For californians, this is the chicken version of in n out. It feels fresh and not much like fast food. Its real chicken. Their fries are polarizing though it is a thick grid chips that is kinda soft in the middle.

Whatever the food tastes like it takes drivers 45 minutes to get through here. Unless you’re tipping $20, it’s not worth picking up here. Please don’t order through the apps from this location. Please. For the love of god. Please.

First time trying this place. Ever. Was actually impressed. Once I ordered food was fast. Waiting in line though.......

I have been here numerous times since this location was built. The drive through has always been a chaotic long line however Covid hasnt helped it. Yesterday I was nearby and wanted to pickup some dinner to bring home so I placed my order via the app for drive thru pickup. Dont know why I even bothered when it didnt save me any time in line but cost me more time filling it out prior to arriving there. After sitting in line for probably 15 minutes the car behind me got rear ended by the truck in line behind it, so atleast my visit wasnt THAT bad. However the salad I ordered for my wife was not in my bag when I left. Being the way they run the drive though I didnt check contents since there isnt anywhere to stop.(my bad, shouldnt need to) So after making the ~25 minute drive back to woodinville I find out we didnt get the salad. And Im not wasting another hour of my life to get it. Am I more angry about the $9.55 I paid for the salad or the fact my wife didnt get anything? I dont know. I guess in the future Ill just drive the distance to the Kirkland location because youll spend the same amount of time waiting in line!Edit:I dropped this review down to one star from two. Prior to writing this review I had filled out a customer feedback form through the CFA app. They emailed me back on the 21st and here is a snippet of the response:Weve shared your comments with the appropriate people at Chick-fil-A, Inc., and with the restaurant you visited, which is independently owned and operated. Someone from restaurant leadership will aim to respond to you within 2-3 business days.Well surprise, surprise I still havent seen any calls or emails from this location and its been over a week since I reviewed this email. I guess they just truly dont care! Moral of the story still is: drive to the Kirkland location and get your food there. Youll make it there and back in the same time AND get all the food you paid for!

Consistent quality (and miles above any other fast food joint) but the drive thru lines are simply insane. It is way, way quicker to order pickup and park near the Woods Coffee next door.

This is a neutral post. For dashers. Park next door at the wood coffee and walk up to the door for faster order. The line is moving quick but when you have a delivery time window every minute counts.

I work nearby so my team and I eat an obscene amount of Chick Fil A. The lines are usually pretty long but they are so quick and efficient it takes no time at all for how many orders they are processing. The employees are always pretty cheery and helpful no matter the weather. Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by John who was an absolute doll. He was so upbeat and lovely to work with. What an excellent experience

I’m from GA and I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. Great service, amazing food, good price. But this location has extraordinarily long lines (I waited over 40 mins in the drive thru) and out of the two times I went, they got my order wrong once. I’m not sure why the lines move so slow but it’s not very motivating to drive from Seattle just to wait in line for an hour.

There is a counter to serve walk-in customers. Very fast compared to drive-thru. Good food.

I was in drive thru(a regular customer btw) around 9:20 am on 10/27 which was full and blocking handicapped parking spots. a handicapped lady was trying to get out of her spot which was blocked by drivethru line. being a good person that i am moved my car out of drive thru line for few secs. A person wanna be manger comes out running to my drivers door and standing there, asking me questions are you ok, you are messingup the line with an authoritative voice like he runs the place. Its such a shame that populatity go their heads. I will stop goin there from now on.

Been coming here ever since it opened! Not really sure what all the hype is about! Service is good. Today’s frost lemonade was exceptionally good! Traffic is a nuisance! I was told if you order online, they’re pretty quick. I have yet to try that. Then again, I cringe every time I pass by this old Denny’s location!

I watched Jan do an amazing job handling both drive thru lines in the late afternoon heat. Despite this stressful situation Jan took my order with ease and even make an effort to converse with me. Sometimes I feel like I come here more the people and service than the food. Thank you Jan!! ❤️

Chic fil a here is always busy, but the staff are always super efficient and pleasant to work with. Jan was even more awesome then normal, their energy and positive attitude really makes it that much more enjoyable. Can’t go wrong with going here.

