I really truly believe crying shame you come in at 8:15 and you get out at 10:30 for oil change things got to get a lot better thank you

Great place Would of gave 5 stars if I was giving all the parts I needed the first trip. I took the car apart just to have to put it back together I asked for all the O-Rings and only received1. Waste of my time and money.I do like honda. People are very nice.Coffee for the customers.I will come back.

Jennifer is great and always take great care of me, the mechanics that work on my car are always wonderful.

Excellent service! Didnt take long for an oil change.

So far Browns Honda has been good and trustworthy. Not push it like some places. And when I get my car back I may have more to add to this.

4.5 actually. Very thorough and work done properly. Good service writer who is very understanding and attentive. Awesome waiting room with TV, snacks, beverages, even a kids area. Have had no complaints for the most part other than one done by a former employee but wasnt major. Highly recommend, especially over Annapolis Honda. Very welcoming and less expensive than Annapolis.

Always happy with Hondas service.
