I’ve heard great things about this place, but man talk about an awful experience! Messaged them on facebook asking for a quote on different radios (I am in no rush as I understand supply chain issues in todays world) and they have yet to give me a single quote 5 days later. They just keep saying “waiting on my guys” or “no radios yet”. I clearly said I am in no rush at all.Edit: now they just messaged me on facebook sarcastically thanking me for the one start review. Very professional.

I choose to write any reviews I do a few months after the purchase, after Ive had a chance to use the product for a period of time. I have a 2011 Harley Ultra with a sound system put in on somewhat of a budget years ago. It was better then the stock system but last year I blew a speaker. I did some research and found rockford fosgate was they way to go. I had a buddy buy a new bike with the system in and was very impressed. I found that Muntz installed these systems and put a down payment on one in the winter of 2019. Well along came the SCAMDEMIC. Finally in the spring of 2021 it was put in. The service was excellent. The install was clean and the sound... OMG!. Muntz has been around for ever and there is good reason why. Customer Service, scheduling, and installation were excellent. I will definitely have work done here again., and recommend them. Thank you Muntz!

This place is fantastic. Staff is very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. We use Muntz for our business as well as personal vehicle needs and have not been disappointed once. They take the time to do things right every time and treat customers the way they should be treated. We have been using Muntz for almost a Decade now and Im always impressed. Had a remote starter installed first week of 2020. Service and flexibility of the technicians was great. Interacted with the front desk and technicians a couple times over the past month, and they were always professional and helpful. Upgraded to the mobile app which is well worth the money. The extra info on the app is convenient (battery level, location, etc.). In the dead of winter, having a warm van for the kids is priceless. Thank you Muntz!

According to the technician at Best Buy, my Alpine ILX-007 was too complex for him to install into my Subaru Legacy, therefore I decided to give Muntz a try. When I called, Jeremy reviewed the installation with me and did not feel there would be any issues. I set up an appointment and was very happy with the finished product. The unit looks great mounted in the dash and sounds phenomenal. The install did take longer than expected, but it was done right. I would not hesitate recommending Muntz to my friends.

Cross shopped for a drop-down aftermarket DVD player and installation. Best price, intelligent staff.

Rockford sub lasted a month and Rockford amp lasted 2 months. $3,000 in equipment should be better quality that that. Then the store is closed on a day it says they are open. Not happy.

Muntz installed a remote starter in my Toyota Tacoma 7 weeks ago. One remote started acting flaky, then stopped working. They replaced the bad remote, no questions asked. Great service.

My first purchase, the owner sold me a set of Rockford Fosgate speakers, he could have pushed something more expensive but didn’t. These have been great! I have since purchased a punch sub, and my system rocks thanks to Muntz! There are plenty of good places to shop online, but if you want to see and hear a product first hand, Muntz is it.
