I usually do all my own home remodeling but I didn’t have a lot of time or help to do the windows. We had 8 windows to replace and I took a chance with Window World. I’m glad I did. Monte and his crew were very professional. They used drop cloths on almost everything, took the old windows away, and the price was something I could stomach. The metal work was done really well and the caulking wasn’t sloppy either. They were very professional. I would highly recommend using them.

Overall a good experience and would recommend and use this company again. Customer service was outstanding. All of the Ladies who handled my order gave exemplary services.

I would highly recommend Window World from the Salesperson Dave to the customer service Lucille to the installers everything went great storm doors are beautiful. The installers were on time efficient and made sure i knew all features of the doors. They cleaned up everyrhing as well.

As replacement windows are, Window World does a very good job and has a great product. They make sure you understand that replacement uses your old frames. So make sure thats what you want. They got the job done clean and efficiently. Very little to no mess at all was left inside and out.

We purchased a home in 2019. The home has windows that were all replaced in 2013 by Window World. I understand we are the 2nd owners after the installation and therefore are not permitted to transfer the warranty. However, I called to discuss the quality of the windows, as we have air leaks that push the blinds (yes the windows are closed) and you can smell cut grass through the windows.At no point was this a cause for concern for Window World. These windows are ~6 years old and are at the very least improperly installed/insulated.

Installers arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up when they were through. The only fault was they didnt have all the hardware to finish the job and had to come back a week later to finish up. They only made me aware of this as they were leaving. I would have thought they would have checked this out before they came or at least come back the next day.

I experienced a few missteps when it came to scheduling. Appointments were made and then the time and day were changed without my approval and I had to (twice) leave work unexpectedly and hurriedly because the service people were “in my driveway” at a different than agree upon time and day.One bright spot and someone who deserves 10 stars was my customer care coordinator - Lucille V. Each and every time I reached out to her, she got me an answer. and the day of my installation - when my appointment was was unexpectedly and unfortunately changed on me she took my frantic phone calls, worked with the installation team to be sure they waited for me to leave work and get home. She understood my frustration, listened to all my complaints but remained calm, comforting and understanding. She even followed up with me the next day at 8:00am to see how things went and once again when I told her of an issue regarding a defective screen, assured me that she would follow up with the repair dept. It is because of her that I gave a rating of 4 stars.

- no call/no show on the initial measurement- ripped out all three of the old windows at the same time. (Not one window at a time like they repeatedly tell you they will do.)- glass in one of the window sashes was broken- incorrectly installed one of the three windows in October. Finally got it installed correctly in January.- they did give us a $100 credit for the trouble, but was definitely not worth the aggravation and time wasted.

Love my windows. The noise reduction from outside traffic has been greatly reduced and there is no cold air coming in around the windows. The crew did a great job installing and cleaning up.

The crew that installed my windows were quite efficient. After I showed them which rooms windows would be installed, they went right to work. I was amazed how quickly the installation took, it was very quick. They cleaned up after themselves and after they left one wouldnt even have known they were even here. Other than the nice looking windows that is. I was very pleased with the sales person through the reminder calls to the final contact. Very professional jobs all through the process. A year ago I had to have my living room picture window replaced. Window World came out and did a great job.So this year when I needed more windows (7) replaced on the north side of the house I again called Window World for the job. I had windows in 4 rooms replaced on a rather cold day.The crew did one room at a time, removed, and replaced windows, then moved on the the next room.I am VERY PLEASED with the windows and the crew that was here... Very polite, hard workers, quality product and workmanship and they were finished before the dinner hour. I will return to them when needed.

The installer was careful and meticulous in installing my doors. The fit and finish of both are excellent, a substantial upgrade from the doors I had.

I love the windows! Noticed an immediate difference, especially since we got them installed a few days before the January 2019 Polar Vortex weather! The installers were great and neat. Had no problems. My only gripe is that I had to wait so long for them. Ordered them in late September and didnt get them until late January. They did let us know there was an 8 week back up, but took a bit longer than that.

They have better quotes and do their work in time.

We had every window in our house replaced. We love the new windows. The installers were very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did the whole process in 1 day. It gives our house a whole new fresh look and weve already noticed the difference in temperature and sound control.

Not happy with the quality of workmanship. The original workers that came out to install the windows did a poor job. Poor caulking and the trim work on the outside of the windows was not finished professionally. After sending an email with pictures and complaining about the quality of work, a new worker was dispatched to correct the problems. He did a great job correcting the problems of the previous workers. The only problem we have now is with final two windows that were installed. These were put in just over two weeks ago and this morning we had frost on the inside of both windows. Definitely not what we expected from Window World.

Great job from the very start to the very end. Everyone was a complete professional, from anyone that I spoke with on the phone, to my sales representative, to the installers and anyone else, who I may have forgotten. I really like my windows installed at my house. The crew was professional and even cleaned up after themselves. I plan on using them in the future for other home projects. From the first call to the office to set up an appointment, to meeting the salesman, having the fellow doing final measuring, setting the install date and the installers everyone has been very professional and pleasant to talk and with which to deal. I recommend Window World due to the personnel and also because I, in my opinion, find the window construction to be much better than the other two companies I called.

I had a wonderful experience with Window World. From my initial phone call to the final installation everything was handled in a professional manner. I would definitely get a price quote from this company if you were considering another window company. They were thousands less than the other estimates I had received for comparable windows.

Window World was extremely professional in presenting their sliding glass door options. There wasnt pressure to purchase and there was a genuine interest in providing the best door for our family instead of the most expensive door option. The time that was quoted for installation was accurate and the final product is fantastic. We are very happy.

