I was greeted within seconds of entering the store, escorted to the waiting area for my exam. I was seen promptly. All of the staff that I encountered were very personable and pleasant. Dr Michelle took time to answer all of my questions and did not rush through the exam. Michelle the associate, then educated me about the type of frames that would work best with my prescription, and took multiple pictures of me wearing various frames so that could see how each looked.She provided education and recommendations to help me to choose the perfect lenses to fit my lifestyle. I love my new glasses!!!
I have never had a better experience at any eye clinic that I have been to. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The doctor was not rushed and took his time to understand. The salesperson I worked with, Brenda, was fantastic; not at all pushy, and had such a charming personality. This will be my preferred eye clinic for the foreseeable future.

My daughter has migraines and we came in for prescription sunglasses. The staff was very kind and quick and got her fitted and all the measurements done without additional noise or lights.I can’t remember the guy’s name (because STReSs), but I was told he’s a team lead.I have been a patient and customer with my kids for about a decade, and while I know there are cheaper options, I also know how valuable it is to be able to see an eye doctor or get a set of sunglasses that will allow my kid to attend school, and know there is help when I need it.

Google eye glasses in Green Bay and the search engine brings back many results. While I may be biased, LensCrafters is the best. Great selection of frames. Value prices including coupons that work with insurance. But most of all, top notch, industry best customer service. Brenda is an optical professional. She really knows lenses and frames. Purchasing eyewear is an investment. Not something one buys every week. So I want my decision to be the best. Brenda listened to my concerns and want list. She provided several recommendations. I just got done getting my glasses. Assistant manager James went above and beyond in service. He was very knowledgeable and actually was patient with me. He answered every question I had and left me with the desire to come back again. He definitely is a 10/10. Hopefully I get to have him again when I come back! Dudes a rockstar!

Dr. Hanseter did an amazing eye exam. Explained things very well. Best exam ever. Was told glasses would be done in an hour. Waited around and the. Was told they have to mail them to me. Poor communication.

Dr. Michelle was super nice and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with her while she evaluated my prescription. Chaylin was super sweet and made the tests before seeing the doctor super smooth and easy. Brenda helped me pick out new frames and she was a joy to talk to, and super funny. She showed me comparisons of which frames complimented my face better and then explained a breakdown of what my insurance did and didnt cover in a way I understood. Everyone was overall extremely helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend.
Everyone who was working seemed genuinely happy to be there. They helped me pick out a pair of glasses I love and the lab had them ready really fast.
Where do I start. Dr. Hanseter is excellent but after that it went all downhill. No longer are the glasses made on sight. Hmmmm.....so what are we paying the higher prices for. Just the lens crafter name? I told the gal I wanted the same kind of lens I have been getting.Well, she said I had plastic lens so when I made a hour trip to pick them up they were very thick but I couldnt see out of them good at all. Not a pleasant day at all. The gal who took care of me stated you never had plastic lens before, I said no kidding....they made several excuses but finally ordered the right lens. Today I drove a hour one way to pick them up..still cant say there perfect by any means. Staff could care less. Another guy was there at the same time and was complaining he couldnt see out of his glasses and all she could say was give it time youll get use of them. He said said I cant even drive with these dont you think she should of been more concern? After 25years of being a loyal customer iam thinking twice of ever returning.

This location is located inside Bay Park Mall. The frames selection is good and the employees do an excellent job with cleanliness protocols. Both my wife and I had an eye exam from different doctors and both were friendly and professional. We both got contact lenses and my wife also glasses. The entire staff was excellent with fittings and worked as a team through the entire process.
Uncertain. Was told they have their best sale. Found the same frames at Target for the same price. With Targets best lens their cost is $439 without insurance applied. Lens Crafters retail was $890. To add the blue light filter was $30 at Target and $100 at Lens Crafters. This is my first time having to get glasses so it is my understanding that different lenses are similar to different car models. Possibly Lens Crafters has a much better ride than Target. Overall, after insurance, my smooth bifocal glasses cost just over $400, including the $45 insurance policy. They also told us that within a certain amount of days we could get a full refund if we were not satisfied, so that is also a bit of comfort. Hopefully I will increase the stars after we are able to wear our glasses for a bit.
Went to LensCrafters to get me some new glasses and sunglasses. Carly, the lady that helped us get the glasses ordered, showed me the different options, thickness of the lense, scratchguard, etc. She answered all my questions and my experience there was great. I had a lot of choices to pick from for frames and found some that will work great for me.

I really liked the camera they used so that I did not have to have my pupils dilated; that was terrific!! I liked how they took pictures of me wearing different frames so I could then put on my own glasses, look at the pictures, and then decide which frames I would like for my glasses!

