Jim was a very friendly salesman, he didn’t pressure us and fought to make it right when the dealership wouldn’t replace my tires, they are at 3/32. I bought the vehicle less than a week ago. I feel dumb for not looking before I bought the car but now I regret buying a car from Unique Ford of Goffstown. The reply below should show how shady this place is. What good does that do towards correcting the issue?
Unique has always given me top dollar for my trades. No pressure and very easy to deal with. I ordered a 2022 F350 king ranch and it was delivered to me in 6 weeks, you cant expect more than that.
Unique Ford is the most professional and efficient dealership in the area. Randy prepared all of my paperwork before my purchase appointment. Prices were honest. Staff was incredibly kind. After bad experiences with other Ford dealerships in NH in previous years…I can’t imagine shopping Ford anywhere else. I plan to return. Highly recommended!

We visited this dealer while looking for our next set of wheels. The entire place is very low key and easy to talk to and work with. They had a good selection of inventory and I would highly recommend them.
Goof service for sales. But I don’t like for service car problems. My car buy new,driving only 10 day,have problems with key,my car can’t start, I missed 1 day work, I take another key go start car and go to dealer ask and show video,I need they fix this car. This for emergency service. They said don’t have appointment don’t fixed. Need make appointment for next week. My car problems on Wednesday morning, they need make appointment for next Tuesday. But I can’t take car go to work. Too bad service guy.
My experience with Unique Ford was exceptional. Marvin was my salesperson and he went out of his way to make the experience no pressure. He listened very well to what I thought important, and showed me two vehicles that met my requirements. He spent an incredible amount of time walking me through each vehicle, test driving and even driving me home to have my wife test drive it. He was very patient and waited the couple of weeks it took me to get everything ready on my end. The closing was equally painless. And at the end of the day, I walked away with a wonderful truck, and Marvin again took all the time to go back over all of its features. I truly felt this dealership was there to support me throughout the process and after the sale. I threw them a couple of glitches and they did not even blink! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a stress free, honest and transparent process.
My best friend got a Bronco Sport and I fell in love with it. I knew thats what I wanted my next car to be. My local dealer ship didnt have any so I started calling around. I was getting discharged because the first few that I called didnt have any either and the few after that only had base models. Then I called Unique Ford in Goffstown. Heather made my day when she said they had the Big Bend model. I immediately called my fiance to tell him that as soon as he got home we were going to Goffstown. We drove an hour and a half to get there and I was worried there might not be enough time to get the deal done since it was almost 3pm on a Saturday. Heather welcomed us and offered us a beverage and snack. We went for a test drive and knew this was the right vehicle for us. Our salesman Marvin was great! There was no pressure whatsoever and he answered all of our questions and heled get the Ford Pass app set up to show us how the remote start works. Then it was off to see Randy in finance and before you knew it, we were headed home. I will definitely be going here for my next vehicle. Thank you Heather, Marvin and Randy for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had!
UPDATE: Still waiting to get my tailgate fixed, almost 2 years later. Ask Raeann and Bill, Ive called several times to have been told itll be fixed and part ordered. On June 16th Bill told me he ordered part, would take about a week to get. Still, no call no follow up. How long, and much run around do we get till this gets repaired???UPDATE:Truck was dropped off for repair today July 21, 2021. It was repaired and driven back to my house by the Service Manager. Very nice I might add. I will have to wait till winter to see if it is still freezing. They are trying to make good now. Very much appreciated. Service Manager told me bring in when next oil change is due and they will take care of for the inconvenience.
Nice people, but proceed with this dealership with caution. We made an offer on a used car and the counter-offer was $500 MORE than the sticker price. When we hesitated, the sales rep stated he was going to increase the price another $1000 when we left. (Which, true to his word, he did). He mentioned an asterisk on the website indicating fine print; I believe there may have been some confusion about the term asterisk, as there is none.
This was the last place I visited, after going to 3 dealers. I should have just gone straight to Unique. They are incredibly conscientious of their time and the customer’s time, and do every make the experience smooth and easy, and efficient!There’s no haggling and let me talk to my manager dealer BS. All expectations were clearly defined and met.David Rucipero is an awesome sales person and he and his team Heather, Glen and Randy are highly responsive. They all made sure things went smoothly and expectations were exceeded.
I worked with Marvin in sales and Randy in finance. They were terrific. Walked me thru the purchase step by step and accommodated my special needs as an out of state buyer who needed to hold title in California. I whole heartedly enjoyed the experience from start to finish.

