Although I didnt get the gentlemans name, he was very informative and knew what the issue was within a minute after taking a look at the garage door. My mother in law recommended me AZ Best Garage Doors because she liked how fast the service was and obviously because her garage door was fixed. The springs and rod (if thats what its called) on my door was completely replaced. I liked how fast the service was and how my door now glides open and close nicely.

I had a minor issue (I hoped) with my Garage door over the weekend. Called around noon today (Monday 5-6-19) and spoke with Marco who said he would be able to stop by in roughly an hour or so to check it out. 65 minutes later, Marco was at my door and within 5 minutes had the problem diagnosed (a cable had come off one of the main pulleys). Wasting no time, Marco got the door open, the cable back in place, and my door operating as it should in less than 10 minutes. Marco then checked out the rest of the door hardware and said I was good to go. No attempt to sell anything else or rack up extra charges. And the charge you ask?