Once was my favorite fried chicken place. This branch served the chicken cold. I ordered fried chicken nuggets and got grilled.Its just not the same chick-fil-A I used to love. :(

First timer and I was totally disappointed. The fries were cold or I think they would have been pretty decent. I wasnt a fan of the chicken unfortunately. It was dry and needed seasoning. However the employees were absolutely exceptional which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of none. The employees were friendly and very well organized through a busy rush of the day.

Jan in the drive thru was the kindest and absolutely made my day! Loved his energy and was the little up lift I needed. Bellevue location is lucky to have someone like that on their team! Hope to see him again next time I come.

I refuse to eat here just because their line backs up traffic clear to the intersection causing 20 minute back ups. STOP BLOCKING THE PUBLIC STREETS

The best customer service you will find at ANY fast good restaurant in the United States. No contest. The workers here are so respectful and amazing. Oh, and the food is great bonus.

Wow, I pulled up and was bummed at the huge line, but dont let that fool you. Just wait. Youll order and be gone in no time, relatively. It was fast, accurate and extremely organized. This model needs to be shared for the rest. Strong work.

Came at 1015, well ahead of breakfast closing. Got my order in at 1045. Guess what, because they dont know how to make traffic flowing their parking lot, I and other customers had to wait that 30 minutes. This is chick fil a. This is fast-food not some high dollar food joint. This needs to be fixed. Its ridiculous and unacceptable.

This one is always insanely busy. I recommend walking in rather than waiting in your car. There was a line of cars backed up to the traffic light and I was served in less than 10 minutes after walking up. Very polite staff

Prepare to wait in your automobile in line at the drive through, since no inside dining at this time, but the wait is worth it... their food is great and their lemonade freezes are to die for. Their food is so good there is a line at the drive up from the time they open until they close every day.... Great place

Unfortunately our order taker Fernanda was very unwelcoming, didn’t even say my pleasure. Sucks to come to a place that we drove far from to not get the full experience. Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing, clearly it’s why we drive this far. But that gal did not make the trip worth it this time around.

They dont always have great quality at this restaurant. They over cook the chicken and give you nothing but the end of the potatoes so you get huge chunks of just potato skins. Its really a hit or miss at this location.

Its the first Chick-fil-A in the Seattle area and 5 years later it still has a line like its the first day. Im impressed by how quickly they are able to move the food and if youve eaten at a chick-fil-A before, you already know the quality.I used to frequent this place after my decompression therapy. I would have the chiros bring down my inflammation only to pump it back up with delicious chicken. Its closed on Sundays and for that I am thankful. I would otherwise eat chick-fila-a seven days a week, instead of six.

Excellent food. Rappers keep hot food very warm for 30 to 45 minutes and food doesnt get soggy. Only place I know of that is able to do that. Very impressive.

Omg, I LOVE the Chick-fil-a Bellevue location! The staff is working so hard and are so friendly!! The line was extremely long (out to the street), but the staff was so efficient and polite. I went to Chick fil a in Bellevue. The food.is always good. But where the location is is awful. How could they put this fast food right where traffic is busy? No where to park you have to walk in. They need to fix that like yesterday.

I originally gave this location location 5 stars however I felt compelled to edit my rating due to the recent decline in customer service, accuracy when preparing orders and quality of the food. I visit this location weekly and for the last 4 weeks, including todays visit, my order has been screwed up. Ive tried mobile ordering and in person ordering... between the person taking the order and the person preparing the order, they cant get things right. At this point I will no longer support this location and I am contemplating if I should return to any CFA.

Its impossible to order online from here, through Doordash every two out of five orders get LOST. This time we were told the place is closed when it really isnt. I placed a call and people dont answer so who knows.... how sad.

