Great customer service, the guys there are very helpful and answered any questions I had. Id give a 5 star but they do not do installations for cost of labor. They will only install the products that they sell. I understand why, I just dont agree with it as the markups on their products are pretty significant. I had my own wire, I just needed it ran in my vehicle.

I have purchased several receivers and speakers over the years and have always been very satisfied with the products and service. I have had their sound technician Robert D come to my home on several occasions and he is an absolutely fantastic guy to work with! I highly recommend Sound World and their team!!!

These guys are AWESOME. I went to a different audio shop to get a radio installed. They did zero research to ensure that the radio was going to actually fit into my car, they just blindly said “yes”. I went to Sound World just to pick up some wiring for that install, since the other place didn’t sell anything (RED FLAG!). Ryan started to ask about my project, since he genuinely loves what he does and was curious about my car and what radio I was getting installed. As we started talking more, he realized that what the other audio place was telling me was blatantly false, and that the radio I had purchased would not even fit in my car. Ryan spent almost two hours going over everything with me, start to finish, to ensure that I knew exactly what radios would and would not fit into my car, what additional parts and components I would, etc. They even price matched everything I bought. Ryan saved me from an absolute NIGHTMARE, and for that I am ever thankful! I will surely be coming back for everything audio related from now on. The install was absolutely pristine. Ryan and the team at Sound World did an absolutely fantastic job. Thank you!

I can tell you with 100% certainty if it wasn’t for the exceptional service starting with Jake, we would have never invested the amount of money or time that we did. Unfortunately this business has chosen not to take the high Road and after having them install a system spending over $4K, within a year a part malfunctioned (not under warranty) and they charged us over $400 for one service call to diagnose and a second to come back out out!.. Gave them a chance to make it right..was told they have overhead. BEWARE!!!! Unfortunate businesses like this still exist!! Disappointed....thankfully after some discussions Joe was willing to credit some back and come to an agreement. Much appreciated.

Five stars are not enough to rate Sound World in Green Bay. No number of stars or words can adequately state how over-the-top pleased I was with my entire experience with Sound World in Green Bay. The owner and his staff provided the absolute BEST buying experience. The level of knowledge, skill, expertise (that they gladly share!), and courteous, patient, customer service truly is not matched anywhere. I like that no one pressures you to buy more than you want or you need. They sell the best quality brands at really competitive prices. They keep good records. I wanted a compatible receiver to enable me to continue to use my home sound system, and they actually had a record of what I bought from them 25 years ago! You can walk in to Sound World with a general idea of what you need, and by the time you leave your electronic needs will be met in the best possible way. They remember your name, and greet you by name and with a smile when you walk through the door. I called countless number of times for technical help that they always provided without even a hint of oh no look who is calling AGAIN. I am so tired of going to a big box store and getting incorrect information about the products that they are selling. I bought a TV elsewhere (NEVER again) and spent HOURS talking to technical support only to be told that the problem was on my end. I took the TV back and bought a better one at Sound World for the same amount of money. The thing I like about Sound World is that you can be totally lacking in technical ability, but when you buy at Sound World, they have staff for a reasonable amount of money who can connect everything AND give you a lesson in how to work everything. I like so many things about Sound World that listing everything would be impossible, but at the top of my list is the way that you are treated. You feel as if you are developing a relationship with Sound World and the people who work there as opposed to dashing into a national chain store where you are a person waiting in line. My husband and I will ALWAYS make our first and only stop at Sound World when we are shopping for our TVs and home sound/electronic system needs.

My family had the absolute best experience at Sound World! They had everything we needed to achieve what we envisioned. Everyone there was kind and helpful. Ryan did a spectacular job on the install. He made sure we were taken care of and showed us how everything works. We are beyond excited about our new set up.

Horrible service and they tried to overcharge me

Stopped in to get a speaker for my moms tv to put on her nightstand. First guy I talked to said he really only knew about the car stuff and suggested that I wait for another salesman that was working with a separate customer. So glad I waited as they had exactly what we wanted and at a very good price. I will definitely be back when we need something else!