Second time getting custom reading glasses. Both had the wrong lenses created. The first pair they redid correctly. The second time I used them a few years later the new purchase had wrong lenses when ordered again. This time they cancelled the order rather than fixing them.
Fantastic eye exam and staff
Had an absolutely awful experience. Went in to get my prescription and fit for contacts. They rushed through it... I told them when I had them I still couldn’t see very well midrange or further.. they told me to wear them for a few days and see if it gets better. So I came back in the next week with my buddy. They were not happy about doing another eye exam and told me whatever about their new technology being able to read my eye...yet again I told them I couldn’t read the signs in the store. The lady at the front counter said oh that’s normal I can’t either but then my buddy chimes in reading what it says.They refused to give me a proper eye exam because of their “amazing technology” and I ended up wasting a ton of money on useless contacts and a useless exam. They refused to rectify the situation too. Thank you for wasting my money.

They have the worst customer service. My wife has medical problems and she can’t wear a mask. So they told her if you want use to serve you, you have to wear a mask. Well we told them we will bring our business else where. We went to pearl vision and they we more than happy to have our business. This was Green Bay Wi.

Exam was fine, but we were never told they couldnt be made in house. Paid over $450 and two weeks later and they havent shipped from the factory yet. Every time we call for an update they stretch it out. In store we were told 7-10 days, then 10 business days, now 14 days.
The technician who helped us select frames and get fitted for our glasses was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely an asset to your company. She made our experience fantastic. Her name was Brenda.
Overall a good experience. I chose LC as they were one of the providers covered with my insurance. My experience was good, but I was disappointed with how much everything was despite the insurance. I was able to purchase 2 pair of glasses with NO insurance from Costco for less than 1 pair from LC with insurance.If I am honest, I will likely go back to Costco.
I went here as a new customer. I needed contact lenses as I had recently ran out. I explained all of this on the phone when I made my appointment. I was told that a basic eye exam was $59.99. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted very rudely, asked if I was new, to which I said yes, and handed a clipboard and form. I began filling out the form, but as I did, the person who was to give me the exam came in and asked if I still wanted to go through with the exam. I said yes, confused. She then asked if they told me how much the exam would be. I responded with the $59.99 that I was told over the phone, and she laughed, and said no its $109. I said so they lied to me? She said, Yes. Needless to say, I left. I honestly dont care about the price so much, as the lack of any customer service whatsoever. Will not go back.
Glasses take a ridiculous amount of time to arrive. You will miss your window to go back to the eye dr to make a change before you’re charged for another check up. I was told conflicting info about LensCrafters’ return policy. At time of order, I was told I had 30 days from the date of ordering. 15+ days later, I still have no glasses. Staff was friendly, certainly not their fault, but the delivery time is an absolute joke.

Took a *month* for my two pairs of glasses to come in, when I was originally quoted next day for one pair and 10-14 days for the other pair. No update from the store. When I picked them up and complained about they didn’t care. Won’t be back.

I received good service, quality time with the the sales people, and optometrist. My glasses needed to be ordered, and they arrived one day ahead of schedule. My only issue was that staff were not aware of a large discount available to me, from LensCrafters Corporate and I had to go home and bring the info to them.

I recently broke my glasses and our dog had chewed up my backup pair. I was pretty desperate and called LensCrafters late on a Sunday. Talked to Katy and she got me scheduled the next day in the morning. Got there and was taken care of in an amazing manner by Jasmine, Katy and the whole staff. We picked out great frames, got the eye exam stuff done right away, and I got my glasses in an hour. I am 67 years old and have been wearing glasses since grade school. This is the best pair of lenses I have ever had. Everything perfectly clear and there was no period of getting used to the new prescription, like where you feet about 12 feet tall for a while. No fuzzy line where lineless bifocal sections meet. I cant thank the crew at this LensCrafters enough. You guys are rock stars and Katy, from the bottom of my hear ... thank you girl. Will see you soon for my second pair!

Ive been going to Walmart and Shopko for years for my vision needs and Im so glad I picked LensCrafters. They do more in depth tests and are super friendly and knowledgeable. I wont ever go anywhere else.
Bought my very first pair of prescription sunglasses (Oakley) everyone was very friendly and helpful. Oakley didnt make my prescription for the frames I originally wanted but I got help finding a different pair that worked. Great experience!
I just needed to ask a few questions but the manager person who waited on me was very rude. It was like my questions were not important and took precious time away from her. Her attitude and demeanor was loud and impatient.