5 mins before close, I’m arriving to chick fila after trying to get my wife just having given birth the day before a night snack at other places that wouldn’t take a walk in. The man at the front window was excited to see me, they closed in 5 mins. He asked me about my day made me feel amazing about the wonderful experience I have just had and even got me something to celebrate. I walked away feeling overwhelmed, happy and grateful for good people. Would highly suggest this location.

If you’re looking for better quality fast food/service this is the place to go.I ordered the Spicy Deluxe meal w/bacon added to the sandwich and ordered their specialty lemonade. The meal was about $11.The inside was clean and the food came relatively “fast”I noticed a kind gesture by an employee to another customer while eating. They delivered food to them and asked if they needed any more sauce. The customer said that they would grab ketchup when they got around to eating their fries but was “good for now, thanks.” The employee took it upon themselves to grab some from the self service counter and brought it over anyway. It’s this kind of act that differentiates them from other fast food companies. Thanks for being considerate.

Best chicken sandwich of any chain restaurant. Bellevue store in particular is phenomenal! Amazing how fast they can get people through the drive-through! Even more amazing, they get your order right, and its all in your bag! Love this place!

Love Chick Filet.Felt really bad for the new kid taking orders today during the rush. Poor kid was trying to get our order straight with the manager and another server standing over him.Darn Covid and mask requirements...communication issues.He gets 5 Stars for effort, patience dealing with hungry people and having great customer service manners. Plus the Spicy Chicken sandwich was really good accompanied by a Sweet tea.

5 stars for having the best managed drive through. I didnt eat but the wife and kids enjoy it. There was a drive through line backing up the nearby intersection. I thought we were entering a nightmare, but I was very pleasantly surprised at the throughput of their covid induced 3prong drive through operation. We made it out before the kids got too hangry and before daddy lost his sanity. So if youre reconsidering because of the drive through, its not as bad as it looks.

Great food. But dont go in if you dont have more than half an hr in the drive through.

I got the gluten free bun and the spicy chicken at Chick-fil-A. I came for the event that is not tell 11 July however yelp said it was 11 June to 11 July they said yelp got it wrong. Well let get to the bun I found it kind of dry. I was like the old one that smash burger use to have but they found a better one now. The chick was ok not to impressed with this place. So dont expect to much from a fast food join but I do wish I could give it better rating.

This place makes the traffic in the area far worse, the drive through line extends into the street and around the block making traffic in the area absolutely disgusting. Horrible location that hurts the community

As usual, crazy long line at drive-thru but got our original chicken sandwiches in about 25 minutes. When they are this busy, you can count on getting a freshly prepared sandwich.

The person who design this drive thru line that takes 100% of the parking lot space and forces you to go thru the line just to leave the parking lot needs help. This cant be real

Food is great but this location has a caveat that is the parking and waiting. It blocks the freeway completely. Should look into it. But like always good is amazing.

They have to do something for the traffic. One lane is always blocked be it Monday or Friday. No idea how they got the permission for that location. Chicken minis are awesome. You can get that only during the breakfast time, till 10:30 am.

Go to a different chick fil a at rush hour if you can! This one gets way too many people - it took me about half an hour in the drive through even though Id ordered ten minutes before I got there. The staff is great and they are doing all they can but theres just too many people going here.

Nice location. Indoor is closed even for ordering as of April 2021, so if you want food your options are drive through or order via the app, which has paypal integration and works great.

What was the hype all about? Not tried chick-Fil-A? It’s the best fast food. It’s everyone’s fav. There is a long queue always on etc. Are some of the things I heard about this place and kept me wondering what is this all about? Finally I landed up there on a Friday afternoon. We waited in the car for about 10 Mins so it wasn’t a bad wait. I picked a spicy chicken sandwich. Took it to office and enjoyed my meal. It was good, nothing that I can point out I would miss if I didn’t try it. I have eaten KFC several times so don’t know how different is chick-fil-a . It was a good burger. The service was good. Going to places with a high expectation leads to the state I am in I guess 😊.