My husband and I recently bought a home built in 1952 that had orginal windows. One of our top priorities was replacing with new energy efficient windows. We had never purchased Windows before, so our goal was to find a company that had a great product, reasonable pricing, and someone we could trust- since they were in our home for sales and install process. We met with a few companies, and chose Window World because of their Lifetime Warranty, they had the best price (they have one always low price vs the gimmicky buy 2 get 2 free - which those companies were way more expensive) and the sales person (Dave) went above and beyond to make us feels comfortable throughout the buying process. He even took in to account the styling of our home (mid century modern) to get us the option that kept with the integrity the house - he didnt try to sell us the cheapest or most expensive window. I would HIGHLY recommend Window World.

First I will clearly state Im getting nothing from anyone to post this review. I needed 8 windows, including a very large picture window for a rental property. So I set up three companies to give me an estimate; Window World and two other companies that heavily advertise on TV and radio with the buy 1, get 1 free nonsense (if anyone believes that a window company is actually giving away windows for free...well thats just ridiculous... a window company will not lose money to give you free stuff, but they will install the cheapest possible DYI windows you can imagine, or simply double the price of the windows.....DUH....).At any rate, one of the companies did not show up. The other one did show up, and I advised them to give me the cheapest possible price: they did not measure anything. They simply counted the windows and wrote down a price. I asked about how the very wide windows on the property would be done, since there were no samples or pics to view. They stated they would install regular windows...sideways. So I knew that the lower track during any such installation would go bad over time. They then stated I should let them know if I get a lower price because they would beat it...so there I saw that I was not getting the cheapest possible price I had asked for. I was Universally and Directly not pleased with this Window quote.Then the Window World guy showed up. He brought a sample window in and proceeded to hit it, burn it, and generally abuse it. He showed me the glass they use, and its much thicker than the junky windows out there, and the locking mechanisms are way better and actually lock correctly. He measured the windows and wrote out an estimate (the other window company just wrote a number without anything itemized...were they 80$ Home Cheapos?...maybe...). The Window World estimate listed all the costs in a proper format, and the window prices were part of the original invoice. Yes they were (25%) more, but they have a lifetime screen warranty NO QUESTIONS ASKED (so if you have a nutcase cat youre covered), and the quality of the windows appeared excellent. Further, TEMPERED GLASS is code for some windows due to safety concerns, (in areas where someone might fall against them), and that is a few bucks more where required. So he basically then just left...NO PRESSURE AT ALL....as if to say do it or dont do it...I wont bug you to do it...let me know if you want to...So I decided to use them. In the meantime, the other company started calling relentlessly to schedule the window replacement... And here is a mistake I made....I could not remember that Window World was the good company, and I asked the other company, Oh....are you the guys who brought in the sample window and smacked it all around? YEAH that was us, they replied. They tried to get me to immediately pay them and schedule the replacement windows. I said Id have to call them back and upon looking at the Window World estimate, realized that company was only pretending to be Window World. So I changed the contact information for that company to say Universal A-HOLES Direct.So I paid Window World 1/2 down. They built the windows and installed them within a few weeks and sent a bill (about a week or so following installation) for the exact amount quoted. The windows were exactly what I was shown. Lots of these places do the switcharoo if they even show you anything.So if you dont mind getting a nebulous estimate and getting pressured hassled to tears, pick a BOGO company. If you want a straight estimate and a demo of the window, try Window World....they will show it, give you an estimate, then leave without pressuring you.

Okay I want to first apologize for this long post full of grammatical errors spell check is not my friend and neither is English lol. I was in search of windows for my home called a few companies, the first came out, I told the guy when he walked thru the door that I wanted the basic window nothing extra double pane so no spcheel needed, I’m 52 so I’ve lived the greater part of my life don’t want to waste the time I have left on a long production, he goes into his production😳first price he gave me for 11 windows was extremely high I declined, he then proceeded to tell me if I purchased today I could get the other price 😏which I declined he then made a call to the office and his manager gave the okay for an even cheaper price but I had to sign today🤭you don’t say lol, I declined he then goes to the va k of his book and said the owner approved an even lower price is I agree to let the put a sign on my front yard for 60 days and allow them to canvas the area talking to my neighbors but I had to sign right away so I bit the Apple and signed with universal windows lol, After he left I called window world to cancel my next day appt with them, I spoke with Quincy who asked why I wanted to cancel, when I told him he said let’s us come out and at least show you what we have to offer no pressure and it won’t cost you a thing I declined and eventually hung up but before I hung up he said if you decide to reconsider just give us a call back we’ll be happy to send someone out. His voice the honesty and just great attitude that came thru the phone pro Ted me to call back and reschedule my appt, he was on another call but an equally helpful lady gave me my original appt, A guy by the name of Bo Pilkington came thru I told him I don’t want the long drawn out production and that I already purchased my window, I was expecting him to ask me how much did I pay but he never asked🤔that was strange he said all our prices are in writing so there’s no tricks because it’s on paper he did take the time to explain my window option so I said let me see, I said okay what’s the price of 12 window with design on the top double pane( mind you I had the basic basic no design window with universal so and 11 window) I just knew he was about to give my a crazy price I was shocked when the price he gave me for my design window were cheaper than the other guys price and I added an extra window😃yes I am more than overjoyed and excited to have thee best windows on the block with an amazing warranty. I know I have one of the smallest house on the block but my windows are the best, moral of the story if you decide to cancel your windows with window world don’t call and speak to Quincy because he will just mess everything up lol and make you reconsider and tell them don’t send Bo because he won’t pressure you he will just let the price and the product speak for itself. Thank you window for increasing the value of my home and making my neighbors do a double take lol. Again I apologize for the misspelled words but I had to share my story. Quincy and Bo you guys ROCK👍🏿
