MIRROR PRODUCT REVIEWAs most of the Seura reviews are logistic related, I thought I’d post a review about the real seura dimmable led mirror experience.Seura sold a mutual client 2 mirrors that are not compatible with Lutron Phase Adaptive dimmers. They claim it is dimmable, but not with the worlds most popular dimmer.Once the problem was identified by the installer Seura was contacted and would only rectify the situation by SELLING NOT SWAPPING the client 2 additional led drivers that were compatible with a Lutron dimmer.They blamed the incompatibility on the customer that they should have told seura that we were using Lutron dimmers so they would have known to use the correct driver.The order form never even gave an option of different drivers nor was it verbally communicated upon order.In addition there were some minor problems that were resolved quickly, like the diffusers for the led that were cut backward. They sent replacements quickly and for free.Keep the details in mind folks, if you don’t they won’t either!!
