The employees are super friendly, knowledgable, and always giving great suggestions if youre looking for something specific. Plus, they take recommendations if they dont carry something youre looking for locally. Every time we come in here they’re always very informative and you can ask them any question comfortably. Love all of the different testers for lubes and different products they have. Lots of different options for men as well, which is nice!

Shopping at the nearby mall my expectations were low when I happened upon this shop in a small strip mall, however, upon entering this store I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, well lit store with a staff that was helpful but not intrusive. The merchandise was grouped by category making shopping easy and fun. The product lines ranged from premium quality to less expensive, novelty items. The staff was particular knowledgeable concerning their product lines and answered questions professionally and tactfully. Nice & Naughty (Grandville) is a real find, a gem of a store, and one I would highly recommend!

Good casual atmosphere. helpful but not in your face staff. not quite sure what the complaint was about trying to get a customer to upgrade to a better product - its called sales, genius.didnt know what to initially expect, had what I needed and it went smoothly. pleasantly surprised.

The women who work here are always helpful and willing to give advice on any questions given. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a spot with a clean shop, high end toys and experiences

Great place!Much better than similar stores. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, made me feel very comfortable. I bought a mystery bag that didnt have much of anything in it. I called and told the staff what I got in in the bag and they told me they would make it right. I returned a few days later, and not only did they work with me to get the value of the bag, but the guy that was there the other day remembered me and my preferences and sensitivity to certain products when I was looking around.Highly recommend

I can’t imagine myself working anywhere else. I take pride in this store and I’m here for anyone. We are an upscale boutique that carries high quality items. It’s taken us some time but we’ve finally found the right brands and styles for our customer base. Our location has gone through a lot of changes over the past three years but we have finally found a good rhythm with our staff and customers. Your amazing feedback is worth everything!

The store is very clean, and somewhat organized. Everything also felt really expensive. I wish the employee working would have offered to help us or even ask if we were looking for anything. My husband and I were the only customers in the store and pretty much only got a hello and goodbye. Lucky for them Im one of those people who feel awkward leaving a store without buying anything, so we still spent $25.

Every time I come back for more! The staff members are helpful and knowledgeable, the selection isn’t huge but it’s vast enough to find a little something for everyone.

Wife walked in with our 6 month old and was told 18 and up and was asked to leave. Im just not sure if the understand he cant walk or grab and hes not the age yet to be left in a car. Just seemed like a silly rule.

Very helpful and friendly. The person running the store greeted us and helped us out but wasnt overbearing. She gave us the space we needed but was accessible and helpful. Good prices. Only downside is that the selection is smaller than cirillas but they still have a lot of stuff.

Knowledgeable staff and great selection of products, not just novelty stuff but high end and more health based as well.

Fun atmosphere and a reasonable selection with staff that makes sure youre helped in finding what you need. Prices can be a little high but that goes for most small businesses and in retrospect the premium price is worth the premium service and keeping small businesses like this alive.

I am amazed at the level of service and knowledge of the staff! As mentioned before... incredibly helpful but respectful of personal space and comfort level. After multiple visits the expierence has remained the same regardless of the staff working at the time.

Initial experience was okay. Helpful staff but they are too focused on convincing you to buy an expensive product as opposed to what you are ACTUALLY looking for. At the check out, a staff who just came in for her shift deemed it necessary to make a negative comment about the product I was buying and not in a helpful fyi way, but to try to get me to reconsider my purchase for something more pricey. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for honest sincere help with a knowledgeable professional. Also, I wouldnt recommend this place to any POC, unless you enjoy being pestered and followed the entire time you are there. I think I am being nice by giving this place 2 stars to be honest....