After going to extreme audio several times for several issues. And only getting more issues. I went to sound world. They took my car in right away and got it working flawlessly. I’m telling ya this is where u wanna go for a system install. I wish I could give more stars. This is how customer service should be. Ea take a page out sound worlds playbook. 🤪. But over all great store super knowledgeable employees. I will only recommend this shop.

Worst experience I ever had in a storeWalked in there and the lady just looked at me funny then I went to go look at the stereos in the little room and she just kept staring at me like if I was gonna steal something I was in there waiting for her to help me pick a good stereo or to recommend me a good one but no she just kept staring, then I ask her what she would recommend for my car and she goes to her computer and leaves the job to some other guy who looked like he was uncomfortable, he showed me some speakers and played some rock and roll, who the hell listens to that, speakers sounded like garbage with that Music, he also looked like he was tired and annoyed and wouldn’t even make eye contact, i don’t recommend going here if your a colored person these people will look at you different and treat you different, I guarantee you if I was white they would’ve welcomed me in there and all that good stuff like all the other reviews .

Ryan, Jake and his dark haired salesmen (Sorry, forgot your name) are phenomenal. Very friendly and inviting. Ryan did an amazing job explaining and installing both mine and my g/f’s remote car starters. She was also very impressed by him. We’re both very happy knowing that we can rely on remote starting our cars this winter so they’ll be warm when we get in. Best installer I’ve ever met. You want a job done right the first time like it came from factory go to Ryan. I’m so impressed and confident by his expertise with knowing everything about the product he’s selling and professional installations, I’m bringing my g/f’s car back in this week to have him install a seat heater. If I was interested in having a sound system installed or anything along those lines, I would go straight to Ryan to have it installed. It’s a relief knowing I no longer have to look all over the place for someone I can trust to install aftermarket accessories. Amazing,I have a manual car and I wanted a remote starter after being shut down by other companies my last resort was sound world not only were they able to do it,they did it with amazing communication affordable and fair price and loved how they were able to walk out sit in my car and explain to me how to use it I wanna thank ryan the installer and jake the costumer service gentleman very professional they answered all of my many questions with good attitude would recommend 100%

These guys are amazing!!! Experienced, professional, and empathetic!!!I earlier today had a bad experience at one of their competitors. I had scheduled an appointment with a competitor to get my car speakers replaced. I had scheduled the appointment after waiting two weeks for a Saturday appointment. They said it would take two hours. I come back about 30 minutes before it is supposed to be completed and they hadnt even started installing the speakers. They said they had been busy, which was true, but then why did I schedule appointment? Anyway, I told them I had to leave for an errand and saw Sound World.Seeing as how busy the other place was I figured I would just schedule an appointment for a different week at Sound World. I told them what happened and they were very understanding. They also seemed very knowledgeable and knew what speakers I needed. They were busy too, but after hearing my plight they said they would work me in instead of making me wait another couple of weeks. They got right to it and installed my speakers the same day and they sound great!!! It ended up being a little more expensive, but well worth it. I highly recommend these guys over other area competitors!

Sound World knew exactly what home theater setup I have and what I was after. They had the solution on hand and helped out greatly. If youre after HiFi home audio this is the place to go.

I went on April 2nd,2019 to return an equalizer for car audio they asked what was wrong with it and I said nothing I just need to return it because my subwoofers didnt work so the guy walked into the back then came back and he first told me that they didnt have cash that they had to give me a check or in store and I said well a check I guess then I said to put it in my name cause my husband didnt have his stuff with then the guy leaves and another one comes to the desk and said I actually need for this person to come in to return the money and I was like really he is in our truck with our 3 year old and hes like you cant trade spots and I was like well I came in cause my husbands English isnt really good and hes like I cant give you it so I grabbed the damn equalizer and walked out to my truck told my husband to go in because they were being a bunch of penjados so my husband went in and within 5 minutes was back out and magically had money in his hand after they told me they couldnt give us cash. if this is a policy to return stuff it should be posted somewhere in the store, on website everywhere but it wasnt. never will I go back to this place again.

For the average person looking for home audio or car audio its a bit over priced. They do offer a good service if you have the money to spend, but if your a hobbyist in car audio or home audio you will find the price much over priced!
