idaho area) was very efficient, kind and generous. They were very respectful and communicative about how they were going to move items and asked ample questions to be able to accommodate our moving needs. Upon arriving at destination of move, they continued to communicate very effectively. Overall it took 3 hours for the team of 3 to move a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the second floor to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house about 15 miles away. Thank you All My Sons. Jesse Rice and his partner made our move as easy as possible. They were fast and efficient in wrapping our furniture and getting everything loaded. Same thing when unloading at our self-storage. And, All My Sons was the best price for our move from McCall to Portland. Very pleased!

I was really on the fence on how to rate this. The movers themselves were very nice, competent and got things done semi quickly. I did run into issues with scheduling. I called on a Thursday to set up a move for the following Tuesday and thankfully I called Monday to verify. They had my move scheduled for a week later which wouldn’t work for my schedule. They were able to fit me in on that Tuesday afternoon, which wasn’t verified until I called them Tuesday morning. That being said, I have major sticker shock. I’ve moved 13 times in ten years, the equivalent of a two bedroom apartment. I paid $940 for 4 hours of labor total. Maybe that’s the going rate for this amount of stuff moving less than 10 miles across town but it certainly seemed steep to me. I would recommend these guys if money isn’t an issue. For me I think it was overpriced and they weren’t very great at communication.

I always hate to have to leave a bad review but this situation is unacceptable and seems worth the time to warn anyone else that may be looking for this type of service. We can start out with the good, the moving was generally done well, timely and the price was competitive with the market. The workers were nice and careful with our things but my laundry room floor got damaged during the move, something was slid on the laundry room floor linoleum and it tore several pretty good size chunks up. I got quite a few quotes to have the damage repaired and they were all right about $700 but the company will not pay to repair their mistake. Instead they offered to give us $150 because that somehow makes it right. Im not asking for a lot here just for my home to be the way that it was when this company entered it. If you are a representative of the company and happen to read this review and feel like making it right I would really appreciate it.

On 8-20-21, I had two employees show up from All my Sons Moving Company. One of them was new, the experienced lead gave him direction. He had this new person moving my couch by himself, almost dumping it off the ramp. I thought this was unsafe but refrained from saying something, assuming they were the professionals. After loading up my furniture, and boxes. It took 2 hours for 2 people to load my couch and 2 bedrooms (no appliances). Everything was already packed. Then we got to my new house I had just purchased. They started unloading. The supervisor took my hideabed through the back to the porch. Instead of asking his employee to help he proceeded to push it through the door. Once he got it through the door, (luckily not damaging my door) he then proceeded to drag it across my deck. He could have asked the other employee to help him. This caused a huge scratch across my PVC deck. It is not wood that can be sanded and fixed. It is PVC decking now I have a deep gouge across my deck that wasnt there before I moved in. I hadnt lived there for more than a day. Then I got a $820 bill, to move 2 bedrooms and boxes less than 10 miles across town. I was astounded. I did this same move not too long ago and it cost me $450. I now have had to file a claim on my deck that I have no clue if they are going to take care of. I have to fill out all this paperwork then scan it with the photos that I have taken. Then wait to see if they will even do anything about it. My suggestion is you have a lot of companies to choose from, I dont recommend this company. I hope this review helps someone not have the same experience.

Clayton and Cody are fantastic. This was a big move lots of heavy furniture two big refers. And 102 degrees.Never a gripe, never a snarl no banged walls nothing broken. Polite, courteous and just nice guys.And, I didn’t have to close out my savings account to pay the bill.This is the second move with All My Sons and while I hope it’s the last, I’d certainly call them again.

Jessie Rice and co-worker we’re fabulous, they communicated on their way from Boise to Mccall with timing and arrived promptly. Hard-working, very careful with our furniture and items and had a great deal of work for just two of them. They were professional, asked questions, and did a fantastic job all the way around. Would highly recommend them. They kept a chipper attitude throughout The entire eight hour job, and that was on top of a 2 Hour Dr. on the way up and a two hour drive on the backend. Couldn’t have asked for better help!

We had a very good experience start to finish! Everyone did what that said they would do!!! Jesse and Cody worked 11 hours straight packing a ton of dishes and odd items without stopping. Very hard workers! They arrived at our location and got everything moved and set up in a 100 degree heat!!! We appreciated all they did!

I had three guys show up to a hard move with three motorcycles. They loaded my truck for a move to Montana. They worked fast and loaded it expertly with room to spare. So glad I used them. Lifesavers for sure!

