I called Red Hawk to talk about what I was trying to do. Very pleasant and helpful conversation. As a result, I ordered a Bartlein 30 cal barrel for my 12 yr old 30-378 Weatherby. The original is 1-10 twist, I ordered 1-9 for some heavier bullets I want to shoot. Shipping cost is very reasonable, shipping speed was excellent. Barrel is perfect.

I had an Alaskan TI replica made in 30-06. In addition, the barrel and bolt were treated with Nitride. Two seasons later I am still very pleased. I shoot non-precision loads with very good accuracy. There was great communication with Redhawk. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that the magazine for my rifle wont seat perfectly, and I have to triple check it. This can be easily fixed with a dremel but at the price point it should have been 100% perfect. Overall very happy with the gun and purchase.

Ive done business several times with RHR. One of my rifles I sent in was discovered to be defective. They shipped it back to Remington and had them reset the barrel as it wasnt laying in the channel properly. Honest and very reputable company I will do business with them again.

I ordered an H.S. Precision stock from here and had it inletted for AICS type bottom metal and the fit was perfect and the service was well worth the extra money and wait time.
