Always really good! Usually a wait because theyre so busy. Just have to find the right times but the wait is worth it.
Starbs met all expectations and more. Pre-order was quick and easy. Had to order second drink no problems evolved.
My wife absolutely loved her coffee. I tried a new drink Mango Dragonfruit that was delicious. Blew me away how good it was. Also bought a new coffee that was recommended by the nice young lady that waited on us. Will definitely be stopping there more often!!!!
Starbucks= hot flavored water you know what your getting. Liked it a few years ago when their drinks actually tasted like coffee.
They did a good job but the coffee didnt quite taste the same as a decaf mocha at other locations.
I had the most outstanding time at Starbucks thanks to the magnificent barista named Haven, she took my time with my order, she was so patient and made my drink how I would imagine it, and, I am well pleased with her service that I will love to come back and see her again!!!!!!!!! #ilovestarbucks #bringhazelnutback

Usually I place my order on the app and it’s quick and I am able to go pick it up quickly. A few times however either myself or my friend have picked it up for me and it’s half full and when we inquire about this they are very rude and say that what’s in the order doesn’t equal a venti cup. So why is it that 9 out of 10 times my drink is just right? So when I ask about it why not fix it instead of standing there and arguing with me and saying what I order doesn’t equal a venti cup. Apparently someone that works there gets it because they make it perfectly. I wish they put the names on the cup of who makes it each time so I could just request that person each time and avoid the rude people who obviously don’t know how to make special drinks and don’t understand good customer service!

Stopped in to get wife some coffee before she woke up and placed my order fast but took forever to receive it and then her order was wrong anyway.
Was in a major rush and understood why they were a little behind on mobile orders (one Starbucks in town means its packed, good for them!) but was VERY disappointed that I hadnt opened the lid and checked because my drink was hardly even 3/4 full when I looked inside once I got to my office. Ill be checking from here on out. This isnt the first time.
We ordered online through the app, and almost everything was sold out. When we arrived, my drink was empty and it took several minutes for one of the staff to acknowledge me standing there. They were extremely rude throughout the whole transaction. I will not be returning.

Worst experience in a Starbucks ever! The drinks were sweet enough to go toothless. We ordered 4 cheese Danish pastries and they were old and cold even though we requested then to be heated. Unfortunately, the lady wasnt friendly either! If you are passing by then stop a Panera.

Kristin is very kind and helpful with making it possible to order via the app and pick up at the window. She made special drinks for us because they were out of some ingredients but made the drinks as close to usual as possible. She is super sweet, a fast worker, and made this Starbucks trip our easiest despite us being high maintenance with our order ;)Thank you, Kristin! We appreciate your kindness and assistance today. We’ve sitting for 30 minutes and the baristas haven’t gotten drinks out. This is the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had.

Busy, but got my order right and did so fairly quickly. Went above and beyond when I returned a few minutes later to purchase another breakfast sandwich (my child dropped part of theirs) and they gave me a new one for free.
I give it 0 stars, this was the most disgusting motel Ive ever stayed at you walk in the lobby and it smells like a thousand old ashtrays. Just a filthy place..

I waited at the speaker and said hello after 4 mins. No one answered, so I went to the window. The lady was helping the people in the store. Not paying attention to the drive thru. Go around because at this point I’m upset. Go around and two cars were in front of me now. Now what should of took 3 mins is now taking 20mins. I can’t even get out of the line. Please hire more help. The lady name is haven. There is another lady in there but I didn’t see her name. They are just laughing it up. Haven charged me wrong as well! Charged me for a ice tea when I got a water with a few strawberries. Her appearance was absolutely not presentable.

Guys this location ROCKS! being the only Starbucks in GI I absolutely love them!. Sucks they have to close at 3 due to covid and short partners (they are hiring) if something is wrong they will fix it IMMEDIATELY 🙂 The manager is so sweet.
This is by far the worst Starbucks around. Terrible, rude customer service. Wait times are unreal. It averages between 25 to 45 minutes every single time. They never follow the hours stated. Randomly close. Close hours before what hours are posted. Or even if they are staying open till posted time, they close 15 to 30 minutes early. Grand island needs a new Starbucks. Period!

