I recently completed my third successful purchase of a new Subaru Vehicle from Wilkins. This dealership has always been fair and honest in the negotiation process. Any promises made were promises kept. I worked with Andrew Coughlin during the recent negotiation and made liberal use of phone, email, and text during the discussions. Andrew was able to get us to an equitable price and then kept the vehicle for me for two more weeks until I could return from an out of town trip. Vehicle pickup was painless and all options had been correctly installed. Thanks Andrew! My new Outback is doing a great job!

Car Buying was Easy. No pressure, never felt rushed, pushed in anyway.Everyone wore mask, incredibly helpful.We visited twice then bought. Again, no hurry, no pressure to update or add-ons.We did our research first, new what we were looking for. Purchased and will have our service there.Score a 9 out of 10. I would say 10 when I buy my 2nd Subaru I think. This was our first. 2020 Forester Premium... That is 1 level up from base to get blind spot and cross rear traffic feature.

This is pretty much the only service place I take my Subaru to - the front desk guys are really sweet, nice and polite!! Though they usually don’t have answers to all my questions right away which is fine as long as they get in touch with the person in charge and get back to me with answers. While a lot of other car places will try to convince you need to get tons of other repairs done when in fact the car is just fine, this is definitely not a place like that. In fact, I wish they would really make sure there’s nothing else that needs to be done! Unfortunately I had to replace a fuel pump and couldn’t do it here because all their mechanics were on training or taking some classes..that was disappointing. Their waiting room is really nice, packed with snacks, coffee and water. There are restrooms as well. And the guys on the sales floor are very nice too.
