Grand Haven office is very friendly. Dr Barron is always very friendly an polite. He is very thorough. I enjoy my visits.

This is without a doubt the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had, and Ive worn glasses for over 40 years. The wait was reasonable for how busy the office was, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A word of warning: His capable staff perform a lot of the exam, like checking my current prescription glasses, the lettered eye exam and administering the drops to check for dry eye and dilating the pupil. Dr. Barron checked my eyes for defects and explained my overall findings. I particularly liked they gave me a script for new prescription without herding me into their glasses area, which is limited. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Barron and the staff of Shoreline Vision to anyone in need of glasses, or advanced eye care.

I have been in Shoreline twice with a mask shield.(Medical reasons as to why I cant where a face mask) I went through NOCH check in with it 3 times and was cleared to enter. I was in Shoreline on Friday without any problems. Today went through hospital check in just fine. I was told in Shoreline I had to wear mask. I informed them I had a medical note stating I could not wear the mask they were offering . She refused to look at my proof and told me I had to leave.Their policies need to be consistent not on the whim of one person. I will be going elsewhere for my care. NOCH and their subsidiaries are very demeaning to people with health issues they dont want to deal with.

I had a very good experience with Dr Barron. The lasik operation went good and the results are better than I could have hoped for. Im very pleased with the experience as a whole.

I recommend Dr. Kent for eye lid surgery I received. My drooping eyelids were affecting my ability to drive. It has been 4 days since I received the surgery and swelling/color are decreasing every day. Absolutely no pain, all gain, what more could I ask for. It was a good experience.

Dr. Tiffany Kent performed upper and lower eyelid surgery. The lower eyelid surgery eliminated a long standing chronic eye infection. The upper eyelid surgery dramatically increased my peripheral vision.I like Shoreline Visions ability to meet all your eye care needs at one location!

Staff are friendly and efficient! Dr. Barron is highly skilled and I have always appreciated my LASIK surgery since 2002, and my daughter, with a similar prescription, flew from the Northwest some years later for his surgery and also had great results.

Today was my 6 year olds second visit to Dr. Leenhouts (his first being when he was five and we realized he had a vision impairment). I have needed glasses my whole life and have been many places for such so I do not say it lightly that Dr. Leenhouts has taken phenomenal care with my son. I have been impressed with the offices ability to get us in quickly, and just the overall demeanor. I will be switching my whole family over for the ophthalmology.

I lost one contact lens on vacation and needed a replacement until I could have an exam & order new ones. They wouldn’t let me order a replacement lens because I hadn’t been in since 2016. I fully intended to make an appt, but could not get a replacement lens until I had an exam. I am wearing old glasses with a prescription older than my contacts. By the time I would be able to be seen & then order new contacts, it would be weeks or longer.I don’t understand why I couldn’t get one replacement lens until I got a new prescription. I will have to go to Sam’s or Wal Mart, it will be quicker.

The office staff and doc were OK. But hope you don’t have any insurance issues. The staff member I spoke to was very rude and not helpful at all. Acted like I was an imposition.

Doctors are ok, but optometrists are terrible. I requested a contact prescription check for my daughter during an ophthalmology check for a different issue. Her current/old Sph number was -2.50, and they somehow wrote her a new prescription for -4.25 ! The trial pair of -4.25s gave her a nasty headache (this was Friday afternoon).Since she had to be back to college on Monday, and Shoreline is closed on Saturdays, we had to make a rush appointment at Sams Club, where she got a more reasonable contact prescription of Sph -3.0, with no headaches. Thank you Sams Club, and shame on Shoreline Vision for insisting to still charge us for the useless contact prescription. I called and argued twice to no avail and will not go back there again.

Waited and waited 45 minutes after my appt time, and after 2 seperate occasions I have decided to go elsewhere. Ridiculous. I am expected to show up on time, why are the doctors not having the same responsibility?! Going to Muskegon.

Waited 15 minutes just to pick up contacts only 1 preson working and when i got helped it less than a minute to get them and out the door shouldnt have to wait that long to just pick up contacts that was already payed for there should be more than 1 person working