Every time I have been it had been a somewhat great experience but the last few time have went the service and quality of the beverages have been very poor. Today, I went inside as they were making my beverage two employees decided to laugh at what I wanted in it in front of me and everyone else in the lobby. I would not recommend returning even though this is the only Starbucks around based off of the quality of service and and customer service.
Every time I’m craving coffee I head to grand island cause I live in Marquette but the days I want coffee I get there and they have a sign sitting in drive thru saying they are closed. Maybe update ur hours online so other ppl aren’t wasting their gas just for u to be closed. This has happened twice now. I have gone to scooters both times after and now will continue to go there for coffee cause they are open when they say they are.
Drinks were great, but this is the slowest Starbucks Ive ever visited. We sat in the drive thru for about 40 minutes. There were only 5 or 6 cars ahead of us. I seriously considered jumping the curb to get out of line, but I wasnt in a capable vehicle!
Since This store has opened up the hours have been different everyday. People go there at 5:30 to get their morning coffee go to pull up and no answer, one day its open at 5 the next 5:30 and now today all workers are inside and say they dont open til 6. This is ridiculous!There also has been a time I sat in the line for 20 min without moving, when getting to the window seems to be tension behind the window. You need to figure out the time your opening and keep that time, we all have jobs to get to and for people to go there to have to leave and rush elsewhere to get to work on time. Very disappointed!

Good place, but very inconvenient when they decide to turn off mobile ordering, which makes the only way to order is through the drive through. Very inconvenient for people who dont want to use the drive through. Why have mobile ordering if theyre just going to turn it off when they feel like it.
And they say their environmentally friendly and also have stuff for vegans? Unfortunately they charge you more for soy milk instead of dairy? I quit going there and giving them my business when others do it for free!

This place has been horrific since the virus. Mobile pick up available at front....sometimes. Other times you have to wait for 10+ cars in the drive thru. I’ve had a cup full of milk instead of coffee. I’m usually a very understanding person, especially when it comes to management but this place needs a turnaround.

The drinks are incredibly undermade and the service is the slowest and rudest Starbucks ive ever had to deal with. When ever I go to any other star bucks the drinks are great and the service is fast and friendly. But this one is hands down the worst. Bar none.
Ordered a $25 gift card and an Eggnog Latte less than a week before Christmas. They wouldnt take my $100 bill, so I guess I can understand that. Used my debit card. But after waiting 15 minutes, I was told they were out of eggnog............ They would get me something different or refund my money. I didnt take either, cuz by now, Im out of time. My biggest problem is that they waited 15 minutes to tell me that........😒. Overrated to say the least. I just need to go somewhere that my $cash$ is good.
Terrible... Waited nearly 40 mins in the drive-thru for our 2 drinks! Tons of employees standing around doing nothing. The car in front of us handed them a cat thru the window to hold. Then also got our order wrong. How can they possibly take that long with only drive thru open?

Its Starbucks. Wish it was a Duncan donuts but its just not. Still they can make some good drinks. Almost everything other than the plain brewed coffee is good. All to your taste. The people are consistently friendly.
On 05/23/2020, I got in the drive thru line, which was around the side of the building. After sitting in line for 25 minutes, I got up to the menu. There was a chalkboard sign showing hours until 6pm today and 4pm Sunday. No one answered at the sign and another customer was driving off yelling, their closed. I pulled up the window and the lady turned and said they were closed. I told her I had been in line for over 25 minutes, the line was around the building and at least 6 cars behind me. She said they had a guy go check and he only said 2 cars, didnt see the long line. This is really not acceptable. Having people wait that long without someone telling customers prior to sitting in line, waiting.
Only reason we disliked it was that the mobile app wasnt working correctly for us at this location, we were never able to make a mobile order work and the line was long. Did appreciate the precautions they were taking for covid.

