Went here today and had an awesome experience! Josh was an incredibly nice and outgoing guy and made the visit a good experience. Helped me out with all my questions. Skye was quick and made sure my spare tire had air in it and all my tires were in good shape before heading out. He had a great attitude even being as busy as it was! Had a tire pressure light on, they filled and checked each tires. Tire pressure light came on a few days later to find out there was a nail in one of my tires. I have gone to Tire Warehouse in Goffstown several times. I have bought tires from them, bought tires from Goodyear & they put them on, rotated tires etc. They are always very professional and very friendly. Most of the time I have an appointment set up ahead but today I went in without one for a leaky tire. They took me in and had me out very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone- they are awesome!

Possibly the best customer service I’ve received from any retailer. Had a small issue with my tire. Called the store and spoke with the manager, Josh Tounge, to check appointment availability. They were able to see me with short notice. Once I arrived, Josh was there to meet me and within 5 minutes, my tire was fixed and I was back on my way. Woke up this morning to a low tire and found a nail in the tire. I only had a couple hours to spare in the middle of the day so came here hoping for a quick repair. As usual was not disappointed. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and staff were all super friendly, as always.

Went in to Tire Warehouse on Mast Rd in Goffstown with low tire pressure light on. They took care of me expediently and fixed a hole caused by a small screw. I HIGHLY recommend this store because they treated me very well and fixed my issue to complete satisfaction. I left knowing I was all set.

Update: My review may have been a bit extreme, but I was clearly annoyed that day. I have since gone back and they have been quicker on the job with my reservation. I can only assume that it was a bad day for them or they were very busy and some communication was missed. Im updating this to a 4* because they were quick and helpful this time and I can understand stressful situations in a business, but the experience last time keeps me from doing a 5*.Had an appointment, but my car wasnt worked on until 45 minutes after I arrived. After that, they took the snow tires that were sitting in the main room right in front of me and spent 1.5 hours working on my car, it should not take 1.5 hours to switch out snow tires. Their website and signs in the store say they will price match with an additional 5% off and this was confirmed when I called, but when I mentioned it to the person processing my card they said it requires a printed quote in order to do this. Amazon does not provide quotes to individuals and I had the exact match of the product code with the one on Amazon. I called ahead of time to find pricing before going over, so for them to not inform there was a quote needed until I went to the register, this was pretty annoying. This cost me about $50 extra when we are in times where every dollar counts. Lastly as I was leaving they werent going to return my tires to me until I requested them, Im having snow tires put on, of course Ill want my normal tires back. Upon request they didnt just return them, but made note that the four tires that I recently purchased from them had two that would need to be replaced soon, this felt like a sales gimmick and made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend going here to anyone as this whole endeavor was just tiring and not needed at this crazy time of the year.

I went in to buy new tires since one kept going flat. They provided a courtesy inspection first and found a rock had punctured the tire and was embedded in it. They repaired my tire quickly and for free. They actually recommended that I not buy new tires since they are in great shape otherwise. The honesty is appreciated. Thank you!! Seriously the best tire experience I’ve had since driving a car! Went in not knowing why my tire kept losing air- a dented rim and a screw in the tire. The rim I had to bring elsewhere.. as for the screw, they patched it, kept my tire at their warehouse, and put the tire and rim back on my car all for free. It took a week for the rim to get fixed, they kept my tire the entire time... I finally had the rim done by 6pm on a Friday- they still let me go in despite them closing at 6pm and put it all back together for me. Josh, Pat, Skylar, and Dave were all great- seemed like no matter who answered, they were all kind and attentive. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else- first time ever writing a review, but this is well deserved!! If you have any tire issues you need to go here!

New to the area, I didnt know how close they were so I bought trailer tire and rim online. I went to Tire Warehouse first thing in the morning figuring to beat the crowd but they were getting busy anyway. I was worried they wouldnt mount tire on rim because I didnt buy it from them (most of the chains wont). They mounted it while I waited, less than 10 minutes, and charged me $10 including a valve stem. They were friendly and highly professional. I own a small fleet of vehicles (they didnt know this) and will be heading back for all my tire needs.
