I used to go here and have had great services. Now my son goes here. Great service.
Poor follow up!!!! This review is for Monroe St Green Bay location. I called a few days after my appointment asking for doctor to call me back because the contacts were not working for me. They took my information and said the doctor would call me back. I never received a call back. So I decided to just order new lenses for my frames. I was told it would take 7-10 days. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them, I called. My glasses were ready. Who knows how long they were there. They couldnt tell me that either. I will not be going back here.
I do not recommend. I called ahead and asked if my daughter could get sunglasses. They said yes and to come between 5 and 6 on Thursday. I get there and they closed early. So I came back a few weeks later (we had vacation in between) and they told me my daughters prescription was now to old. Needless to say my whole family will not be going back.
I got new insurance (VSP) and the location I originally had my exam at didn’t take it. I emailed MyEyeDr and they were so friendly and efficient with taking the other prescription and ordering my contacts. I loved that everything was basically done via email with ordering and verifying my prescription. After placing the order for my contacts, they came in earlier than expected. I not only received a text message, but also an email just as the promised! They also had curbside pickup available when I stopped by to get them. I highly recommend this place.
Staff were friendly..however, the service was horrible. Took my son in on August 20th for eye exam and ordered glasses and was told it will take a week and a half to come in and I should receive a call when it’s ready for pick up. A week and a half passed by, no call...it came to 2wks, still nothing so I called them to ask for the status of the glasses and was told they’ll look into it and contact their lab and call me the next day to see what the hold up was. I did not receive a call the next day so I called them the following day and was told the same thing that they need to contact lab, via email. Next day they finally called me and told me the frames were ready and it should come in a week. A week came by, no call from them...at this point it’s been about 3.5wks since we’ve ordered the glasses. I reached out to them and was told yet again that they will have to contact their lab to get an “ETA” of the glasses and call me back to let me know when it’ll be in...apparently they can only contact lab via email. I still didn’t hear back from them for a few days...September 29th I finally received a text that my sons glasses were ready for pick up. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt that receiving might have taken a bit due to covid but with all these other reviews I’ve read on them, seems this is just the way their office works. Definitely not going back to them after this experience.