My boyfriend basically paid almost 10$ for only a tall vanilla latte (which wasn’t made right, tasted like no vanilla at all) and my drink that instantly was dropped from the windy door hitting it. They wouldn’t let me ask a question at all. She just chuckled and said it’d be a long while before she could answer any questions, but she didn’t even know what I was going to ask. I should’ve tried a different coworker that was friendlier and I bet they would’ve helped, but after that rude interaction I wasn’t going to wait even longer than the 30 minutes we already waited with our toddler. Lastly, I’m sure EVERY other Starbucks I’ve been to has been nicer, doesn’t have this long of wait times, and would’ve understood. Just drive to a different city for your Starbucks.
Always so busy so you cant just all of a sudden decide to grab a cup of joe you have to plan and be patient, but if you have the time its worth it!

Never come here if they are busy. Youll stay standing for god knows how long. And youll propose never get your order if you dont confront them.
I LOVE Starbucks first off. This particular case you get lucky when they have everything you want. This wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt almost every time I go there. Their phone app is not kept current so many times you cannot order ahead. I will say they still make good drinks.

Delicious drinks and snacks. Looking for a more diet friendly option? Dont be afraid to try soy milk in your latte or to ask them to leave out the classic syrup which will remove a large amount of sugar from your favorite beverage. Enjoy!

Went at 9:28pm Saturday night. Internet said closes at 10, but went up to the door and said closes at 9. Then a guy tries to go in and the door is unlocked with workers inside but they said they were closed? If you’re closed lock the doors and turn off the drive thru lights? Don’t just put a cone in the driveway and leave the door open?
This particular location is an outstanding location to get your coffee, drinks, sandwiches, or any other thing that you would like to get from a Starbucks location. The only downfall is they have a significant amount of turnover which leads to a continual change in the way in which drinks are made. It would really help the customer as a whole if they were able to find some consistent help that was not to constantly coming and going!!!!!!

Highly suggest going any time you can get Zarah to help you. She makes the absolute most beautiful drinks there and really turns your coffee/tea into a work of art.
Love the coffee, and though the service is super slow theyre always nice.
Their staff were very nice and capable people. The store was clean, but very basic. And I got a chocolate milk which I paid a premium price for, and was yet average as a chocolate milk. Not bad, but could be better.

Love Starbucks, but the bathrooms at this location need to be thoroughly cleaned and maybe even updated. I thought I walked in to a 24-hour gas station when I opened the bathroom door. The rest of the place looked great. Behind the counter seemed perfectly in order, and my coffee was perfect.
I always enjoy stopping at Starbucks. Coffee and frapps are little pricey, but great quality compared to other coffee houses. You get what you pay for. Food is also unique and tasty

Its a typical Starbucks. Not a ton of seating & often a huge line so not 5 stars. Just North of the interstate so its conveniently located. Mobile order works great.

Online ordering rarely works. Wait times are ridiculous. The lobby will just be randomly closed. The staff are decent and do their best but this place is a disaster.

The bathroom was filthy. I usually count on Starbucks bathrooms being so clean. Going across 7 states or more I have never had happen. The coffee was great as was the employees.
I have worked at and have been to MANY Starbucks and this is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. They are always rude. Take FOREVER to make good drink and get people through the drive through. I will give them credit because they always seem under staffed and they are always busy, but I don’t have time to wait over 20+ minutes for my coffee. The last time I went to this Starbucks I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee and did again today. I watched my drink sit on the counter for at least 10 minutes before it was handed to me. Very disappointed. Didn’t even get an apology for the slow service.
Went to Grand Island for a few days before Christmas. Went into store 3 days in a row and not once did I see a smile on the staff. We visit Starbucks all over the US and these folks seemed miserable to be there. Might need some customer service training or just a fake smile would go a long way. Coffee was good.

Very busy, took half an hour for a pink drink... Made me late to work.. Mobile orders were backed up, drive thru was backed up, lobby full of people... Im not sure the solution to the problem but hopefully they get it figured out.
