I had my diabetic eye exam done last year and will be going back again this year. They were so nice and the girl who fitted my glasses really knew what she was doing. Im sorry I dont remember names but the lady doctor was excellent and professional.

Loved the visit and the exam was more thorough better than going to walmart

If I could leave 0 stars I totally would. I have been waiting on my glasses for 2 weeks now, still waiting on the lab to send my frames. Ive called 3 times, been left on hold for over 10 minutes this last time and the lady who answered the first time did not return. A new lady did and she didnt understand why I was upset. If you just leave a frustrated customer on hold for someone else to handle then you clearly didnt do your job right. I will NOT be going back to rxoptical after I get my replacement glasses. This is beyond frustrating.

The staff is rude when they finally answer the phone, put you on hold and then someone else picks up and you have to repeat everything again----WAS A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS--NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
