The staff was professional and courtesy by offering me a ride to and from home while my car was being serviced. Saved me a few bucks so I didnt have to get an Uber. Fair pricing and they do good work. Ive been here twice in the past 5 years, once for a major repair and recently for a minor repair. I was satisfied with the results both times.

Our car was damaged while shopping and we took it to Dempsey-Adams for repair. They were all very professional, courteous and friendly. Although I have to return for a stripe to be applied ( the installers having trouble matching the exact color & well return for install) theyve done an excellent job and would highly recommend them!

Had our car towed to this company after accident. When you went to retrieve something out of our vehicle once on their lot we were told that to take anything out of the vehicle we had to pay towing and lot fees which was the opposite of what we were told. Their receptionist is very rude and has no people skills

I felt everything was overpriced, especially the labor. I went to CARSTAR because I was recommended from my insurance company. Even though I felt the price wasnt reasonable I decided to let them work on my car because I was told the car would be done in a reasonable time frame, by my insurance company. However, it took 2 weeks and even still I was told it would be 3 weeks. I was also told the car would be cleaned inside and out . My glass and side mirrors were still dirty as well as the inside. They do call and update you on your cars progress.

Just had to take my car in to have it fixed due to an accident. They estimated that the car would be ready in 5 days total - and it was! Text message updates are rare for companies today, but they CARSTAR uses it and its a very convenient way of keeping you up to date. They didnt hesitate to pick up the phone and call me to keep me informed on my vehicle during the process either which showed me that they have very strong communication skills. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member any day.

My wife was rear ended a few months back and their insurance asked if this shop was okay, most people seem satisfied with this shop so it was okay with me. Unfortunately my experience wasnt as great.The car was returned to me with multiple issues.I returned to them to see if they would fix these and they did on some and ignored others.The customer service was friendly except for one manager who wrote off my concerns as manufacturers defects like my car has all these problems when we drove it off the dealers lot.The car is finally back to its original state thanks to another CarStar franchise in Maryville.Edit: Response to owner,Im glad you would be willing to correct things again, but like I wouldnt send a steak back to the cook a 3rd time, Im not going to send my car back to the same shop again and again unless I have no other choice. Although the manager wasnt completely disrespectful, he wrote off all but the lights and paint chips as defects that he could do nothing about, but all someone else had to do was put them back on correctly. And as far as paying the other shop for the corrections and the rental, that was done by the insurance company.

They told me my car would take roughly a week and I dropped it off at 820 Monday morning and they call Thursday morning saying it was done. I went to pick up my SUV and it was beautiful and they are super nice and friendly fast service.
