I called about getting my own plan and an upgrade. I was on the phone with a man named William. He was VERY helpful and super understanding seeing as how Ive never done this before. He helped me get an estimate on pricing and even referred me to another store if it was out of my price range! 100/10 had an amazing personality and will def be going back!
I have never had any bad experience with Cricket anywhere! When I lived in Kentucky well, Hazard, Kentucky, at the store there was excellent as were their employees.I’ve recently moved to Green Bay and went into the store desperately needing help because I thought something was wrong with my phone. Thankfully, it was just the charger!William Ruiz, Jr. and Cassandra Valdez were amazing!!! They were kind, patient and extraordinarily helpful! They clearly knew what they were doing and did everything possible to make sure I walked out a happy camper! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me! Like I said, I’ve only had great experiences with Cricket, and for this reason I will continue to stay with Cricket!Thank you again William Ruiz, Jr. and Cassandra Valdez! You are truly an asset to Cricket!The only complaint I have is that when trying to actually call the store, the call is never answered or it just fails. So the store might want to fix the phone!
My husband and I worked with Eddy today. We both upgraded our phones. We have been Cricket customers for many years. We worked with Eddy today and he was wonderful! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with!! The phones we wanted were in stock. He transferred all of our data, put our new covers on, etc. Hope he stays with your company for a long time...he is great working in your store.
Helpful staff, but busy. Told me to just finish downloading at home. And of course... It isnt downloading. They had a line building up, so I understand. But it means I have to go back tomorrow and it is 70 miles round-trip.
The workers there did everything they could to help me and my wife with our phoneAnd yhe customer service is awesome at this location
It was absolutely ridiculous inside the retail outlet store. Every time I walk in employees greet me by saying we currently cannot do any transactions or activate phones right now due to our system being down and are safe being on timers. This happened on the only two occasions Ive been inside. Its BS and bad for business...never again!

Was it able to get a phone from the store. My husband and I done several times doing online website. Was unable to do so..But she was wanting to sell us a phone! Were a customers of cricket for years! Going with another cellular service.
Rep that wae working in the store is very rude. Doesnt try to help you. Has a bad attitude.

This store is the worse store Ive, well at least tried to work with. The customer service is worse than TMobile... Now the West Mason store rocks is drive across town just to go there.
I visited the cricket store on west mason with my elderly parents to get them new phones, they didnt have what they wanted but they called this store to have 2 phones held for them. However when we got there we were told by the employee it was first come first serve and they gave one of them to a young lady who walked in before us. So they had to pay more money to get the next phone up. I guess my elderly father who is disabled and walks with a cane and is also a veteran doesnt move fast enough.

Who ever is working at the East side Green Bay WI store on E Mason St had absolutely no desire to help my wife and me. She didnt show us where the cases for the Moto G7 Supra were when we asked. she also told me I have to go to the west side of Green Bay to have them help me because I bought an accessory for my phone and it was missing the screen protector. And she grabbed the phone out of my hand and pulling on the case with her disgusting nails. I had just put a new screen on it . 1/26/2020 at 2:00. Extremely disappointed in cricket
Not too bad, only issue I got is why have a store phone number if its never reachable ? I tried calling multiple times to get help before it closed and I always get the number cannot be reached kinda odd for a cell phone store lol
The last time we were there the staff was totally lost!
If youre going to do anything with cricket do it online do not go to the store
Great staff, that helped me out and actually took time so i understood the process of switching carriers.
I would recommend them for service if you live in the Luxemburg area. Way more effective then boost Mobile.
