If I could give less Stars, I really would.It seems to be normal for employees of this place to be rude.
The service is great, affordable and its actually unlimited. I switched from us cellular where the actual phone plan was more than 2x the quoted price, and from Boost once where we got prioritized for data in evenings. The free phones for switching over with your number are pretty decent, for a few bucks more you can get a phone youll be happy with. LGs are always top of the line for the cost. I would give 5 stars except i opted for a new phone number this time and am absolutely inundated with creditors calling the former owner of this number. Its not the first time, either. And the company wants to charge me for a different number. They need to leave the phone numbers unassigned for a longer period of time in between customers. If they can do this Ill up review to 5*.
Absolutely terrible business. went here 3 days ago and the store was completely closed. not even a sign on the door or anything. went there 3 times throughout the day and never open. its not even the first time which is very frustrating. i need a new phone so i just went across the street to boost mobile and cricket and they were both open, too bad for them because they just lost 5 paying customers. i guess couldnt blame the employees though they probably pay minimum wage anyways since every time i come the employees are just sitting down not even paying attention to me and my family when i walk in. Also they lie and FORCE you to buy accessories when you purchase a phone which no other company would make you do keep in mind this is an authorized dealer and not even a real metro store. please avoid this place like the plague.
The man moe is very rude and lies to people. Says Stylo 6 is 300 when its way less just so he can see phone cases and stuff. will be reported to corporate. just go to another company they are not worth your time.

I am a Metro PCS customer and am thoroughly impressed with the service and the amount Im paying for my phone service! Ive looked everywhere to see if I could find cheaper price qoutes for the same service my family and I are receiving and havent found anything so great that it would make me switch!
Nothing but liars and thiefs/ lied about service and where it workswent to store 3x within first 3 days to try and give then a chance to correct. requested return per metro rules you have 7 days to request a refund and get our of contract. dealer refused and tried to get me to come back after the 7 days. more lies. service does not work well within green bay area and if you leave area it does not work at all!!!!!I have small children and snowy slippery roads. told dealer I could not be on hwy with out service. he could care less I guess I will have to file in small claims court

About a week ago we were trying to replace our Daughters phone, which had been stolen. We were told by 2 employees at this store that rather than replacing the phone, we should cancel the phone. start a 2nd account with the one phone line then come back after 7 days and they could merge the accounts back together and change us to a 4 line for $100 plan that would be better than what we had. Today, after 7 days, we returned and were told they would take care of that. After cancelling the separate account, which still had roughly 3 weeks left pre payed on it, they informed us that they couldnt merge 2 Metro accounts to get the deal. I asked IF I could get the other separate account back since it still had 3 weeks left on it and was told yes. After they removed me from the other plan again and put me back on my own they asked for $50. I pointed out that they told me I could get my old account back, which had time left on it, and they said yes. They then informed me that since I had requested to be split back out, I had to pay the $50. I told them to cancel my service and left the store.

The workers didnt know much about the new wifi box. Dont buy less you know the box is just 10gb once that runs out its out not slowing down and still work its OUT for 35 bucks a month
I went to get a new phone line cuz of the special I had seen on TV. When I got there the guy cared more about talking to his friend on the phone and didnt know anything about the promotion going on at the time. I ended up getting over charged and returning the phone the next day when they then tried to keep $35 for an activation fee that I wasnt supposed to be charged for in the first place
