This store has some cute stuff 100% but thats not enough to give them more than one star unfortunately. Every single worker there (Besides Sydney) were completely rude. They were yelling at customers coming into the store and yelling at some who accidently set off the store alarm for standing to close. They were rolling their eyes when someone would ask for help. The girl checking me out at the counter was so busy in a conversation with her Co workers about a customer earlier they were low key making fun wouldnt even say a word to me. I thanked her and she just turned around and continued her conversation.Sydney on there other hand was very helpful! And genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed and was very willing to help other customers out. She was smiling and working to meet everyones needs. I really appreciate her, shes the only reason why I ended up actually purchasing what I was looking for because if it wasnt for her I would have walked out the second I heard customers being treated so poorly.On a completely different subject, I am not a size small I would comfortably fit in an XL ...but thats my body other girls coming in and being a little larger walked out with nothing...unfortunately this store doesnt have sizes for bigger girls and that really sucks because all girls deserve to look cute and if they like something in that store their size should be there.

Some of these girls don’t understand customer service! I asked for assistance getting a dress down for my daughter and she rolled her eyes and said in just a minute. Stupid girl you need to smile and say how may I help you and then do as the customer asks. I can say they just lost out on at least 7 girls getting dresses here not only for homecoming but for my daughter’s sweet 16.

I feel the woodland mall one has more to offer and way better employees. The ones at the Grandville mall act like they have no clue,no one offers to help,the stores a mess.

Absolutely rudest staff ever!!! I think there was at least 5 girls working, all standing around talking and completely ignoring any customers. One employee was trying on costumes show her co workers while a line of customers were waiting in line.

I think its sad that they dont carry a wider range of sizes. All girls want to look beautiful.

Love the dress selection at this store! Even better, the prices are reasonable for good quality clothes. This is my first stop anytime I need a new dress for a casual or formal event!

If no stars was an option then that’s what I would give. First of all let’s start with the fact that the employees were watching me around the store like I was going to steal something when I have zero reasons to. I can’t even enjoy shopping comfortably because the entire management was watching. I don’t know if it was because I am a black women or because that’s just what they do. The employee asked to hold a small pair of sunglasses that was going to try on. There were many customers who were walking around carrying many clothing items but didn’t offer to do that for them! However, me who had one pair of black sunglasses had to have them held. I couldn’t even find an outfit in the store that I thought would go with them because the lady took them from. So I went to front and bought the glasses and walked out. I believe this store is racists towards African American people!!! Or maybe minorities as a whole. No workers of color and all the customers of color were asked to have their items held and none of the customers who were not of color were told to do so. Shame on you Windsor!

Great store and great prices! They always have such cute clothes but the dressing rooms are always booked. Long waits but it is a good indicator of how many people like this store.

Great store, the quality and price of the clothes match up pretty well. The store could be a little more organized and not a fan of the dressing room but overall it’s my favorite store to go to.

Although I dont enjoy being asked several times if I need anything, I would enjoy at least a greeting. Was never greeted or spoken with, and when I went to leave, a worker looked me right in the eyes and didnt bother to say anything like thanks for coming. Makes for a b&^!chy environment vibe. I did think it was odd, otherwise, cute clothes (but so small)

It was amazing! Staff was on their best game with helping, arranging, restocking. Will go back.

Let me start off my saying I LOVE this store and the quality of the clothes. The employees ruin it though. I was in the story yesterday. I needed a white dress for my sisters bachelorette party. I walked into the store and was not greeted by any of the three employees in there. I spent about 15 minutes looking for dresses. I found 5 or 6 dresses that I liked and wanted to try on. At no point did anyone acknowledge me or ask if I needed a fitting room. I ended up just letting myself into the fitting room and even then I still wasnt asked if I needed anything. I found a dress that I liked but needed it in a bigger size. I walked out of the fitting room and the store and no one ever said a word to me.

Awful store. Will not return. Overcharged me and they knew they were doing it while they did it! The item didn’t have a tag, so they looked it up online and charged full price when it was much much less. A difference of $150. Horrible customer service. Poor business practices.

Went to get one of my homecoming dresses here, sadly I went the week before and it was packed!! Changing room line went out the door. Overall, the dress was beautiful and fit me well, didn’t try it on in the store. Bought it, made sure I could return it, and walked out.

Visited with my youngest daughter, clothing looked classy at decent pricing.

Went into the store yesterday and browsed around with my partner and baby. It was around 7:30-8pm. Not very many people in the store. There was one female employee who was completely rude and unprofessional. I understand the store is tightly spaced but when your trying to get through an aisle, maybe you should use your manners and say excuse me instead of just ramming through especially when its a customer! It happened twice. The first time, I let it go. Then I go to a different clothing rack thats on the wall. Grabbed an item and was looking at it. Same girl comes again and decides to just ram through the clothing rack and myself. This time she says excuse me but not until after she rams through and then laughs about it. Mind you I am literally an inch away from the clothing rack. She couldnt walk behind me or go around? SO RUDE. After it happened the second time, I turned around and looked at my husband and were both thinking what the hell? He noticed it too. It made my shopping experience at this store very uncomfortable and I probably will never go back unless they hire new staff that knows how to treat customers. I walked out after the second time.

Love the variety of dresses and staff was pretty nice as well!😊

A lot of nice dresses in there and at great prices

The manager by the name of Justine Yott is very rude. She followed me throughout the store and even called security on me because of my purse. Well I asked her why and she said that I look suspicious and was in the store for too long. There were other women in the store with large bags as well of course they were white she gave them no problem. I asked for a customer service number of course and she gave me the wrong number. I really like the store but I now shop online.

I went there in hopes to find the dress I seen online to try it on. When I got there all plus size had to be ordered online. Not impressed.

Asked for a fitting room, not realizing there were a few people already waiting. Was told Umm, the line is over there in a very rude tone. Left the store without trying anything on. Wont return.