I got a call from Scott soterion from an online inquiry I made. He had a new f350 coming in soon and we worked out a deal on the phone. I liked how easy it was to deal with him and before my truck came in, I bought an f150 work truck from him. Over the phone, got a great price and when I went to get it, I was in and out smooth as can be. Same as on the f350. Nice and easy. Small store, competitive on price but more than that, they appreciate your business.I made the switch from GM to ford and I found my new dealership to buy from. Highly recommended, and I own an RV dealership, so I appreciate how smooth and easy things went on my 2 purchases.
I hate car shopping and buying a car. I always felt like it was an attempt to push me into something that is not in my best interest. Im just another sale for a greezy salesperson.That is not how it went at Unique Ford. This was my third and final attempt to get my wife a new vehicle. She was keeping her 2015 if this didnt work out. I accidentally stumbled onto Unique thanks to Facebook tracking my life. I had never been to Unique and didnt even think to look there, but a Facebook ad popped up with a good deal.I reached out at 10 PM on a Monday. I got an emailed response from a real person almost immediately. I told them my concern with wasting my time because of our trade value vs amount owed. I didnt see their reply because I had going to bed, but reached back out that morning and said I would be in when they opened in a few hours. I got a quick response with the salesperson to see. I showed up expecting the salesperson to have no idea that I was coming in etc. He was expecting me and knew the situation and my rush to get to work.Unique offered us a fair deal right up front with no fight. The numbers were close enough to what we wanted, so we went for it. Usually at this point is where the salesperson just throws you to finance and you never see them again. Not at Unique. We went back later that night to finalize the deal and the salesperson was waiting for us with our new vehicle. He thoroughly showed my wife the vehicle and sent me off to finance. Finance was great and knocked it out quickly. The salesperson then had me sit down and download the Ford app and set it all up. He discussed the promo points I would be getting and how to use them. He even told me he would be reaching out to my insurance company to take care of the for me. The next morning I got a call from my insurance company telling me the new vehicle was all set on my policy and they would be sending me new cards.It was the most thorough sales experience without wasting my time. I have never had a dealer take such good care of me from start to finish. The salesperson even pointed out all if the features of the vehicle so we would know how to use everything. I will be checking Unique Ford first next time around.
I have been driving for a long time and purchased many cars and i must say that Unique Ford is the best dealer that i have ever had. The staff there are all friendly and do not pressure you into anything. My sale rep was Tim and he was just wonderful and has all the patience in the world. I wouldnt recommend them to an enemy. I went there because I found a 2014 f550 they had on theyre website. I told them Id like to buy the truck after test driving it. It was starting to get dark and they were closing. The salesman talked to the owner and we agreed on a price. I told him the truck needed an alignment and he lied and told me they couldnt do an alignment because the machine wasnt capable and itd have to be done with a tape measure. Mind you a tech told me they could handle the truck because they bought a new alignment machine. I took the truck back to mass. The check engine light came on and oil light. I also noticed it needed tires. I called and scheduled the service and brought up the fact it needed tires. The owner bickered with me and told me I was more concerned about the tires than the service. I told him that was false. So I brought the truck there the next day. The owner came outside to check the tires and told me they were good they passed at his shop lol. The front tire is bald on the outside and the rears are getting close to needing replacement. I told him the truck shacks really bad on my drive there. He continued to bicker with me in the parking lot about not buying tires and I shouldve mentioned it before. I even offered to go half with him. I told him I could get tires for 175 for my 350s I have. I said Ive never bought tires for a 550 and there probably more because there meant to hold more weight. He told me hed like to know where I got the tires because theres no way there that cheap. Mind u he left a check for me for 175 in the truck when I picked it up and told me I could pick it up after they closed. They shut off the light but never aligned the truck and told me they couldnt get tires in time for me to have the truck back after they had it for 3 days. I normally go to sarat ford in Agawam but its hard to find used dump trucks. I will never go back and Ill continue to do business with sarat ford. Now I have to buy 6 tires and pay for an alignment because they never did it. Mind you I just spent 45k out of my own bank account to buy this truck. Sarat ford wouldve done the tires before the truck was even listed for sale.

