Went here to get a washer part guy behind counter seemed as if I wasn’t even there wasn’t helpful at all before I finished asking questions he asked next person in line can I help you. Needs better customer service. This was my first time here maybe he was having a bad day I’ll try again in the future and update if I have a different experience.

I never actually bought anything from here, but he was such a help on the phone. I asked for a very specific part (that he was able to get in a day) but he asked me why I wanted that part ... and then continued to help me diagnose the issue with my dryer, even though I didnt get the part. Great service and highly recommended!

Called for part for a drain valve shaft seal for dishwasher had no Idea what I was talking about and told me we wouldnt have in Stock anyway instead of looking up and letting me know when could get it. From reviews expected better maybe my part was just to hard

I needed a new belt and idler pulley for my Whirlpool dryer. I did all my research online and knew the prices ($37) for the worn out two parts but wanted to support my local businesses so I visited Appliance Parts Depot . My go-to store in the past had been Stiller Appliance just across the street and had since gone out of business. Talking to the Parts Depot owner, Frank Hardesty, it turns out he was the owner operator of the parts dept of Stiller which he had purchased from Stiller in the mid 1990s. Frank didnt have the idler pulley as a separate part but did have a complete overhaul kit for my dryer that included the new belt, the idler pulley of course, and the four drum wheels and bearings ... all for only $35. I was prepared to pay more locally than purchase online to get my parts, but it turns out I paid less for the parts which included the new drum wheels and didnt have to wait a few days for shipping! Thankful to have this local business and expert service!

The man was so nice. Especially since Im a woman he explained to me how to fix my dryer an it worked. Love this store.

Called for parts..they had them. Why order on-line when you can pick them up and get the job DONE! Very nice to deal with and knows their stuff! THANKS!!!

I highly recommend appliance parts depot if you needs parts for any appliance. They were very helpful in not only providing me with the information i needed to repair my refrigerator, the price was the best i could find in Baltimore.

Called and had the part I needed. Could have ordered online for a less price but would have had to wait for part to ship, it was nice to be able to walk in and get the part you need today and fix a dryer.

Used them in the past, but this store is closed with a for rent sign on the door... shame.
