On this particular visit to the Glen Burnie Sherwin-Williams I have to give them only 3 stars. The product was a re-order and done online for instore pickup. When the item was received it was dented on the bottom. I noticed this as soon as my husband brought it back. This should not occur and should have been caught by the salesperson and exchanged for a can that was in better condition.The quality of the product was good as it was previously...

My paint color was perfectly matched. I was truly impressed with the service

I ordered 4 gallons of paint with the intention of using the curbside pickup service. When I got to the store, I realized that I had forgotten to add an item to my order. So, I went inside and was greeted by the employee named Andrew. Not only did Andrew greet me, he asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and also informed him that I was picking up an online order. He asked my name and what I ordered, then quickly got my order ready. He put the paint cans in a box and asked if I needed painter stirrers (I think I spelled that right...), which is something that I was not asked when I went to 2 other Sherwin Williams locations a couple of weeks ago. And as he was closing out my order, he asked if I needed anything else. As I was about to leave, I asked him if he had a cart that I could borrow to roll my items to the car. He gladly offered to take the stuff to my car. Thank you for the good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!

Went to this location for the first time ever and I had sick and amazing experience. Derek Martin, the store manger, went above and beyond. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I wish this location was closer so I could go there more often.

Customer service has always been horrible for me. I kept trying to give this establishment a chance, but I cant any more, we should all be treated with respect especially in this serious time we are in right now.

I called to get samples of paint made and they said I needed and account to do so. I was confused by this and asked again and said I just needed a sample to paint on the wall to see if I like the color...they asked what colors and I went and picked them up and paid for them. So now I am wondering if I would need to establish an account to purchase paint there to paint a room in my house. Nobody has ever explained this and I have picked up samples two times now. This would be my reason for not recommending this to a friend.

This is one of my home SW locations. Derek is one of the best managers and didnt hesitate to help me get products just right for what I was doing. The entire staff, Andrew, Kenny, and the others whose names escape me right now are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bad advise all the want is ur money and to sell their products .. Never again and dont let them know u dont know how much paint u need they will tell u the wrong amount and no refund.
