The Boost website said new customers can go in store only for a $10/mo deal. Went into the granite location the guy working there said he doesnt know how to do that deal. Then I asked whats the next level he said 15 bucks I said ok then he said thats for people who are already customers. So basically everything they advertise is an all out LIE! Looks like Ill be getting my Mom set up with Tello! The guy who works there was polite and not rude. He was doing his job I assume. This was the worst experience Ive had since years ago when I was using Cricket! Thank God for MINT mobile! I just love my $15/mo plan and my next cell phone bill is next May! Some companies will last while others are beginning to look like a dusty basement!

Im a person who really reads reviews of places before I go there and it will affect my decision to patronize a business.I was having an issue with my data plan and after reading the reviews, I decided to go to the Granite City store. I explained the issue I was having to the young lady who waited on me.. even showed her the evidence that backed up my case. She listened and then got on the phone with corporate and spent about 30 minutes trying to explain what happened and telling them that I shouldnt have to pay for their mistake. She really went to bat for me!Unfortunately, corporate wouldnt budge...even though it was THEIR mistake! But I was thoroughly impressed with the way Kailey tried...really tried...to resolve the issue in my favor! If I ever need assistance in the future or when the time comes that I need a new phone, I know where to go and who to see...Kailey!! And I highly recommend that if you ever need ANYTHING from Boost, go to the Granite City location and see her!! Shes AMAZING...a real customer service superstar!!

Boost mobile is a scam! I’ve been paying for unlimited data for a year and just found out I haven’t been getting unlimited data at all and they keep adding charges onto my bill for no reason ...

Straight forward service, all costs upfront, nothing hidden. Very nice to have a phone company that does what they say, no suprises is great and high quality sprint network never had a issue in 6 months so far.

I am always satisfied with this store. Jasmine is so good at her job. Very knowledgeable, even with strange phones we were changing to Boost. If i had a business i would try to steal her as an employee. If you need a phone or a new phone plan go see her. So much better than the other cell phone companies.

The worst service ever. Bought an IPhone Xr and now that I want to switch my service they tell my they can’t unlock my phone! If I can find my receipt I will be returning for my 500$. Poor customer service, poor communication and just plain poor company.

This is the second time that they have messed up my bill. I paid days BEFORE my phone bill was due, I DIDNT get a text to my phone about they got the payment. I have been calling since they opened at 10 am and NOONE KNOWS HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE! And now my phone is going to be shut off at midnight because people are lazy!!!!!
