We bought a pickup truck from them that was previously owned by the state. Its in great shape and a fair price. When it was time to buy, they had all the paperwork ready for title and tags. Very easy! Thank you!

Minus 5 stars, Dont trust this Dealer, looks like they get MD Inspections from friends, they sold a car to me was pulling to the R side, very dangerous, they offer a solution to you but they try to do a minor repairs, nice cars but but no quality .Dont trust Them !!!

Kenny was the best! I was looking for a Prius, and he let me test drive all of them until I found what I wanted, and he got me into the best one they had.They all made me laugh, and shared their food with me. Such a great place!

I have bought several vehicles from Glen Burnie Auto Exchange .They are honest and fair .Two things that arent in abundance when it comes to care sales . Kenny and Kenny are kind and friendly .There have been times they didnt have the specific vehicle I was looking for. After giving them a reasonable amount of time, they found the exact car. You wont find better car dealer. Great cars and reasonable prices .🚗🚙🚘

The following is my personal opinion based upon my experience thus far:I bought a 2014 chrystler town and country back in Feb/March time frame with 100,000 miles on it. Within a week or two it was overheating badly, found that the head gasket needed replacing I called Glen Burnie Auto Exchange to see what they were going to do about it. We will have our mechanic call you they said. After a week of no response, I had it done myself. This was a $2700.00 repair on that. I was without the vehicle for over a month because of this. Immediately after the repair, the engine threw piston 3 and the engine had to be replaced.... Finally after all of this, I notice some vibration when driving down the interstate, I went to get an alignment, no big deal. The shop calls me back telling me that they can not do an alignment as the outer tie rod ends need replacing and that the brakes need replacing as well. Well, I do the requested repairs, then take it back in. At this point, they found now that my passenger strut and passenger inner tie rod need replacing as well. Currently the car has 101,700 miles on it. There is no way that they legitamately got a Maryland saftey inspection on it with these issues. They would surely have shown up 1700 miles ago as starting to go. in the 5-6 months that I have owned this car that I paid $10,000 for, I have put over$5000 worth of work into it and it is still not right. I will soon be getting with my lawyer on any legal action that I can take against this dealership. They sold me an expensive lemon that I am now having to repair. The whole point of buying from a dealership is to reduce maintenance costs and get a car that does not need a lot of work. I deeply regret my purchase at this point, and write this review so that they will hopefully make this right without me having to get with my legal counsil, along with letting people know what kind of an operation that they are running here. I do not wish to return the car, I just want my damages reimbursed for the repairs of this vehicle. I think I have just about taken care of everything that it needs at this point. They try to push this extended car warranty on you, which for one, is not worth the paper that it is written on, and also they should be standing behind the cars that they sell with some actual integrity. Furthermore, I feel that they are not properly doing the saftey inspections, there is no way that it would have passed inspection needing one inner tie rod, two outers, brakes, and a strut, that would have been caught and they would have had to repair it before selling it. WARNING! I reiderate, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, DO NOT DO IT!!!. You will get burned! I will update this post with any other pertinate information to the situation, hell, If they make me whole and reimburse me for the repairs that should have been taken care of prior to selling the car, I MAY remove this post all together. We will see if I am wrong about their level of integrity, I suppose.

I love my car but hated the experience; 3 + months to get title and tags - every excuse was to claim ignorance of how to obtain title in DC which is not a good defense, seeing as people buy cars in MD and VA all the time, living in the District. Very bad at communicating the next steps. Left if the dark; awaiting tags. But love my car!

If I could give negative stars, I would! Husband and I spoke to a gentleman 3 days ago and were very interested in a vehicle. Told him we would have to come back on the weekend and he said he would hold it. Literally spoke to the same guy the night before to confirm vehicle was still available and when we went to go purchase it the next morning, it was sold. Very ignorant and unprofessional!!!!!!

The guys are nice and super friendly. Just know that posted prove is not the end prove. Add a couple thousand dollars to the posted price.

I have purchased 5 cars from Kenny H & Kenny S here over the years and they have always worked with me, treated me great and helped me get into a car I wanted at the payments I wanted.

They were so hasty with the deal that they didnt even bother to discuss interest rates, warranties, and insisted on a $2000 down payment, with one of their staff members (Kenny) accusing me and a co-signer for wanting him to pay our taxes for us. Our loan basically covered the entire vehicle as well as tags and titles. I have never been so disgusted by such lack of professionalism, and it certainly didnt persuade me to purchase the vehicle as he continued to bagger me in a condescending tone. Do not shop here - no one will to discuss numbers and terms or even give you a CarFax. They just want to take your money and put you in a car. Trash. Their friendly demeanor is absolutely nothing but a facade.

Very nice staff...will work with you as much as possible...you get what you get with the vehicle however...if it passes inspection thats all that matters...had an issue with a vehicle we bought from there and the offered to pay part of the repairs but it happened before we even got out of the city and I feel they should have fixed it at no cost.UPDATE: its has been 1 year since we bought this vehicle. We have put thousand into this vehicle that broke down 3 days after we bought it. Hauling vehicle to scrap yard this weekend. Dealership was Zero help and isnt sympathetic at all. $20,000 for a piece of garbage! Save time and money go elsewhere!

Its all smoke and mirrors once you get inside to finance, i left that place without a car n drove backnnext morning with same care from another dealer with lower rates and terms.

Customer service is okay. But my car is horrible, everything that could be wrong with it, is wrong with it. Ive only had it a few months and already spent over $1000 in repairs... and it still isnt running correctly.
