I could talk with Branch Rental Manager DJ and he showed hospitality and kindness for whom does not have any idea on attaching car carrier. He was very polite and humble and I believe this branch must have very good quality of service and can trust whatever I would do with them.

Everything went fine but whoever the front desk lady was needs to loose her attitude that’s not a way to talk to customers who are giving you business. Especially if He walked in there being nice. She’s lucky it wasn’t me who walked in there.

CORPORATE POLICY is to only allow staff in the building. 37 degrees outside and they want your details at the door, including a credit card in which you are not allowed to watch what the staff member does with it... Then youre welcome to stand around, freezing your a** off while they process your transaction. All because of what? Covid 19? Really? What should have been a smooth transaction turned out to be nightmare. Worst part, the pansy that processed the transaction loves this BS. He literally was giddy with power. When my coworker and I came to the facility early in the AM, we were greeted by a friendly professional gentleman. He was quick, courteous and allowed us to get on the road asap. My only complaint would be that you need to take credit cards over the phone, but overall 5 starts. Thanks guys

These guys are awesome. I was under the gun for a military move and needed to get a truck on short notice. They were able to get me a great 26 truck and car carrier at a reasonable price. They even hooked everything up and pulled it around to make it easier. I recommend these guys.

Quick and efficient!

We were looking for a rental for the weekend. Website stated they were open. I call and the gentleman who answered was rude and dismissive. Says they aren’t open on Saturday because of what’s going on. I can appreciate that, but at least be professional.

I’m a huge fan of Penske. I use them at my work all the time. Nonetheless, this dealer was highly efficient and professional. Very impressed!

Customer service is A++ but Equipment and moving supplies are C+I have to call out Travis(?) at the counter for doing a great job helping me out. The first truck I was given was undrivable due to a severe front end shake starting at 40 MPH. I rented the truck to go from GA to NJ (800 miles) so no way I could use it. It was the only one-way truck they had so after I returned it they found another truck at a Home Depot 20 miles away! I was given a discount to cover the taxi ride. Travis didnt let me leave without having a truck. But, this location had almost no moving supplies so they gave me what they could (couple boxes, one roll of bubblewrap and tape) which in the end was just enough for my move.

Dropped my truck off for a PM.They estimated they would have it completed around 7pm and they did. Spent a little extra time charging the a/c after the PM. Great job.

Crowded but friendly

I came here to do a PM for the truck. After 4 days I just had to pull the truck out to try to take to another Penske garage. There is just no since of urgency here. Every day that have to wait for them to get to it is a day Im losing money. The way they where talking I would have to wait 7 days. For a PM? Thats just too long.

Nice service but slow and not to schedule

Shop is the only thing open at 7. Sat outside for 25 minutes waiting for the office to open to get my rental. Apparently they open at 9.
