Received Edible Arrangement today and it was so beautifully arranged and delicious. Fruit was in season and very fresh. I was not home and they contacted my daughter and made arrangements to take to other daughter. Excellent customer service

I help out my 92 year old friend and, when she asked for some fruit, I knew where to head....Edible Arrangements! I got her a box of fruit knowing it would last longer but the flower fruit arrangements in the store were just AMAZING.I ordered it last night and put a pickup time of 9:30am. I got there at 9:15 and they were just finishing putting it together - talk about fresh!She loved it, and I loved that I could do this small pleasure for her from a local store.A great way to brighten someones day.

Awful.Why didnt I read the other reviews on Google and Yelp?Almost everyone from last Mothers Day is saying their order was never delivered.I paid $100, $14.99 in expedited shipping to have my order delivered on Mothers Day, and it never arrived.I called exactly at 8am when this location opened, and of course no one picked up and the mailbox is full (just like last year). Ive tried calling again several times and nothing.I understand this is a busy holiday, but at least contact your customers letting them know you cant deliver on the promised date and offer a full refund. Nobody contacted me to apologize or say when the order could be delivered, so it was cancelled and I STILL haven’t received a refund.

I called in and placed my order over the phone with Jeff. He was very patient when I’d realized I was on the wrong site, therefore calling with the wrong item code to order. He led me to the edible arrangements site, took his time,and helped me to pick out something that would be good for my husband. I chose the chocolate covered apple truffles, which he highly recommended. He was very friendly, and took time to tell me the precautions they are taking to be Covid safe both in the shop, and out for deliveries. I was able to use a coupon I had for $5 off with him as well. In the end I paid $14 less than I thought I would with the other order I was looking to place from the wrong site. 😂 I will definitely place future orders with them! Thanks Jeff!

Its 9:14 P.M on Mothers Day 2021. I have not received my order that my son ordered for me, nor can we get through on the phone because the mailbox is full.. The order is coming from Germantown, MD to Frederick, MD. Thats a joke. Why do you take more orders than you can handle! Greed! Finally I received my order the day after Mothers Day! The basket was beautiful, along with the gourmet pop and Godiva chocolate. I spoke to someone today and they apologized and said that they are still filling orders today. She also stated that there is a disclosure that states that the orders may not arrive on Mothers Day. I advised her that it seems that an extensive amount of orders were taken yet they couldnt be filled. She said something was wrong with the system that it would stop ordering although it should have stopped. She stated that my son can call and get his delivery fee refunded. Is this the new COVID-19 service. Seems that since the pandemic Customer Service has gone to an all time low.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a Mother’s Day gift for my mom to be delivered on Mother’s Day, it never came. Called them all day Monday, no answer it goes straight to voicemail and their inbox is full. I called corporate and they redirected me to the local shop which just sent me in circles. They finally delivered it on Tuesday, no attempt to even tell me that they were even gonna deliver it at all or call to say they were gonna deliver it late. They added a cupcake tray and other things I’m assuming as their attempt to apologize for delivering it late, but honestly it’s just more annoying than anything that they don’t want to speak to their customers unless you physically go into their store and demand a refund. Overpriced, Overrated, and horrible customer service.

Delivery of fruit came at almost 8:00pm. Saddest looking grapes ever on the arrangement. The card was soggy. Did I mention they completely forgot flowers and balloons?? I understand it’s Valentine’s Day but this was an expensive order. I can’t get in touch with customer service because the store is closed. No number for the driver! Don’t order from this location.

Ordered my mother in law an arrangement for $105 for Mother’s Day, and I called her Mother’s Day night to see if it was delivered, and it wasn’t! HOW EMBARRASSING! Voicemail box is full. Half tempted to call the bank and tell them I didn’t authorize the payment because it’s now 2 days late and after Mother’s Day. What’s the point of it now. Terrible customer service.

