You dont need to take all the extra options although they might strongly disagree. Other than that its a good place with fair prices and their services work although you have to reserve almost a week in advance. Im still giving 5 stars because of the very nice experience, price and service. Nice people that arent pushy at all too (except for the extra options but its easy to fight back on those)

Bought my new car from here. Chris did a great job securing a dealer trade to get me that car I really wanted. We worked with Misa (I hope I spelled that correctly) yesterday to finish papers and he was the nicest, most pleasant person we worked with there. And I LOVE my new car!

It started with trying their Express Checkout, I went through that whole process, got my email saying the order is being processed and I will receive a call shortly. I thought great, that was easy so far, I get a call from a worker there, he tried to sell me a different car right away, one that was a couple thousand more, I questioned that I had done the express checkout on another vehicle, and after about 6 calls back and forth he informed me that the car I was trying to get was gone because of a dealer trade, and that it was never logged for the web site, to say the least I was getting frustrated.I got passed that, because I was able to find another vehicle that was $600 more than the one I wanted, after talking with the worker more, he informed me that I would have to finance to get all of the rebates. At this point I was getting more and more frustrated, because I did not want to finance just to get a deal, I was looking to just simply pay cash. Either way in the end I did agree to financing, because I did not want to pay $2,000 to get the car I wanted because I wanted to pay cash, we got to the point of talking about having the vehicle delivered to our house, I work days and my wife works nights, and we have 2 kids, so getting to the dealership is not super easy. We agreed on a time of 12pm Tuesday, which was great, because it is when I am home for lunch and my wife is also home. Long story short, it is past 2pm and we still do not have our vehicle. This whole experience has been nothing but frustrating and it is not something I intend on going through again with Bergstrom.

Great car buying experience! I just bought a Mazda CX-5 from Bergstrom and it was a pleasure working with David Nelson! I pretty much knew what I wanted and David helped me finalize my choice. We did everything virtual and even had the car delivered. I would use Bergstrom again!
