I am a nurse practitioner and very picky. Dr Burke is one of the kindest and most thorough doctors of any kind that I’ve been to. I am trying contacts for the first time and he’s been easy to reach, takes time with me and his staff has been very helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr Burke.

We had a great first experience at For Eyes today. Dr. Burke was amazing with my two curious kids, very patient, friendly, and clear. I needed to get a pair of glasses - the frame selection was perfect and the sales manager was helpful in answering my questions about different options. The whole team at For Eyes made it easy to understand our insurance coverage and get everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Wonderful experience.

Customer service and satisfaction are absolutely the best. Dr Burke and Mohammed were great in making sure my glasses met my needs. Im extremely happy and thankful for their help and persistence. I highly recommend For Eyes in Geneva for both a complete exam and glasses.

I went in to buy frames for my son. Used my Account spending card. Needed detailed receipt. Manager told us he would call us back to give us a detailed bill summary. Today, Jan 31st still no call. Called in spoke to Evelyn, not willing to help. Laziness at it’s finest. Didn’t even try to look into her computer to see if it had been modified or updated. She kept referring me to her manager. Was a customer of this location since 2011. My six family members are now Visionworks customers. Good Bye For Eyes!

I called to have my prescription faxed to another eye store. Jen purposefully pretended not to hear me. After waiting 10-15min for the fax, I called back and Evelyn said she left for the evening.I have been a customer here for several years and we definitely will not be returning.

The doctor here is very patient and kind. The sales person I worked with for classes was extremely helpful and even found some discounts on my insurance I didn’t know I had. I had a good experience and I’ve had my eyes examined there for about four years now with no problems

I would not recommend anyone looking for glasses to go to this location. The doctor is very nice, but the sales guy working there is extremely rude and useless.

Everyone is very kind and definitely know what theyre doing. Everyone here is new and arnt like the people in the past.

When I asked for a breakdown of the charges the salesperson told me he felt like I didnt think he was honest (I didnt). He then told me If I wanted to rip people off, I would have stayed working at Lenscrafters. Very unprofessional.
