We decided to stop by T-Mobile in Granite City, Illinois today. Upon arrival we saw a group of people outside the store speaking with a couple of reps in order to get in. They were giving them direction on how to come into the store to get assistance. The store is doing some remodeling, getting new carpet.! They were courteous and professional. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. The staff that we spoke to was very helpful. Awesome job!
Like the saying goes First impressions are lasting impressions. I had a great first impression when I visited the Granite City store last week. I was greeted by a friendly rep and the store manager when I arrived. They were very professional, helpful and pleasant. Keep up the good work!
Went in to upgrade phone to the new iphone13, they had some in stock and said they weren’t upgrading phones because they weren’t giving out free phones. Terrible customer service
I had a very bad experience with this store. They were not helpful at all with returning the home internet mortal it was back and forth keep tell me I had to call customer service and customer service telling to take it to the store. I had to go to the Collinsville store where they finally helped me and didn’t turn me down.
They are an excellent store with great reps the new manager knows his stuff. The new reps are so kind.
They got me the phone I wanted and was fast about it. Every question I had they had the answer.
Great staff. Friendly and professional.
Terrible experience! Lied to so the associate could get a commission.. would never recommend this location! Customer service (over the phone) was very helpful and ultimately fulfilled what the sales person had originally told us after four hours of complaining.
Do NOT use this store to get service or upgrade. According to the corporate Sprint employee we talked to, definitely DO NOT turn in your phone to anyone there, they are not allowed to take customer phones, they cannot ship them... and are likely just selling the phones they take for cash. After several hours of poor service and shady behavior, we went to the corporate store in Fairview Heights, where we learned the truth about this operation. This is a third party franchise, NOT Sprint. While we were waiting during the poor service at this location, one employee actually admitted to paying a customer for a turned in phone so that he could sell it for more money. Avoid this place and make sure the people you are dealing with are legitimately a part of Sprint.
If I could give this company negative ratings such as -1 to -5 I would still give it a -6. My family only needed two lines, but we were given five. We had no problem with this until the charging ports started malfunctioning on our phones (within 3 weeks). Subsequently, we attempted to replace the phones under warranty, but were informed that the insurance claim would cost twice the amount of the cost of the phone, although it was a hardware issue. We ultimately ended up, under the guidance of a representative, to add two lines to get new phones to honor the warranty. We were told that he could shut down the previous lines once the new service was established on the new lines. However, this was not the case. we were informed that we had to continue paying for a line that we were not using even though it was their equipment, Hardware was faulty, and the company refused to replace their own equipment even though it was still under warranty. Ultimately we ended up paying over $500 for a quoted $120 bill. This company
Always a great experience at the store. They take good care of every customer and make sure you have everything you need with your new phone and more.
I called up there before making the trip was told that they would be able to fix the issue with my phone sat up there for about 20 minutes and was finally told she couldn’t do anything about it I would have to take it to Fairview heights. My issue with it was being told they would be able to fix it, cuz if they would have said otherwise I wouldn’t have made the trip there
Sprint provided friendly service.. Mikela was friendly and knew all about the equipmend and Brittany was so helpful and outgoing as well.. And when there was trouble transferring photos the manager Jay was quick to help and got everything dome correct.
Well a year ago I met a pretty blond girl in the granite store that helped me for free so she was so sweet I needed to do something so I did I went out to my truck and gave her a free jar of pure raw honey from my bee hives and today she remember me and showed me the same sweetness and respect that evidently she was born and raised with respect in todays world is hard to come by
Everytime I go in here I get precise instructions and directions on how to operate my phone and other devices, I highly recommend this place for help.
