My work car got a flat and I had to have it towed there because it’s a hybrid so we don’t have spares. It didn’t get there until after they closed and they had me out by 8:15 the next morning. They are always incredibly fast and easy to work with.

Lady was very rude. I went to initially get a tire plugged, but also wanted to check on prices of other tires. I took my business elsewhere, somewhere customers are appreciated. I bought a new set of tires so their loss.

Have been a loyal customer for many years at Gonzales Tire, Everything from oil changes to tires. Recently bought a new tire from them for my sons car, and after only 4 months the new tire had a huge bubble appear on side wall. Gonzales Tire would not stand behind warranty on tire, or try to make it right in any way. First tried to get out of it by claiming tire purchase wasn’t in there computer. Whenever I showed up with original receipt for purchase of tire, then the story changed to, “the tire was hit” but could offer zero proof of this. Obviously not concerned with keeping long time customers, and willing to lose business over one tire that was purchased 4 months ago.

Took my truck here a couple of weeks ago to get my front axles fixed. As of yesterday my truck broke down on my way to work at 430am. After 2 hours and $200 later I got it towed here. They then told me that it could be a transmission problem and to take it elsewhere... another $100 for towing.. once it got to the shop that THEY recommended.. that shop told me that it WASNT my transmission... but indeed someone put my axles on wrong... I was then informed that someone was sent to the other shop from Gonzales tire to pick it up and take back to their property to fix.. in a manner of 2 days.. ive missed time at work AND outta $300 towing fees...after spending close to $2000 for them to mess up the job. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My car was showing an over-heating signal and my heater had been broken for about a month, so I took it to this shop. I know very little about cars, so they very easily could have tricked me into buying or replacing a multitude of different things. Instead, they were honest and told me that my antifreeze was low and charged me for that only. I am very pleased with the service provided here and will definitely return in the future!

I went to get my tires rotated and balanced. They gave me an oil change instead. To attempt to fix the mistake, they offered to rotate my tires free of charge. However, when I get home I realize one of my hub caps is cracked, and it appears my tires have not even been rotated. Very disappointed with this dishonest service. Do not recommend.

Had to have front brakes and rotors replaced on my truck. Friendly service. Truck handles a whole lot better now.

We were there yesterday when we broke down on the highway. The guys were fantastic and got us on our way back home very quickly. Very thankful for their help!

I will NEVER give these thieving people my business or the business of anyone near and dear to me. My son had a blowout on his car in November, his car was towed at this business and his two front tires were changed. I was the one handling all of his business and I told the person helping me to put warranty and all on these tires. Well, not even a good month and a half later, my son had another blowout, I called the place of purchase and was told an outright lie!!! The two people that I spoke to (a female and male) told me that I had denied the service (which is a LIE) but I could go in and purchase another tire. I may have been born at night BUT it wasnt last night!! I would be foolish to give more money to people who literally robbed my young son!!! He was even told that they did not look like brand new touted. Please BE mindful when purchasing items because I didnt know what to look for; I think that they GOT ME!!

My car drove staight with no hands, but steering wheel seemed to be tilted to the right side. Brought it in for a wheel alignment to correct the steering wheel. Now my steering is tilted the opposite direction and my cars pulls to the right.They did attempt to fix it after going in again, but seemed like manager went for joy rides since my type of car has never come into there before.Problem still not corrected. I was charged material fees when my suspension is adjustable. And no apologies or refunds offered for their lack of capabilities.
