Owner is an absolute liar. We called ahead discussed our design, was told theyd send us a proof to look over and approve. Next thing you know, the signs and banners arrived and were unacceptable. We called, guy was a TOTAL Jerk!!!Now he has the audacity to respond to Carl Eckels honest review with lies.Shame on him!Will NEVER waste money on this company again.

Stock was super low, store is a lot smaller than it used to be. Location would be better if it was closer to either town, maybe strip mall or stand alone building in the business area on Rollins Rd. Just my opinion.

Do not do business with this company. I received their signs cannot even read some of the words. I called ahead about sending a proof. They were very rude and inconsiderate on the phone. They said I can pay for new signs if I want them redone. And they tried to blame me for their incompetence. I guess they do not have any quality control and do not care about their product.

They have THE biggest selection of party goods Ive ever seen in person. Hundreds of themes, colors and styles. They have a great selection of balloons and signs made on site. The staff is always so pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I ordered Motocross themed party supplies for my son’s birthday. After scouring the internet, I can across this site. It was pretty much the only place I could find that even had this theme! Never heard of it before but very impressed by the selection. Reagan helped me out tremendously with my order. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again!

I’ve gotten my sons birthday party supplies there for the last 5 years. They have a lot of discontinued themes that party city no longer carries. Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection. Will definitely continue to go there for all of my party supplies. 👍🏻

Great place to buy party supplies for all occasions! They have a huge warehouse. You can look online to see what they have or browse the store. Everything is categorized by occasion. I couldnt find St. Patricks day themed paper plates anywhere in local stores. Party pro had them in stock, and I was shopping for them just 3 days before the holiday.

Ordered custom Image on a particular shaped balloon. Emailed saying specifically what I wanted, was emailed the exact image I wanted, then the balloon comes and it’s a different shape. Emailed them about my concerns and all they could say was, oh it’s a hybrid and oh isn’t this more appealing? No it’s not what I ordered and the image doesn’t look right on the hybrid, so how about you take accountability for doing it wrong? Waste of extra money to not get the correct product!

Love this store and the people who work there! I brought in an 8 x 10 photo, to see what Party Pro could come up with for a poster for my husband and his best friends from grade school. It was their 10 year anniversary of seven friends who make time to hang out once a year for Guys Weekend....travelling from afar! WOW!!! Party Pro went above and beyond and came up with the best two posters! We are all so incredibly grateful to them...thank you Party Pro!!!!

Ive been visiting this store for a few years, for many varying themed parties. From Baby showers to 50th wedding anniversary, from cake decorating supplies all the way to wall and table decor, and everything in between, Ive ALWAYS been able to find what Im looking for. Currently in the market for licensed birthday party supplies so will be returning soon.

They pretty much have a version of everything you might need for a party. From Disney to Tiki, its all there.

Tons of decorations that you dont find at other stores. Sometimes you just dont want to pay shipping from the big stores for just a couple of decorations.The awesome part is that they have decor for all of the holidays available all year round.

This place is wonderful. Has so much to offer! Dont go there if youre in a time crunch, there is just too much to see. 😍

Best privately owned party store Ive been to. Dont waste your time at party city. They are a one stop shop. They gave everything except cake, and im sure they can give great refrences for one. Will always come back.

I have been in this store several times over the years and again just a few weeks ago. First theyre NEVER open and when they are No one is ever in the place to help anyone. I went in to order balloons about an hour before close and not a single person was anywhere to be seen. Shameful... Im shocked they are still open

Staff is helpful, location is clean, and very well stocked with a large variety of items. Tons of birthday items for ages from 1 to 90. Holloween costumes year round, Christmas shelves are stocked, and plenty of balloons and streamers for any party. You can find highschool spirit balloons and decals. Helium and bounce house rentals.

The whole store was empty. They really didnt have much. I mean the things they had just seemed very cheap. I was pretty disappointed. Also the help was not that great either. This would be somewhere I might go if i had a really low budget and it wasnt going you be a huge party with a lot of people.

Called in the morning to verify they had the pinata I needed in stock... drove to the store, wasnt greeted by any workers, asked for the pinata I was looking for & was told they only had 1 but it was for an online order. Frustrating.
