Awesome. My break light kept coming on so I went to Autozone ro see what I needed. Told them what was going on and I was told that they were not going to look at it, tell me what I needed and that they dont do things like that. Now mind you Im in Gonzales and was going to spend my money at this place for what I needed. Of course I left there and went down to Diez and they took very good care of me. All that was needed was brake fluid and the manager told me to go to my mechanic to make sure that was all that was needed. Not to mention that they were concerned about my safety on the road unlike AUTOZONE. Hats of to the guys at Diez Tire Company. They are going to be my go to when Im in Gonzales. Thanks again for everything.

State vehicle inspection center in Gonzalez Louisiana. Convenient. Not too pricy. And there is one of them frozen adult beverage joints in the same parking lot. So if your gonna be there a while.... Well... You know.

Do not go here to get your vehicle inspected. They will fail you for the smallest detail. I had a 5 inch crack on the passenger side windshield and they failed me. I had passed 4 inspections with the same crack at other places. Thank you Diez Tire for costing me $800 dollars on a new Windshield which was not needed. I will never go here or any place else in Ascension parish again. Rip off shops that think if they fail you, you will turn around and spend the money to fix it at their shop!

Went for a vehicle inspection. Was completed and thorough, but be prepared to wait-- I was in line for over an hour. From what the tech said, early in the morning is usually an in and out process with no wait though...

I have been using these people for close to ten years and I am very pleased with the way they conduct their business and treatment of their customers. I operate a business in the area and need my vehicles running correctly and I can tell you that these people are true to their word when they give you a diagnosis. I have had many oil changes and vehicle repairs in the past and have had top notch service from them. If you go to these people to have your oil changed, tires installed, tires rotated or flats fixed and even most automotive repairs, they will do you right!

I called to inquire about Covid19 safety concerns about employees getting into my vehicle during an inspection and was told if Im that concerned, to just stay home. That is no way to speak to a prospective customer. I may not stay home, but I will stay away from Diez tire.

The lady that works the inspection station here is extremely rude. I came in to replace a peeled inspection sticker, no need to hook up any machines at all; literally a print and stick, as the guy in the front told me. She had me wait through the entire line while she hooked up cars for 15 minute intervals and sat in her air conditioned office. She refused to even look at the paper I was told to bring back like I was asking her to do something that she wasnt paid to do.I do not recommend the Diez Tire inspection station to anyone.

OUTSTANDING service. These guys know you by name after a couple of visits. Always a competitive price and always great service on my tires oil changes and inspections. I have been a loyal customer there for a couple of years now with 3 vehicles I would not want to trust to another tire shop.

They set my air pressure when i pulled up and didnt charge anything

Nice people, but very over price.. was going to charge me 200 dollars to fix my tire, and all I needed was one replacement tire.. so I drove to southeast tire and got one for 36 dollars ... instead

!!!!!AVOID COMING HERE AT ALL COSTS.BRENT IS A LIAR!!!!! I brought my moms car here on 12/30/16 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 45 mins before Brent told me they were unable to do the oil change because the mechanic could not get the lid off the oil. He said they will just do the tire rotation. I said okay thats fine. 20 minutes later he tells me theres a crack in the lid and they have someone coming bring a new one that cost $35. I told him I will not pay for a new lid when they cracked it. Brent argued with me and was very disrespectful about paying for the lid. Telling me maam its only $35 dollars. I dont care if it was a nickel. I was not paying for something they cracked. I got tired of his attitude and told him my mom will be coming because she is the owner of the car. He told me tell her to come very arrogantly. My mom came and he told her he was not worried about the lid being payed for after he argued with me not long before!! Also the mechanic came out and admitted he DID crack the lid, but Brent was pulling him away and trying to stop him from talking to my mom. My mom told them to put the new lid on and dont touch anything else. When it was time for her to pay for the tire rotation she found out they did the oil change anyway and Brent was trying to make her pay for it!!!! Overall very dishonest people. Save yourself and dont come here.

Stayed open a limit past closing time to help me stay safe of the road.. As I had a horrible tire that didnt allow me to drive faster then 55 mph... I work about 40 minutes away... They showed their true value when it comes to taking care of a CUSTOMER!!! I thank yall for all yall did

I got there and they said cash only, which isnt advertised anywhere. They sent me to get cash and when I came back (15 minutes later) they were closed two hours early....

Do not go here for an inspection sticker!! That lady had everybody waiting while she did paperwork, and she was serving no one. They take your money up front and make you wait. I sat in line for over an hour, I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN...FIRST AND LAST TIME!!

Full time working mother with not many places to get inspection stickers that accommodate my hours, this is the THIRD attempt I have loaded my babies up and rushed there for 4:45 (closes at 5:30) and your ONE inspection lady has left early/is out. Recommend training more than one person to be capable of doing inspections because this is beyond frustrating to deal with on repeated occasions! Will not be returning, for a 4th time.

Terrible customer service in the inspection sticker department. Had a horrible experience there. I never think a opinion should be given in something unless asked. In the end they missed out on a 2000.00 worth of tires. Took my business else where and got treated wonderful and ended up buying tired there. Wont be going back here and wont be doing any other company business there either.

I trust the management and staff of this business like my mother. They checked all my tires for free after being told by a dealership that one tire has an irreparable damage and needs to be replaced. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I wish this had the option to give negative stars!!!! I recently purchased a set of rims from a guy who works there who assured me they would work on my Tahoe. I leave from there after he had put them on and everything he showed me about an issue with my sway bar that needed replacing so that explained why it drove like it did. Or at least I thought. That has been the worst week of my life driving it felt like the wheels were falling off my truck so I took it to the tire center in town where I live and OMG I had been driving around in a death trap waiting to happen and with my grandkids too!!! The rims were demolished on the inside the lugnuts that were put on were to short so they could not be tightened several were stripped the rims are ruined so I had to have my original ones put back on there. That was a rip-off I’m not a happy person by no means and I will be taking legal action on this!!!

Bad experience. Needed a brake tag and I was in a rush. I called ahead and talked to the gentleman at the counter who told me it would take 10 min... he failed to tell me there would be only 1 worker performing the service and that I would have to wait 30+ minutes till they could get to my vehicle. No other experience to base rating off of. They did refund my money with no issue.

Went in to get an inspection sticker, after the lady removed my original sticker which expired 11/17 she informed me that my car failed because of my tint but when she got into the car the windows were up so why not let me know ahead of time instead she went thru the process then informed me i couldnt get my money back to me thats a scam poor service and i will be reporting then to the BBB
