I make use of the Walgreens drive up at least once a month, thank G_D! Their single lane (in Grand Haven, MI. ) Pharmacy is always Soooo Long! But, sometimes 🙄 it moves along quickly. 🤥 FYI. You better bring a book...War & Peace! LOL!Then, Theres that sweet but strangely odd smile on their face as you begin to begin to roll up your window and start your get-away-car.*GULP!* Trying to just get away and she spontaneously remembers and shouts out the RX drawer, Thanks for choosing Walgreens and remember to have a Nice DAYYY!!!!!The one great thing they have going for themselves is, they ask if youd like the RX information book printed out on all 8 Meds? Unlike another, BIGGER store nearby whos name also starts with (W) and pack one bag with ten pounds of Medical warnings, suggestions & every horrible thing that could happen to you just by taking there medicine. YOU get the Choice to kill a few more trees or just let them be.FYI. They have their golden workers🧔🏽🧕 also😎💁

Wow...it seems like its been forever since I had 📷 photos 📸 printed!!What a wonderful 👏 experience!! The young lady at the counter was extremely friendly!! She helped with the machine and even told me about current promotions. That saved several dollars 💵. (.39 cents to .10 cents a photo)In the end ....customer service was excellent 👌 👍.Thanks again for all your help 😁

Shout out to Kim in the photo center! My cards were cutting off the words at the bottom and she called me so I could fix it. I really appreciate her letting me know so I didnt get there and feel disappointed. I was able to fix it and the cards look lovely! Thank you Kim!

I want to acknowledge the young lady (unfortunately I never asked her name) at the checkout counter .This young lady saw how distressed and that I had no idea what I was doing.She took the time to ask me questions and helped me realize I was getting scammed from people claiming to be Consumers.I never thought I would fall for this but they had all the right answers to my questions.Thank goodness for this young lady she saved me from losing $280.00 and reminded me to always confirm who is calling.It reaffirmed that there are good and caring people.I’m happy I was lucky to encounter one today at Walgreens

The pharmacy staff is amazing!! I spent a week trying to find a place that could get my sons medication in and was given the run around as it is a very specific medicine. And this pharmacy was the saving grace, it still took me 3 visits to them before everything was straightened out, that was an insurance prior auth issue tho, but the staff was always so nice and helpful and made feel reassured that it would be solved asap!! All in all, my stressful experience was turned into a positive relationship with a pharmacy!!

I just moved to Grand Haven from Holland and they have made the experience of moving our prescriptions easy. The staff is always friendly and polite.

Had a terrible cold the day after New Years and after a quick visit to the doctor, had to pick up some prescriptions from here. I knew that they would be busy, so I went and did my grocery shopping at the Walmart right down the road. After two hours of the prescriptions being called in, I headed there to the drive thru where I was informed that it would be another 20-25 minutes. I said okay no problem, and parked my car in the parking lot and waiting patiently for 30 minutes. After said 30 minutes, I went back through the drive thru pharmacy again. The lady working the drive thru looked quite annoyed to see me, and informed me that my prescriptions were not ready yet. Mind you, my prescriptions was just an antibiotic and a steroid, only a couple of pills in between the two, nothing to hard to fill. I asked the lady how much longer I could expect to wait, which is when she started yelling at me and telling me that she had no f***ing clue bc it was the day after new years and I should have known that I was in for a long wait. It had been 2 and a half hours now, so stunned and not wanting to yell back at this woman, I headed home to lay down since I obviously wasnt feeling good. Another three hours pass, when I finally receive a text message on my phone letting me know that my prescriptions are finally ready. 5 hours total wait. This long wait also caused me to miss work the next day as I was supposed to take the prescriptions within a few hours after I left my doctors office, as one of them kept me up all night. Very disappointed in Walgreens and their customer service!

Their speed bump is so unnessasarily high it hit my oil pan drain plug and messed it up. Very unhappy.
