I highly recommend Collision HD. Chris was great and even went that extra step to fully explain everything they would be doing to my vehicle. They did an excellent at a great value.

I had a minor accident that left an ugly gash on my rear bumper. They repaired it and made it look brand new like nothing happened! Other shops were trying to make me replace the bumper but Collision HD saved me a lot of money and repaired it for a fraction of the price. It was done fast and in the timeframe they said it would be done too. The owner is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Chris gave me a quote over the phone, which was significantly lower than quotes I received elsewhere. I brought my car in and he took care of it right away. When I picked it up he told me that it took less time than he thought so he wouldn’t be charging me as much as he quoted me. You won’t find that honesty anywhere else. He also noticed that my airbag light was on due to something coming unplugged under the driver seat, so he took care of that for me too. I live in Belleville so this shop is a little out of the way for me, but I will continue to make the drive for this quality of service. Thank you so much Collision HD!

The owner was a friendly guy who gave me a really solid breakdown of what work my vehicle needed and was really careful to set expectations and time frame. I always prefer to look for a smaller shop, because the people doing the work have more skin in the game than a large operation with bigger staff/turnover

Collision HD has helped me on 2 separate occasions and I couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome of their work both times. Theyre very professional, get the job done in a timely manner,and their paint blending skills and dent repair are excellent. Theyre also very courteous of work schedules (I work nights) and they made sure to only call me when they knew I was awake. I wouldnt choose anyone else if I needed help again. They took on a Huge Repair job that the Body Shop at Auffenberg Auto Sales refused to acknowledge or rectify. I appreciate their Honesty and Working with me.

This is a great small business. I was rear ended at the beginning of September and they fixed it for me. Two weeks later I was involved in a hit and run in the same location on my rear panel. He fixed it at the price of my deductible which the damage was more than to prevent me from having to claim it. Then when we picked up my car he fixed my husband’s heat plate for free. Great place. Highly recommend. Support small businesses!

I wrecked my truck awhile back, it had server frame damage and my airbags went off. They had me back on the road in no time and you would never know that it was in a accident. They handled my insurance with no problems and gave me updated while it was going through the process.

Collision HD was able to get my car in quickly and handled everything after a deer collision. My car is like new again. Thanks Chris and Crew

If you want to take your car to get it fixed this would be the place to go. All of the employees are kind and curtious. They are up front and honest and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the vehicle.