We had fast, strong movers who left nothing to chance. We were leaving the home we raised our kids in and it was bitter sweet. So many of our things have a special family connection and meaning, and Cody took great care of our possessions! Highly recommend.

Cody Drey was one of three guys that came to help us move same day. I was in a huge hurry as this move was sprung on me, so hiring them ended up being a good decision. They were all fast, kind and personable and took good care of our things. Nothing broke. Everything made it here. I even had them go into my home before I arrived because they were early and I was late. I had cash, a gun, and other things laying around that I would have put away before letting strangers in my home, but it was all untouched and handled with discretion. Unbelievable lack of service and support from Logan. We discovered after completing our move, that all of the boxes in our master bath and closet had been left behind-approximately 20 boxes. Not once did any one of the three movers who were working with us that day tell us that those boxes had been left behind. We had to go back and make multiple trips to move all of those boxes ourselves, beyond tired and exhausted. When I contacted Logan to ask for a discount he stated it was our fault that the truck wasnt big enough to move all of our items. He also stated that it was not their responsibility to notify us that ALL of those boxes had been left behind. Apparently, the moving consultant did not reserve a truck large enough for all of boxes and furniture and All My Sons states that they hold no responsibility for that. I am beyond blown away that any company would take such a position. I am baffled that All My Sons believes that becuase the truck they used (which they selected) was too small that it should make sense for 20 clearly marked and stacked boxes, which were shown to the movers, should be left behind without any notification to us and that we should be told it is our fault and All My Sons has no responsibility for that. Even while eating pizza with us (which we provided for the movers) and when giving them their tips, they never once mentioned they chose to leave all of those boxes behind. I just cant even begin to understand why All My Sons denies the situation clearly for what it was-their mistake. They decline providing any compensation or even an apology. What a terrible way to run a business.

My wife and I used all my sons to move out of a 4th floor 58 stair walk up, into a storage unit across town and THEN directly to my new place a state over. Etienne and his team were fantastic, we had everything packed and labeled for them and they took that and ran with it. They were professional, fun and hell impressive 👏. I saved a ton of time, my back and in the end truly believe I saved money. I have never used movers before but after this experience I will for sure be using All My Sons again and I hope everyone has the experience I had - I know you will if you get Etienne and his team. These guys are absolutely amazing! I had a 20’ trailer for my cross country move and they really brought their A game. The original movers I had booked dropped me last minute and these guys saved the day! Brian & Logan for the win!! They went above and beyond my expectations. Helped unload the entire trailer and put together all my furniture all in under 1.5 hrs!!

I really don’t like leave poor reviews but if I could go back in time and book a different company I would. Moving our office as the previous building we were in is getting demolished soon. These guys underbid our job by $4,000 (quoted around $3k, charged us over $7k. Maybe they need to sit down and compare what the bid guy is saying and what the movers are actually doing, hopefully most jobs aren’t off by this much?? The movers took their sweet time though, but they are kids getting paid hourly so what do you expect right? Didn’t move two of the large items they said they could, leaving us to scramble to find someone that can in a days notice when everyone is booked solid, by the way. We have a demo booked for the building we are moving out of as well. Had they informed us they couldn’t move this stuff over a month ago when we reserved our date I would be more understanding and this would be a non issue. Then they left us with two unassembled desks because the kids they sent us couldn’t figure out how to put anything back together. None of our stuff is organized when they packed, they threw all of our wires into the same box so we have 6 computers, 12 monitors, three printers, tv, etc that we have to figure out which cord goes where. 😂They were early showing up though which I typically appreciate, however we asked to start at 9 and I got called at 7:30 am to start, which is fine but I live an hour away from the office so scheduling is important, they didn’t care though. Oh well. We move again in a year, so definitely going in a different direction next time.

Terrible experience. They broke two pieces of furniture, damaged our walls, took an hour and 20 minutes just to load a sectional and part of a desk that was already in the garage. One of the movers they sent wasnt even of age and could lift hardly anything to the point that my husband had to step in multiple times. They didnt protect any of the door casings. I requested floor runners because we just got out carpet professionally cleaned and they put runners down on the hardwood but no where on the carpet. They were very slow and unprofessional. Very very upset with the service.

All my Sons were able and willing to handle my household move from Boise to a rural and remote area in Garden Valley ID when several other local moving companies were unable to. The office staff were responsive, professional and provided excellent communications and updates prior to move date. The crew ( Cody Drey and partner) were prompt, efficient and handled our property with great care. No surprises with invoice vs estimated rates. Great company to work with!