The worst customer service in the world so bad this is actually my first time writing a review on a company!I bought 3 pairs of ray bans from them, spending over a $1000, just a couple weeks ago, and was getting headaches and finally switch back to my old pair of glasses. Then realized that its the glasses that are giving me headaches. I went back and ask if they can change/check my glasses. They give me a bunch of excuses and didnt offer up a new eye exam or anything. Then told me that I would have to pay extra to have the lenses switched to a corrected prescription if I did get an eye exam but and they would have to call corporate to get permission to do so. Lets just say Im stuck with 3 pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription and they have done nothing to fix it other then blaming me and try and find loop holes out of what they messed up.But great news I found a place that will fix your mistakes. Youre the worst lenscrafters, maybe learn not to YOU BLAME the customer.
Giving this place a one star is too much for them! The only reason i went here for the first time was because my new eye insurance was accepted there... I had my contact prescription faxed to them and ordered it with LensCrafters. My insurance gave me $140 to spend... getting two boxes of contacts one for one eye and one for the other cost me around $80 (month supply) or two month supply for over what my insurance covered. I asked if i could just get the one month supply so i wouldnt have to pay anything out of pocket and use the left over insurance for the next time i needed to come back in and order contacts. the lady told me YES YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE REMAINING $60 from your insurance the next time you came in towards your next order of contacts. So that is what i did. I went back into this store to order my contacts again for the second time... told them i was already in the system along with my insurance. The gentlemen brought up my account and told me i had no insurance ?!?! I told him i was just in here a couple months i have insurance that covers for your store as this is where i ordered it last time! keeps staring at the computer screen as if some answer was going to come to him while i sit here waiting for an answer.... clearly this guy had no clue about anything... (you would think they would hire employees who know what to do) anyways after almost an hour of sitting there watching this guy stare at the computer screen telling me he doesnt know why it wont go through or why it doesnt show me in the system for my insurance he FINALLY decides to call the insurance and they tell him that i am only allowed to purchase contacts ONCE A YEAR!!!!!! so the lady who told me i could use the remaining insurance after i made my first purchase with them was CLUELESS and same goes for the guy who was helping me then!!! SO not only were they uninformative about helping me and giving me correct answers about my insurance they made me waste the money i put towards my insurance!!! I would have not been so upset if they had just been honest with me and told me i am not sure you should check with your insurance OR just not have told me an answer when they were clearly werent certain and wrong with their answer! COST ME WASTED MONEY AND WASTED TIME!!! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE UNINFORMED AND RATHER THAN JUST BEING HONEST AND TELLING YOU THEY DONT KNOW AN ANSWER THEY WILL JUST GIVE YOU THE ANSWER THAT WILL PROCEED YOU INTO SPENDING MONEY THERE!!!!!!!!!

The doctor that I had was very thorough and explained every test/procedure in detail. It was very comforting for my first time seeing him and myfirst time at Lenscrafter . On the floor, I was looking aimlessly for a specific style of frames and wasnt able to find what I was hoping for. Michelle asked me if I needed any help finding different frames and she was able to locate multiple pairs that were ideal for me. Excellent experience and will be going to follow up each year.

I set up a appointment was willing to drive a 100 miles in order to get digital eye exam LensCrafters canceled my appointment doctor had a family emergency they need to have a backup plan when someone get sick they lost loads of money and a customer.
I called to ask if I had an eye exam if I could walk out of the store with a written prescription and also the pupil distance measurement so I could purchase glasses elsewhere if I wanted to.They told me I could so I made the appointment. When I got there I filled out all the standard info, and was later told that I would only be given the info I wanted if I purchased frames from LC.SCAM!!!
Terrible customer service. My family went there for the convenience of getting our glasses in about an hour, but the horrible service we received far outweighed that convenience.

This place is a joke the customer service experience I got was one of worst. The whole time I was helped by Lynette she almost pawned off the whole work load on me as if I knew how to operate the system. If they get payed on commission by up selling customers on lenses then this by far was one of the worst selling practices I have ever been a part of. Even the store manager from the very start seemed very neglectful to help me.The only reason why I got my glasses here was becouse of the diffrent selection.

Ive been going to Lenscrafters for more than 25 yrs. Ive purchased MANY pairs of glasses,have had numerous I exams and have purchased my contacts from them as well.I have had emergency repairs to my glasses at times over the past 25 years and have never had a problem. The work was always done with in an hour and with no appointment. I have also takin my prescription with my on occasion to another eye doctors and never had a problem. Ive been to other stores like shopco,eye mart and others.(EXPENSIVE JUNK)Their quality is extremely low compared to Lenscrafters. The glasses Im currently wearing are ray bans from the store a Bay Park Square Square.Ive had them for more than 2 years. I brought them In for an adjustment with no appointment and was helped right away.The adjustment was made and I left the store in less than 10 min. The staff over the years has alway been kind curtious, knowledgeable and timely. When ever they told me to comback for my glasses they were always ready at that time or before. The first time I went to Lenscrafters was in 1988 In Minnesota. Their excellent in my experience.
