I called around a few places for quotes. They were the best quote I found. There was good communication. Every person I dealt with was nothing but amazing. Anthony who installed the garage door was super nice and did a very good job. I spoke with both Rick and Marcus and they were both very informative and nice. A guy named Jim had to come fix an issue I caused and was so nice and helpful.
I found Affordable Garage Door & Opener Repair, DBA Save on Services after looking for a supplier of garage door parts. I met Rick at his shop and told him what problem I was having at a rental unit I have and he knew exactly what was needed. Showed me in his showroom. So I was going to buy the part he suggested but when he told me the cost to have it installed by their technician it was a no brainer to have them come out. Robert the technician called 30 min before the appointment to let me know he was coming (as I asked) and was on time. He inspected the door and told me the fix - a new strut - (just as Rick said). Installation was quick - less than 10 min. He also lubed and balanced the door.AND then even better. The next day there was a different problem with the door closing. Robert came back out and did some additional adjustments AT NO CHARGE!!!!.These guys are great. I would recommend to all.Thank you!!

As a property owner of over 30+ properties, I try to send my business to companies that are consistently good and dependable. I thought I had found that company with Save on Services.In the past, I had always dealt with Markus and he was always professional and worked with any issues or challenges that came up with my renters, and I ended up spending thousands of dollars with this company . Recently however, I scheduled a simple repair at one of my homes, but this time I dealt with a person ( whom I found out later that was his brother) who not only botched the arrival time that was told to me ( 10-11 AM) but also the phone number of the renter and the address which was also confirmed 2X. When I called back at 1 PM to ask what was the delay as my renter was upset as she took time off of work for the repair, I was met with such unprofessional, childish attitude it was unbelievable . Even after he admitted that he made a mistake on both the phone number and address his response was Well, if you dont like to wait, go find someone else to fix it. and then proceeded to hang up the phone. even though I was taken aback by his rather brach attitude, I did call back and was able to get Markus on the phone .This time and after a few calls Markus was able to get someone out to my property at 6 PM that night. Then I find out directly from my renter that they discussed things with them that was totally inappropriate and Finally, when is it ever acceptable for a repair person to discuss issues /costs with a renter and NOT the owner who requested the repair and is paying the bill? I would say NEVER..As customers we promote businesses that provide a good product and a good price and good customer service, In this case Save on Services was an epic failure and I would look for another more professional vendor. Suggestion to Markus...either teach your brother some customer service skills or keep him off the phone.RESPONSE TO OWNER: Thank you for your profane laced response to prove your total lack of professionalism on Social Media. I stated facts, And in return you called people names, Again thanks for proving my issue of lack of professionalism with your company ! Interesting you call other companies predatory and upselling which is exactly what you did, PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICS FOR THE TRUTH FROM THE ACTUAL RENTER... ( WHO IS UP SELLING AND NAME CALLING???) But whatever makes you feel better. Customers can make their own decision, and I am sure your profane laced response will serve you well in that regard. Unbelievable ... Customer Beware !!
Rick is a great guy. I’m not sure what this other review is about. He was great for us!
