New store in East Town Mall is amazing. Large space, great displays and the employees are so nice.

Love everything they sell, great coupons, great customer service

Had 2 candles i wanted to exchange and they werent burnt down to the bottom, they burned terrible from the beginning and i had to keep trimming the wick i went in and asked if these were exchangable and i was told yes. Upon shopping a girl with terrible lash extensions comes up to me and states they cant take these back. Terrible customer service and she decided to make comment about my weight as i left the store. Great job

I really enjoyed the Halloween candles from this years collection.

Looks like theyre low on stock. People are very friendly and helpful, which is their saving grace.

Surprisingly the far better location in town. The store itself is way more spread out with room to get around, its less crowded, well kept and still has great inventory. The manager was assisting me and was very bubbly and friendly with a lot of great recommendations. I also overheard a conversation between her and a new staff member, really appreciating her performance! I almost wanted to apply for a job myself based on the visit!

They are having a buy one 3 wick candle get one free and the pumpkin scents are included!

This was the friendliest staff at a Bath & Body Works I have ever been to. We went with our 6 and 3 year olds, and while my wife and I were looking at foaming hand soaps, one employee was helping our kids try testers of vampire and unicorn lotions. Our kids loved it, and the store sold 5 extra hand soaps!

Great holiday sales

I was there during their semi-annual sale I do shop there at other times too I have to say that that ladies that work there are the most helpful its a really a pleasant atmosphere.

The older employees are rude and follow you around like you are a criminal. They constantly watch you and it is creepy. The younger employees are nice and very helpful though. I only go here because it is close to my house. I wish BayPark store was a little closer.

There stuff is pricey even with a sale. But have the best candles.

Great products and selection

I love the bath and body works company but this store in particular has been horrible every time Ive gone in with my group of disabled adults who just like to smell the new scents.We come in from time to time on cold or rainy days to see the sanitizer, because we use b&bw exclusively at my place of work, and each time the staff Joey has been rude to us. Once she told us we couldnt be there because we didnt buy anything and we were throwing off her numbers and just this time one of our OCD clients went into their bathroom on accident and she told us we couldnt be there. Would not recommend this store. They are not disability friendly.

Horrible customer service in my opinion. I went there with my wife our 2 year old daughter and one of my wife’s clients with special needs that she watches on most weekends. Her client likes to walk around and my daughter being 2 likes to walk around as well. The younger female employee just kept staring and proceeded to talk to her co worker about us with an annoyed look on her face. At that point we were the only ones in the store and once more people came in they were treated different. Mind you my daughter nor my wife’s client never touched anything. My wife told me after we left that this same employee yelled at her and her coworkers and clients they sometimes bring to the mall and told them to either stay in or out because they are “tracking” numbers. To me that is very rude, disrespectful and just bad customer service.