They are so so friendly and knowledgeable even if you don’t know what you want. No pushy service, they listen to you and although Stephen was fairly new (to Unique) everyone reached out to help or offer. I was apprehensive because of a recent car accident I had which was why I had to purchase a vehicle. Kary and the team really listened to what I wanted and made sure it was within my budget! Originally they were not pushy, but after I found what I liked they began being pushy. They had to get the car from another dealer and did so before I fully committed to buying it. They asked me if I am sure about it, I said I dont see why not, but that I am not ready just yet. He said should he go ahead and get the car I was buying, and I told him that was up to them. I was contacted by another dealer that offered a competitive price. I gave unique ford an opportunity to match the price or come close. They could not. I said I would have to go with the other dealer. After this he made me feel uncomfortable and started getting mad. Overall I had a good experience except for the last phone conversation I had with them regarding the price.
I had a terrific experience with Unique Ford! Joseph, my sales rep, took great care of me through the purchasing process and gave me great instructions on the touch panel, as I am not tech savvy. He even paired my cell phone for me. Glenn made the paper work process easy and actually fun. Joe gave me a really fair trade in value and worked with me to get the 2016 Escape I wanted. I can only speak against the Service Department, but my first and only experience was terrible. The service manager Bill Withers was the reason my experience was so bad, Rae-ann the other person you can speak with over the phone was very pleasant. I had scheduled an appointment to get a recall issue addressed on my truck, and while it was there I brought up that my battery has been dying. I spoke with Bill on the phone an hour after my scheduled appointment, he brought up the battery issue, and explained that to do the software update recall the battery would need a full charge, so they could take it out and charge it. Not a problem. He then said to run a draw test the battery should be tested and thats when charges would start to apply, I then said to just charge the battery and do the recall. Bill claimed I authorized a $56 battery test. I had just purchased the battery 3 weeks prior and was still well within the 3 year warranty I had, which included free battery testing. When I arrived to pick up my truck Rae-ann gave me a $56 dollar bill, I argued the charge and thats when she said Bill needed to give that the OK. Thats when Bill proceeded to make a fool of himself in front of his customers. I told him I never authorized a charge of $56 dollars to test my battery, he then tells Rae-ann Give him his keys, and I never wanna see this truck in here againBill is clearly one of two things, either terribly incompetent on the phone and shouldnt be allowed to use them, or he is a crooked business man trying to grab some cash off of a no charge recall. Either way its embarrassing that an out of touch, old man is allowed to be the Manager of the service department for a company a big as Ford. Time for him to retire if he still cant hack it with customer realtions.

Joe Martin is easy to work with and found the exact car we were looking for. I always take my cars to Unique for maintenance and highly recommend the entire operation.

Most car dealers can be obnoxiously pushy. My best recommendation...know exactly what you want! Glen at Unique was extremely helpful with my purchase of a new F350 Super Duty. Though they didnt have exactly what I wanted, he found it and had it shipped. My new truck arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. The service department is good as well and has yet to try to sell me services I dont need. I am pleased with how I was treated and would suggest purchasing your new vehicle from Unique.

I have purchased my last 3 cars from Unique Ford and they always hit the ball out of the park. This weekend my 80 year old mother was visiting from NJ. She has been looking at new cars to replace her aging Prius. I took her down to Unique and she drove a new Fusion and then a C Max Hybrid. She totally loved the C Max.As it turned out, the car she wanted with the package she wanted was in South Jersey. So we did the papers Sunday morning and Mom drove home. Unique Ford sent a runner to NJ on Monday to pick up the car, prep it, and delivered it to her driveway in New Jersey Monday evening! I went in to unique to check out the trade in value of my old focus and look into upgrading into the new model. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, upon Walking in, I was greeted by J.v. whom helped me to pick out a car, test drive it, explain all the features and ultimately end up leaving with a brand new focus at a reasonable deal. Truly a unique experience indeed. As a marketing business owner I truly value businesses that understand how to treat their audience and manage their brand. My experience purchasing my 2018 F150 with Unique Ford, from the start with Heather and JV in sales to Randy the master mechanic in service, was extraordinary. I never once received the slightest bit of sales pressure from the sales department and when having a few accessories mounted I had the opportunity to meet with Randy, their master mechanic. You could tell he had a true passion for his job and really cared about my needs.Thank you to everyone at Unique Ford for a great experience. Inevitably my F150 will need servicing somewhere down the road. Its a great feeling knowing when that time comes I can count on the great people at Unique Ford to take care of me.
They were fast. Told me Id be an hour but my car was inspected in about 10 minutes. But they never came to inform me till a half hour that it was ready. I saw my car out front of the building but I thought they were just moving it to bring another vehicle in. I wished they would have told me it was ready because I had a tight schedule that day. I was in a hurry.
Easy transaction, got a great price, friendly service, and no pressure to put me into something I didn’t want. And darn it, Goffstown is just a nice place to take a test drive.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!! Sales dept was awful! Service dept was even worse!! Highly recommend people to go anywhere else but Unique Ford! THE worst in so many ways!

I wouldnt buy a car anywhere else. The sales force is knowledgeable, the finance office is great, and the general manager treats everyone with good humor and respect. They work extra hard to be certain the customer is happy. Then, there is the service department --- never had a bad experience, always ready to take care of your car, and always gets the job done.
My wife and I had a great experience with Unique Ford! Joseph, our sales rep, took great care of us through the purchasing process. Glenn made the financing and paper work process and breeze. Joe was more than fair with our trade in valuation and worked with us to land the new car within budget. As a fairly new father, the most important thing to me is knowing my girls are safe on the road. Unique Ford and their service department installed new brakes, rotors, and calipers on our purchase addressing my concerns for my girls. Needless to say our experience was wonderful and we can expect to be doing business with Unique Ford in the future!

They treated me very well and managed to get me into a new mid trim vehicle for my first lease. Im very satisfied. They know Fords promotions more than other dealers who clearly missed incentives that Unique found.
