I’m not exactly sure if anyone actually works at this pro desk. I call fairly regularly and somehow never get through to an associate. Instead I call the Glen Burnie Home Depot on Ordinance Road and they answer immediately. I understand that departments may be short staffed due to COVID-19. However, to be on hold for 15 minutes while you call another Home Depot, get an order completed, and transfer back to still be on hold is a bit maddening.
I shop here often. Sometimes I am here twice a day. The people at the pro desk and everyone at this store couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. It’s kind of a big store with a small town, corner hardware atmosphere.