Great service!They called to ensure I will be home to receive the arrangements and arrived within the time we’ve agreed upon.I wasn’t sure who send the arrangements so I called. Jeff kept the confidentiality and after an approval from the sender was obtained- he shared the name.The fruits were so fresh and tasty-everybody home were impressed! I would highly recommend it!!!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a client, but the client was hard to reach and had a locked gate at the property which prevented the delivery from happening successfully. Jeff and Elizabeth were super helpful in making sure that the package was delivered, it took multiple attempts and quite a bit of effort, but they did everything they could to make sure it was pulled off. Thank you so much for your efforts! I’ll definitely be ordering from your store again.

Rosa and Jeff helped me in a huge way!!!!! It is my 5th year wedding anniversary today and I was so busy with life that I forgot to make a pre order. I called and they assured me that I would get my special surprise gift from Edible arrangements today before I got home! Ordered a gift for my mom 3 days in advance. Never received it and never even got a phone call. Called numerous times no answer. Corporate says I have to wait 48 hours to hear something from the manager. They didnt hesitate to take my money though. Will never be ordering from them again they really dropped the ball on this one.

Ordered for Mother’s Day delivery and my order arrived to her the Thursday after Mother’s Day. I did not get a phone call to explain why. I must have called the store 20 times in those 4 days and could not get anyone to answer the phone or return my call. What an excuse of a business this is.

This place is the worst my husband placed a order that was supposed to be delivered today. Never got the gift he gets an email at 9:47pm Saying it got delivered. How the hell was it delivered if I wasn’t even at work and the store was already closed. Voicemail full. I even called while they were open and no one picked up. Going to try again to call or I’ll be driving up there to demand a refund. Worst place to order never again.

Super nice staff, they just took over as new owners this week and the difference is already showing. I will order here for all my special occasions. They had disney and sports themed holders for the arrangements that were perfect for the party. I even got some extras to take home.

On the 4th I placed a near hundred dollar order to be delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day. It was important to me that it got there on Mother’s Day, since I’m stationed in NC and can’t be there in person, so I forked over the $15 delivery fee for Mother’s Day. As of today, Monday the 11th, it still hasn’t arrived, and there’s no evidence that they even attempted to deliver it. every time I’ve attempted to call them via the number provided, they haven’t picked up and they’re message box has been full, so I can’t even leave a message. At this point I assume the business’s entire plan is to just take people’s money and I’m gonna see what legal options I have for them trying to rip me off

Since I could not be with my mom during this global pandemic, I ordered a small bouquet for Mothers Day. By 5:00 pm my Mom texted me to let me know that nothing has been delivered. I tried calling the store and got an automated message where no one picked up and I could not leave a message since the mailbox was full. Kept calling the store through Sunday and then tried again on Monday and Tuesday. NOTHING! All I get is their hours of operation which is a JOKE. I finally contacted the company through Facebook who said that someone from the store will contact me. Next thing I know I get an email notification that my order has been cancelled. No apologies! Nothing from this store to acknowledge that they ruined Mothers Day. Will never again order from this store! My suggestion is to order from another service like 1800 Flowers which you know will get it done!

Edible arrangements are one of the best gifts anyone could ever get. I was thinking about splurging around the 4th of July and getting an arrangement for my family while we celebrated. I struggled to choose my arrangement but noticed that there were a few items that you could only pick up, in person, at the store. These were fantastic! I got a chocolate covered strawberry cone, which they went back and made to order. It cost $5.99 and contained 8 medium to large strawberries covered in chocolate, which I think is a great deal. I picked up another cone, this time with half chocolate covered bananas and the other half chocolate covered strawberries, also priced at $5.99. I believe you could also have chosen apples as well. This by far was the best deal Ive ever seen for premade chocolate covered strawberries, I will definitely be returning again and again for this perfect pick-me-up.

I wish that I could leave 0 stars. A sorry excuse of a business that cant return a simple phone call.They will take your money, and not deliver your order. Plain and simple. Fighting for a refund but can not seem to get the staff to answer a phone call.0/10 run business that I would not trust to complete a simple task if their life depended on it.

They deserve 0 stars, my order was never delivered we called over 60 times all day long and they never answered the phone had to personally go to make sure they refund the money and was told it was on its way to be delivered.. it was 6:30pm their website said the lastest delivery was 5:00pm and they had actually delivered to the same location earlier that day for my coworker, all they want is the money but can’t handle the amount of orders they get.