The three gentleman that did our move were just awesome. They were right on time in the morning and started work right away. This was a full truck, 8 hour move including lots of oversized furniture, multiple beds, and a baby grand piano. The team was as pleasant at the end of the day as they were when they arrived in the morning. I recommend All My Sons to anyone looking for a cross-town or out of state move.

3 guys turned up and it started pretty well. I showed them all the items that needed moving asked how long they think it would take and was told that a move this size should easily be done in a day. I had changed the initial plan to include packing of some smaller items but expressed that the important part is getting the large items that I cannot move on my own. I even went around and blue taped items and drawers etc I didnt want them to touch. Several times throughout the day I asked for updates and was told well be done by 5 (unpacking on other side) at about 4pm one of them came to me and told me that they are getting close to overtime and would start charging double or I can pay them to store it overnight and they would return the next day. I looked around and the house felt like it had hardly been touched. I called and spoke to their manager and he waved the overtime fee and sent another crew to assist.At the new house unpacking we told them large items in the respective room everything else in the garage. Multiple times which room does this go in?, nothing labeled as to even which room it came out of. Most of the stuff they were asking us for direction on I had already told them to leave in the garage.They set up the master bed and left all other furniture wrapped in the respective room, which we asked them to do. The wife immediately notices a large chunk out the side of our bed. The following night I was able to get the other beds put together and as I was doing so noticed they had been reckless with all our furniture. All 3 beds were beaten. The bookshelves beaten. My garage tool chest is now twisted and doesnt stand quite straight. Hand rail in old house has a large ding in it. I called to speak to someone to try and talk amicably and file a claim. 4 people I was passed between with barely a sentence from each. The last guy took my name, number and email without another word no question on what happened etc.I give 1 star as they got my stuff to the new house and ended up not charging overtime. But I will not be recommending or returning to use them for anything.

Jesse Rice & his team did an awesome job with loading up my POD. They were very careful & wrapped all my furniture to keep it safe. They were very efficient & loaded more than I thought they would be able to into my POD. They did not waste time & worked hard to get it done in a timely manner. Move #2 was as excellent as move #1. Chris and Aaron were professional, courteous, and efficient. Despite a late start due to bad weather, they delivered our property on time. Loading and unloading both went quickly. They protected floors to avoid tracking muck into the house. They stayed in touch during the long drive. There was no damage to any items or to either house. AMS makes moving as stress-free as possible.

First, the estimate was $1500 less than the final bill. The workers were slow and an additional worker had to be brought in. They left items in the cupboards and the washer and dryer were not moved. A second crew had to be brought in to finish the job. Unpacking I found broken lamp shades, furniture with scrapes not there before, wires not with there respective items—just in a bunch. One of my bedroom lamps was broken making it not useable. They took a chunk out of the front door jamb. They were supposed to send someone to fix it and they still haven’t shown up. I will not use this company again.

The crew was amazing. Very professional. Matt and Bill worked very fast and I never worried about my stuff getting damaged. They saved me hours and hours of work. Well worth the value and will not use anyone but AllMySons for our future moves.

I was helping a 94 yr old lady move from one room to another room in an independent living facility. The 2 men were on time and moved all the heavy stuff with care. Both men were friendly and kind. The company was easy to work with and checked in the day before the move. Cody Drey was my contact person as he was great to work with. I would highly recommend All My Sons.

Dont expect honesty from these people. Yes they are nice and professional but they lie to you about their prices. When they say youre not going to be charged travel time, thats a blatant lie. They also will sit in the moving truck and diddle themselves for 15 minutes, and youll have to pay for that too. Thanks cody who wanted me to add your name to this review.

Talk about a life saver! I called up All My Sons Moving & Storage at 12:05 pm on a Saturday, exhausted from packing up our rented moving truck and driving it from out of state the day before. We were exhausted and the idea of moving all our stuff up the three floors in our rented townhouse was overwhelming. I called a few places to see if someone could help us unload and since it was the weekend no one would answer. When I called All My Sons, Cody Drey answered the phone and was polite, helpful, and above all respectful. He understood my stress and did everything he could to help me out. By 1:30 pm that day, two to the nicest men were at our new townhouse ready to unload the truck. They worked hard and fast to get the truck unloaded and carried load after load, up the stairs. I am so thankful that All My Sons answered the phone when I called, on the weekend, and went the extra mile to reduce the stress on one of the most stressful days, Moving Day. I will be using them again, and I highly recommend everyone should. Thanks a million All My Sons!!

