I request an estimate for store front trim and glass vestibule build for a commercial job. Estimator shows up unannounced, only person on site was my contractor who had no idea whats going on. I showed up and the guy says Im on the phone with my boss be right with you.Estimator walks in, my boss dont want anything to do with you guys! Starts to walking out. I tried to explain that there may be a misunderstanding ... he throws his hands up and walked out.I ask my contractor what happened, turns out he went straight to the back of the unit and he look at the masons job in the back being patched assuming thats the estimate requested.. Dont know what upsets me more, the rude unwilling to communicate estimator or owner/supervisors refusal to talk to me when i called numerous time. Smdh

Both doors look awesome and the lift master openers are loaded with features and super quiet.They not only open from inside my house (which the old genie openers would barely work from) but they actually work from the end of my driveway. Our garage door will not close properly due to issues with the eye sensors. The tech said they fixed it and four hours later the door will not close. 😂

Mike took good care of my Grandmother. Jerry gave me a very fair estimate on new springs and told it to me straight without trying to upsell me without even seeing the garage door first. Mike came out that same afternoon and did a great job, even added new hardware at no charge.Its a shame there are so many other companies out there that are willing to take advantage of seniors. The guy from Precision Garage Door in Garfield Heights quoted almost triple for the same service. He even had the nerve to try and sell a complete replacement door on the first phone call.I typically never review businesses, but I felt very compeled to considering the night and day treatment between Advance Door and Precision Garage Door. I give an Excellent rating to Advance Door.

I have Advance Door put 2 new garage openers in, I took down the old ones already & explained on the phone that. I also explained on the phone I would move stuff out of the way so he could work. George on the call told me no problem & it would be 125.00 each just to install them. The tech comes out (hr late) sees the area says it will take ih a couple hrs. So I wait, 1 hr half later he has done pretty much nothing, tells me he need to put wood up & charge me another 100.00!!! I cave and say ok because I want them up! I end up going to work hr after that & he still did not to much of anything. I sign the invoice for 350.00 give my car & eave him. My mom was watching my daughter so she kept a eye out. She tells me he was in his truck 3 out of the 5 time she checked from 11-4. The tech calls me at 4 when he is done & tell me they are going to charge me more because he was there longer then they quoted!! WTF so its my fault! I call George & he tells me no they will charge m card the 350.00 which was still a joke but fine. The next day I have a charge for 425.00!!! They wear rude on the phone & insulting and blamed me for the time so said I have to pay for it. I can believe this especially since I sighed a invoice for 350.00, I am going to do a dispute since it is a fraud charge.I should have used the other company but they said it would have been 2 weeks but they saw the garage & stilled quoted me the same. What a joke.DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY VERY SHADY!!

Advanced Door has angry and impatient drivers. On the highway one of their workers pulled up next to me rolled down his window and gave me the finger because I didnt let him in. He saw my young children in the car and he didnt care. Thanks Advanced Door! I wont use or recommend your services.

My buddy had them do work & they lied over the phone & I even drove by & they guy was in his truck!!! They are a scam, Over charged his card after he signed for one price. There are other garage companied then this scammers so go with them!! You will get screwed!!!