Being new to Boise and pregnant with hubby working, having All My Sons come and help me finish packing and move was essential! I only moved 7 mins away from m rental but had a lot of stuff in our 3 bedroom. They were professional, careful, kind, and very efficient! Cody helped get us set up and updated us along the way, and Webb, Hunter and Josh used their strength and smarts to pack us and unpack us! So happy with our experience!!! So appreciative and thankful!!!

I didn’t catch their names but the two guys who came to help me move the items that were too big for me to do myself were great. Wrapped everything up and made sure no damage was done to either apartment.

1 Day move 5 miles away. 3 bdr house to a 3 bdrm house. Damage before leaving move out house two items. Arrived at new house and took pictures of the damage. We were assured by the foreman the damaged would be repaired. Sent in a claim. Received a $500 offer for a $490 repair on main China Cabinet and nothing for the broken 42 TV or repair to the wood on the China cabinet. When speaking to the claims dept. the acknowledge $500 is the MAX amount unless you purchase supplemental policy. All replacement costs are based on 60 cents per pound of the item. The Standard in the industry.BEWARE of this company. The damage created by their employees is no guarantee of any kind of customer satisfaction or future business. The collection of Overtime charges and items are not included in the price quoted. And Buyer Beware. The max amount of liability is $500 unless you wish to take legal action against them.Feel free to text me for details

Spoke to Cody Drey and he was able to squeeze me in immediately and let me tell you, they were extremely friendly and fast! Only took them about 35 minutes to unload the entire truck! Also very honest, one of the men dropped a cookie sheet off the and made sure to tell me. When I move again I will definitely be using them again!

Josh and Keenan were so responsible and helpful. They were so professional and did a great job! It was blizzarding while they unloaded and they handled it like champs. I can 100% recommend the service to anyone looking to move.

Final charge was INSANELY EXPENSIVE Charged for several services/items used that were NOT used. Was ill-informed of price rates two weeks ago when requesting their service. The total that was verbally given to me at end of their service, was OVER $100 less than actual charge!! As I read every bit of everything after I gave payment, I read, non binding contract. Basically it was $350 MORE than expected charges Quite disappointed, as for I am a single mother who is not rich.

This is the second time I’ve e used All My Sons Moving and Storage and they were great! They really took the time to carefully wrap up all of our items and ensure that our home didn’t get damaged in the moving process. I had them stop two places (storage and consignment) and that didn’t seem to bother them at all, they were always very friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

We had a great experience with Jesse and Jaden today. They were on-time exactly at 8 and worked diligently throughout the day helping us pack everything we needed and moving it into our storage unit. My husband and I both work so it was really hard to get everything in boxes. But luckily the guys came prepared with extra boxes, tape and wrap ready to help us out. I loves that they had this as an extra service. Everything was handled carefully and organized very neatly in our unit. I would definitely recommend them and All My Son’s, to anyone who is needing quality movers who are going to be extra careful and take good care of your items!

Our experience with All My Sons was excellent. Jake did our initial evaluation and we felt confident that there would be experienced movers to help our two pronged move to an apartment and then storage. Cody was our professional mover who did an outstanding job of packing our furniture and lamps and then getting both moves done within the 5 hour time frame Jake had given us. The assistant who helped with the load and unload was a good worker and followed directions from Cody. We are so thankful to have had All My Sons doing our move and look forward to using their services again.

All my sons moving company helped me to not only load & unload my grandmas entire house!!!...but also pack it up safely! I would highly recommend All My sons! everyone was so helpful & nice. this was such a smooth transition and they didnt leave until the job was done ! 5 stars!

They were polite, friendly and listened to my concerns. Cody was in charge and kept things moving smoothly. I think they took good care of my property. Kept an eye on everything. My only suggestion would be to label boxes clearly. Things packed in kitchen should say KITCHEN on them, etc.

We hired this business to help clear out a “man cave” to convert it to a nursery. There were several oversized items to be moved, including a 950 pound safe. The guys did an impeccable job getting everything done in a timely manner. Cody Drey is who I initially spoke with about the move and he assured me I would be nothing but impressed and satisfied with the process. He was right! I truly appreciated his enthusiasm on the phone. It’s ultimately why I chose “All my Sons”. The crew was fast and efficient and I would recommend them to anybody needing help with a move!

The All My Sons staff is awesome! Logan is great to work with and was able to squeeze our move in on a busy Friday before a holiday. Then on moving day they showed up earlier than expected which was great. The pricing is also very competitive and worth every cent. The movers were very efficient and professional and had a great attitude the whole move - even with a couch that was a pain to get into our new place! I would recommend All My Sons to anyone :)
